Very good. Very clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Jonathan made the best Pisco Sours. Staff was nice and understood English well. Unfortunately, no hot water one morning- and my family and I all needed a shower prior to leaving on an excursion for the day. I had to go to the front desk to find out what the issue was.

Check in was good. Room slightly tired. We had AC problems on the first day which were quickly fixed. Pool area good. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of dishes. There was some building noise on Saturday 9th March

I've stayed in other Accor hotels, and all have been great experiences. This stay was the exact opposite. The service was bad, there was maintenance being done on my floor at 2am that kept me up. The location seems very insecure.

The reception staff, especially Nestor and a young woman who helped with transportation to the airport, were very pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help. Nestor helped with translating firms we had to complete to go to Easter Island and to get boarding passes, amongst other things. The woman (forget name) helped with calls to Argentina re pre-booked transportation that our travel agent did not clarify

The hotel in convenient location near historical area and important sites and by metro. The staff are exceedingly helpful and speak English. The breakfast was quite adequate. The rooms are quite light and bright in daytime with natural light but bathroom is dimly lighted and general room needs better lighting.

A very ordinary hotel, nothing special, nothing outstanding. Felt, as a Platinum member, not recognised or acknowledged. Customer service appears rather surly and forced. This seems to be ususal from experience travelling in South America. Breakfast service is appalling, no smiles or contact from the mostly young and inexperienced waiting team, no supervision except towards the end of the stay after commenting to the duty manager. Afternoon pool bar service similar, too busy chatting to each other to be bothered serving guests or getting the order right.

Friendly and professional staff, but hotel has some weak points: - no hot water in the morning - Gym is extremly poor equiped, things are not maintained. Some things cannot be used.

Good experience apart from drilling noise nearby. Breakfast (apart from fruit) was not the quality I expected and I missed it on a couple of days. Coffee should not be out of a machine. Comfortable good sized rooms with plenty of space. Could have done with a bath tub. Good value for money and in a good area central to many popular tourist areas.
