Room and cleanliness much needed. The floors inside the room needs a good mopping and the carpets in the hallway a good vacuum. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Water damage on the wall, leaky toilet and sometimes didn’t flush.

Impossible to have early check in even if I asked in advance. On the day I left the elevator was not working. Nice room, clean and comfortable.

the hotel in question has disappointed my whole family, no deposition of room hygiene items, breakfast disorganization requested, leisure area under renovation and the choice of hotel was seen in the photos and lack of maintenance.

it wasn´t better because i was stuck in the bathroom. My husband get to open the door and I got out but instantannealy the door closed again didn´t open. The hotel employees had to take off the door. We had to move to another room. Terrible

I expected a much better experience given the hotel brand. Reception was understaffed and it took ages to check in and check out. Restaurant was not great. They state they have a gym but in reality it is just two treadmills and an elliptical in a conference room. There were loud construction works taking place as I had my meals in the restaurant. The phone in my room did not work.

Some of the lights in the room couldn't be turned on (the lights closer to the bed), and the minibar was terribly noisy, there were also no plugs near the bed to try to charge my things (had to either use the bathroom or a plug near the desk), I found this a bit baffling. The rest was fine, the bed was comfortable, and the personnel was polite and helpful.

Common service, nothing special. Rooms with very small double beds. Room cleaning did not occur and the amount of towels were not according to the amount of guests. Breakfast with few options, and ends too early does not allow it to be late.

Overall an excellent stay; in Breakfast, there could be one veg option atleast; my breakfast everyday was a cup of cereals, 2 slices of bread, some fruits and some juice; as I was a complete vegetarian, i had to stay away from the 3 main breakfast dishes which had egg as well

Ok, but can be improved: a bit oldish, bathroom shower working poorly , leaking and dirty. Beds perfect, internet slow but OK to, elevators are too few or too slow, breakfast very good!!

Hotel location is great, central. But not much choice of food in the hotel and also during breakfast. You need to cater to international customers, so choice need to increase.
