what brings this Pullman down is the "student looking furniture"as one enter the hotel, worn out old chairs,dirty sofa`s and to loud music. Does not feel like a place to find rest. Room,staff,service is good.

Have used this hotel for airport stopovers for quite a few years and it is always being maintained and improved on. Only negative is there is no longer an onsite shop so stock up on anything you need at the airport before you catch the shuttle.

« Overall great stay but let down by spa experience »

Staff were very friendly and helpful from shuttle bus driver, check in and room service. Room was upgraded and directed to external elevator. Room service was good quality. Only bad experience related to the spa. I asked at checkin if appointment was available and was told he would check but heard nothing. I went up to the spa. No one was there. A notepad was left and customers were asked to leave a message and they’d be contacted. I left my name, room number and a message and heard nothing. Disappointed that this request was not responded to. I also had to come downstairs because WiFi not activated.

« The room was near perfect - cool, quiet, comfortable - excellent, and breakfast was also great. »

This was a last minute booking, made at the airport when I discovered that the hotel that I originally booked was on the other side of check in. I appreciated the free airport shuttle, check in was efficient and the room was excellent. Breakfast provided everything that I needed- especially good coffee. Again excellent.

I was just staying overnight prior to my international flight home. I would have liked to be able to have a late checkout later than 3pm without a cost. My flight did not leave until 9 pm so I had to shuffle around where I waited for the flight.

Spent 24 hours in between flights, booked an executive for room so I could use the facilities. The facilities are not very good, lack of snacks, only chill drinks and coffee and tea, very underwhelming.

Because of the proximity to the airport, this hotel nice hotel is very convenient but unfortunately on arrival and departure, the front desk staff show a COLD attitude (no smile, no welcome, no warmth) which is not what I experience in many other hotels in Brazil. The bell boy, the shuttle driver are so, so, so much friendly.
