Good breakfast, kind staff. But at 1st day was a staff into my room to supply the mini bar. Even I had not knew what is it yet. I did not touch anything at all. The next day, I receive a bill on the bar said I consume something. I was so confused. How did I know whether the staff came in 1st day loss something?

Very pleasant stay. Nice big rooms, gym and pool facilities. Staff very friendly. Restaurant available and very good breakfast. I would like to see more traditional food available at the bar/restaurant.

The Stay was reat from beginning to the End. The only thing i didnt get was the "Early Checkin Fee". We where at 10 am at the hotel, room wasnt ready at that time, so we waited till about 11:30 (official Checkin Time was 13 oclock) - We than where told that room is ready and if we want "in" now. Yes why not. But then he told us that we have to pai around 345 Reais to do so. (For about 3 hour) That was kind of a really bad rip-off if you ask me.

We had a bit of hiccups when we first tried booking rooms at the hotel. But the second time around we were very well served. People were very friendly and they accommodated our need with 2 young children. I hope Pullman hotel can continue taking care of families, as we do need more attention when travelling with small children.

ets start with the location. very close to GRU airport, the transfer is super nice. it only takes max 10 minutes, The room is just perfect. we were received with a amazing costumized welcome note. the extra bed was ready with a teddy bear for my son :D small details that makes the difference. It was my sons birthday and they made as courtesy a beautiful cake and we sang for him after dinner. The pool area is very nice. Wellington took such a good care of os. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. the quality of the food is amazing. THe dinner is also amazing with very good salads and meat options. I could not recomend more this hotel. We wish we could have stayed some more days.

The only reason I did not give it a 10, its because the WiFi signal was very poor in my room, I stayed at 302, other than that everything else was just perfect! Great coffee for breakfast as well.

I normally do not do surveys but most likely several colleagues and I will have to stay at your hotel in the future. I was assigned suite 324 at check-in and had to request a room change due to the dirt level i that room. Carpets are completely stained and the bathroom was not clean. the glass doors of the shower looked like they had not been clean in a long time. After calling customer services I was given another clean and well taken care of room.

Most of rooms categories (Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, Executive, Premium Executive) were also refurbished. Classic and Superior rooms have a classic design yet, but will receive attention. The carpets will be changed and the Housekeeping is working on removing limestone stains. Taking advantage of the opportunity, you mentioned that you'll probably stay again. We needed a hotel near the airport for an overnight stay due to an international flight. The hotel is big and has a lot of choices and entertainments and a good restaurant. The room was suitable and in good condition. I had requested a travel cot for my 9 months son, and the cot given in the bedroom was completely broken. I then spoke to the reception desk and someone from the hotel back of house came with a different cot which was also broken (althought less than the one in the room). They mentioned that they tried and tested all the cots and that was the one in the best condition they could find. That sounds like there are no cots in perfect condition, that they only have broken cots and we had to accept the least broken one. The other downside was that the aircon in the room would not turn up - even when we chose to turn the heating on, the aircon kept dropping the temperature of the room down rather than making it warmer. We had to turn everything off as the room was freezing by 11pm. Sao Paulo was very cold that night, so the room was very cold all night. The customer service was always very kind and helpful although there was so much they could do. The breakfast was really good and with a lot of choices. All in all it was an ok stay but I thought it was expensive for what we got in the end. Precisavamos de um hotel perto do aeroporto para uma noite de estadia por conta de uma viagem internacional. O hotel e grande e tem opcoes de atividades e entreterimento. O quarto era de bom tamanho e condicoes. Eu havia feito um pedido de um berco para meu bebe de 9 meses, e o berco que havia deixado no quarto estava completamente quebrado. Pedi entao para que trocassem e nos trouxeram um outro berco que tambem estava quebrado, mas nao estava tao mal quanto o anterior. Fomos informados que eles testaram todos os outros bercos e aquele era o 'menos pior'. Ou seja, o hotel nao tem nenhum berco em boa condicao de uso, apenas bercos quebrados. Um outro probleminha foi o ar condicionado que nao esquentava. Era uma noite fria em Sao Paulo e colocamos o ar no aquecedor mas ele continuo esfriando a temperatura do ambiente. No final o quarto estava muito frio e tivemos que desligar e mesmo assim o quarto ficou mto frio a noite inteira. O atendimento ao cliente foi muito bom e o cafe da manha era excellente com diversas opcoes. No final a estadia foi ok mas achei o hotel um pouco caro para o que oferece.
