The hotel is great, very comfortable and well equipped. Is very close to Guarulhos airport so it's perfect for one-night stand on connection trip. Improvements that could make it perfect: - Hotels near airport demands early breakfast. We get at 6am at the restaurant, but it takes a few minutes until they provide coffe and hot milk. It would be better to start operations at 5am. Anyway, everything was great. - It seems to be more like a business hotel than a family one. I arrived with my wife and my little daughter at night, but the bed configuration was strange: three single beds instead of a queen + single. - There’s no kids channel on TV or language configuration option on the two or three movie channels available. - There’s no enough information on the hotel website or at the airport about the shuttle. A 15 minutes shuttle should be better too.

Fantastic check-in and personal was very accommodating, in particular employee Daniela should be used as example of fantastic customer service when she showed extreme empathy when we returned to the hotel after 4 hours at the airport due to airline canceling our flight to Australia, I was staying with my wife and newborn son who were very stressed and she went above and beyond to make feel welcome again. I turned down Latam’s Offer to stay at the Bristol and would do it again just to experience customer service like hers again. On the other hand our room service order was very disappointing, my main dish was not delivered until 1 hour after my wife’s.

A beautiful, clean hotel, good service. The buffet food was reasonable quality. Breakfast available too late, one pays but caannot get it, e g if catching a 7 am flight. No airport shuttle avaikable; thats really bad!

good, only dissapointing issue was i was not made aware of discount for buffett and then upon check out the supervisor on the desk was a little resistant to be flexible to apply discount after the dinner. Considering i stay in Accor hotels regularly , i was a little dissapointed with the attitude i recieved when checking out. The person who assisted me directly was proffesional.

« Little attention to details »

I have stayed at the Pullman Guarulhos Airport several times, and I still think it is the best option in the area. I confess I had not stayed since the renovation was almost done (I understand that there are still rooms being remodeled), however, I think that along with the remodeling of the building, there should be a good review of procedures and staff training.... too many little "missed opportunities" for the stay to be delightful (examples: it takes too long to get an answer when callind 9 or the guest services at the front desk), the 10th floor reception and Executive Lounge need an upgrade, every morning I had to ask a paper and wait until it would be brought from the lobby). Many times the spa reception was without staff, one time I wanted to go to the sauna and a "relaxing massage session" was going on... before the entrance to the sauna (inconvenient for me but even more for the person receiving the treatment). Early check-in was charged although I was holding a reservation for a "prime" room. My Accor membership was not recognized for accumulation of points (and I understand that is a corporate mandate)...however it was not recognized for anything "extra" during my stay (at Hilton or Hyatt for instance, free early check-in and or extended late check-out" The bathroom wall had stains, and they remain there during the entire stay. Only one phone in the room.... no phone on the "working desk" at the room. These are just a few examples of lack of attention to details. When I arrived I asked for extra towels and also for pillow cover for the large size pillows, it took more than 40 minutes for both items to arrive in my room!

Very good, nice hotel with facilities who can only be appreciated : room, wifi, swimming pool, bar, restaurant & breakfast. Comfortable (but rather slow) checkin and checkout.

The check-in process took 10 minutes. Way too long. The quality and upkeep of the rooms has gone down over time. The towel was worn out and the room not particularly clean. The gym is in good shape. Sad to see the current state of the hotel versus what is was like in the past.

The Housekeeper checked the room you stayed and it's really in need of renovation. The team always try to give renovated rooms on the high categories for Platinum members. The Welcome Desk Manager is investigating what happened that day, why the Welcomer gave you that room. But you can be sure it won't happen again. And taking advantage of the opportunity, Pullman would like to reinforce that you, as a Platinum member, have access to the Executive Lounge on 10th floor, where you can check-in and check-out between the operation hours. So you don't need to wait downstairs. There is also the online check-in (you receive the invitation by e-mail) and the fast check-out. The team will help you to make those faster. If you have the time on the next time you come, the General Manager and the Operations Manager would like to know you. From the very entrance the Concierge the porter who escorted me to my room , at the restaurant and the indie got my book and vitamins and I got them a week later when I stop by. ! I knew the Cesar Park. But Pullman has surpassed all expectations of an airport transit hotel Pullman had raise the bar to an high standard experience. I'm coming back next week for my final day in Brazil to relax and catch up my energy ! Thank yuh Accord hotels. !

« A bit disappointing »

To start, the reception desk gave us the wrong keys and the bellboy had to change them for us. The remote control for the television didn’t work; some amenities were not provided (body wash, water bottle, coffee capsules). There was also a non functional lampshade. During the shower, a lot of water leaked out from the box and there were not enough towels. Also, the gym facility is very cramped. That said, the restaurant is very good; great food, excellent service and delicious açai and cacao breads.

Sra. Giovanina, Obrigado por ter dedicado alguns minutos do seu dia para compartilhar sua experiência Pullman. A equipe ficou bastante desapontada por perceber que as expectativas da senhora e do sr. Silvio Luis não foram plenamente atingidas. As luzes e a situação apontada no box do chuveiro foram verificadas pela equipe de Manutenção, que não detectou nenhuma irregularidade nos testes. O quarto ficará, entretanto, em observação para que as causas possam ser identificadas. O gerente de Welcome Desk foi notificado sobre a situação com as chaves e tomará ação para evitar reincidências. Em relação aos amenities, seria importante à Governanta (para tomar a ação mais acertada) saber se não havia nenhum dos itens que mencionou ou se havia, contudo a equipe não observou que estavam em duas pessoas no quarto e, com isso, não deixou em quantidade insuficientes. I had a 9 hour layover for a flight and I was able to stay at the Pullman during this time. I was able to complete some work, relax a bit and have a nice meal before my trip. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities and a great and very helpful staff. I would stay there again.

Sr. Silvio Luis, A equipe ficou desapontada em saber que suas expectativas e as da senhora Giovanina não foram atingidas. A Governanta e a equipe de Manutenção dedicaram atenção a todas as reclamações que foram feitas pela sra. Giovanina. Os senhores estiveram duas vezes no hotel recentemente e a Governanta está certa de que elas se referem aos quartos 414 e 415, onde ficaram na hospedagem do corrente mês de Dezembro, haja vista que os quartos 926 e 927 (da hospedagem que ocorreu no fim de Novembro) não apresentaram as situações descritas pela sra. Giovanina. O Pullman gostaria de pedir desculpas pelos inconvenientes. Tenham certeza que as situações apontadas serão corrigidas pela equipe e que a verificação dos quartos em que ficarem nas próximas visitas pela Governança será minuciosa. Em relação à queixa sobre a acústica do quarto, os senhores foram incomodados com barulhos vindos do corredor? Dos quartos vizinhos? Conseguiriam dizer se eles foram de outros hóspedes ou de membros da equipe? Muito obrigado por sua contribuição. O Pullman aguarda sua resposta.
