While I was really impressed with the facilities, I was most impressed by the staff. Priscilla in the daytime and Lucas at the restaurant particularly stood out. The entire staff in the dining room was wonderful. It was nice to hear them remember my room number and the things I liked to eat and drink in such a short time and in a different language. Priscilla helped this tired traveller get an early check-in and answered all my questions throughout the time I was there. I found myself waiting to talk to her because we now had a relationship established. In short ...Priscilla ROCKS!

Everything was good, except the rate and the shower cubicle design. The rate was a little bit high. The shower cubicle was so bad that water almost flooded half of the bathroom after a shower.

Amazing hotel, the staff does it so good that you want to stay longer. Highly recommend if you need to stay near GRU Airport, otherwise the city center is about 35mins drive, w/o traffic.

Great hotel, comfortable, friendly & helpful staff. The welcome kit and park for our dog was a big plus. We wouldn’t recommend eating there though (at least the 24h room service dishes), everything else was perfect.

Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Pullman. We stayed one and a half days for our first day arriving into Brasil, as a break from our next flight to Joao Pessoa. We deceide to stay again on our return trip to break up the travel from Joao Pessoa, again one and a half days, then departed back to the U.S. The staff is SUPER friendly and attentive. My wife is Brazilian, I'm American with decent Portuguese skills, but I was happy to be able to communicate in English when I couldn't find the right words in Portuguese. There was only one issue I would consider to be a big appointment. For our return trip, instead of using Expedia like we did the first time, I called the hotel to arrange our booking in advance. I was very clear that we would stay a day and a half, the same as our previous stay. I would pay one full day, and one half day for late check out. The attendant on the phone said she understood, and gave me a rate. I decided to book with Pullman direct, because the rate was less expensive than if I booked two full days on Expedia, since they do not offer half day booking on their site. Upon checkout, I was told that the rate I was given was only for ONE night, not the night and a half I requested. This was a little upsetting, because I could have booked two full days on Expedia for around the same rate as the day and a half I booked direct. We did attempt to have it corrected, and the attendant called the booking line to sort it out, but I was told that unfortunately Pullman was correct and I had the wrong information. Perhaps I did simply misunderstand over the phone. That was our only issue. Other than this, the staff is excellent, the facilities clean, the food was excellent, and the outside pool and play area very nice. We will certainly stay again our next trip to Brazil.

Really enjoyed my short stay (9pm to 5am!) stay at this hotel. Room was very comfortable with excellent shower. Reception was first-rate, checkout very smooth. Also had a nice buffet dinner. Highly recommended.

Check in was confusing - we were taken to a level on the 10th floor to check in. Having to lodge a security deposit of R$900 against my credit card was also just crazy- a week after my stay this hold has still not been released. Food was very expensive - the price of one buffet meal was the same as we paid for a meal for 3 people the next day in Recife. Room itself was really good, modern and plenty of space. Good location close to airport.
