« Dirty Bathroom / Unable to use my LeClub Mileage to pay for the stay (Receptionist unaware of the process) »

One of the rooms were not appropriately clean. The bathroom did not smell good. To make things worse, neither at the checkin, not at the checkout, the receptionists were able to properly instruct me how to use my LeClub Miles to pay for the stay. They thought that the Authorization Code would be sent by SMS. They asked me to update my Cellphone number at my profile and kept trying to send the SMS. Only when I left the hotel, I discovered that the authorization was sent thru email. Because of the lack of knowledge of the Hotel Staff, I was forced to pay in cash for the stay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I arrived for breakfast at 9.40 am and from 9.40 until 10, I was warned 2 times that the buffet would be removed at 10.00 am. In my opinion lacked training for the attendant and a bit more friendliness with the guests on approach.
