« Nice and effective place to stay »

The Ibis JF has good structure, excellent breakfast, every service really works despite little misunderstanding that happened about cleaning the room. I'd like to inform something very important regarding security. The right glass door of bathroom box from room #360 is clicking, like a noise in the glass. I noticed the glass door hinge is little warped. I had the same problem at my home some years ago and unfortunately the door exploded in my hands, hurting me. I wouldn't like Ibis has the same problem I had that's why I am kindly warning you about it. I wish contribuiting to help Ibis improving the service continuously. Best regards, Leonardo S..

« Very poor service, food and attention. »

Veru poor service and attention. I reserved and pad via web site and received confirmation that keys were ready for me at arrival. Keys were not there. They took some time to look for a room for us, my wife and me. We were given a room where at the bathroom there all only one soap with the bag open and used! There was only ONE towel for us and it was hanging wet. Dinner buffet is a joke. Pictures in elevator give a totally wrong idea if what it really is. Food is of very poor quality. Open hours posted for it are until 10 pm but at 9:30 all food was removed. Have stayed at several Ibis around the globe but I Will never return this one. To improve you have to change manager and middle staff or cancel the franchise.

It didn't have hand towel, the phone was broken, there wasn't enough pillows, complimentary soap and shampoo. Não tinha toalha de rosto, o telefone estava quebrado, não tinha travesseiros, sabonetes e shampoos suficiente.

No problems during my stay - staff was efficient - hotel is clean. The only noticeable problem was my bathroom had obviously had been recently flooded from above due to the steaks down the wall not matching the paint color. The water pressure here is so awesome that it often can leak a lot of water through the glass shower doors and make a mess on the floor.

I was on a road trip passing through very small cities in vey very simple and humble hotels. To find an Ibis get a shower With perfect temperature and have a nice bed was simply all that I need that moment.

« Dirty Bathroom / Unable to use my LeClub Mileage to pay for the stay (Receptionist unaware of the process) »

One of the rooms were not appropriately clean. The bathroom did not smell good. To make things worse, neither at the checkin, not at the checkout, the receptionists were able to properly instruct me how to use my LeClub Miles to pay for the stay. They thought that the Authorization Code would be sent by SMS. They asked me to update my Cellphone number at my profile and kept trying to send the SMS. Only when I left the hotel, I discovered that the authorization was sent thru email. Because of the lack of knowledge of the Hotel Staff, I was forced to pay in cash for the stay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
