« Unusually dissatisifed »

To be fair, the room was perfect as usual. However 2 reasons impacted my rating. 1- I booked the room online (1 night), and for some unknown reason i got charger for 2 nights. Even the receptionist didn't know why, and i didn't get the money back to my credit card till now. 2- I couldn't access the internet due to a technical issue in the system. It didn't accept my login details thus i couldn't connect. As far as i knew, it was an issue affecting all guests.

The rooms were clean, practical and comfortable... Things to improve: (I would add a couple of bottles of free water ... it is a nice little touch other hotels are doing... and it does not cost much) Business office computers can have more clear instructions on screens as to how to start and use system, since if it is not a default PC screen

The first provided room was not clean and has a noise where elevator was close by. Then I had to asked for changing the room with a downgrade due to room availability. Always when I stay in this hotel, I smell smoking while it's not allowed at floors I stayed in. In addition, always they reject late check out request, and never been upgraded while I have a sliver membership.

I used to stay in Novotel Jeddah before and it was very good until this last visit. Housekeeping did not clean my room Reception & guest service did not answer my call from the room until the 4th or 5th attempt Steam room and sauna closed at 6:30 although they informed me that it close at 11PM

« Great Loacation in an up to date Enviroment »

For my business travel the Novotel Tahlia is located perfectly. Nearby you find all kind of restaurants. The Hotel is modern, functional and quiet cozy. The Gym and the Pool are a bit small but fit my needs. The Breakfast buffet is excellent and the Staff more than friendly and attentive.

« Service is a joke »

Airport pickup didn’t arrive, no one answers the phone, colleagues room booking not found, no one wants to serve coffe in lobby bar, airport transfer booking “lost” and eventually 40 min late. I can go on...Your hotel is nice but staff sense of service is 0. We will cancel all future corporate stay as we have been disappointed also before.
