Overall it’s ok . Unfortunately construction going on outside makes it difficult for the guests to feel comfortable and enjoy outside experience.

To our Surprise, Hotel was serving Smelling Breakfast Buffet in the morning which was already spoiled a day earlier. When we brought to the attention of the Manager, he justified his side but later he acknowledged.

Novotel A Club brand does not have any prviliges, I have stayed in the hotel 3 times, When I have checked in the hotel last time after reaching highst level of membership "Platinum" I have been expecting to be recognized as pltinum member but that was not the case, in fact instead of upgrading me to a better room I have been offered less than average room, even worst than what I have got first time I have checked in the hotel was better than third time, the second time I have checked in the staff even tried to give me a room lower level than what I have paid for. They 've been claiming that they are fully booked even though I'm sure that there were plenty of good empty rooms in the hotel, What I have noticed that the hotel staff work on discriminating basis, first time I have checked in the hotel they gave me a good room with good view as they've thought that I'm from Europe as I hold European passport, afterwards they've realized that I'm from Arab background as I speak the language therefore they started to give me bad rooms each time I check in. Finally I've fed up with the hotel due to many different reasons and I have moved to different hotel

First I made my online checking in order to avoid delay I was suprised to know that there was no double bed room available at arrival no extra towels as requested it took 30 min or more before finishing me a room finally gave me one with double bed but it seemed smaller than the one I stayed in before , there was construction outside the hotel which doesn’t state when booking so getting in and out was not easy and the housekeeping just make the beds there was an empty bottle of water on the floor and a tissue that was left there so I love Accor group hotels my last stay here was nice but this one just changed my perspective won’t stay here again oh and the min I arrived in my room I get a phone calll from the reception asking me what time I will check out I just got here and u can ask me a day she’s not the moment I arrived

Second time i have stayed here and have been very happy with the service and quality of the stay. Very good breakfast and great staff. There were road works blocking the front of the hoetl on my second stay and it would have been good to get advanced warning of this.
