there are always little issues, it is never perfect, like standards are missing in the bathroom, things are not working properly like A/C or faucet, missing towels.

reception personnel are excellent.room is confortable and clean.Hotei location is not bad ,but most of car drivers they donot know it specialy taxi drivers,no sign on the top of hotel building that shows name.I always tell taxi drivers that novotel is close to ascot hotel so they easily know the loction.the hotel has sign on the top of building so see from far away.

The service is getting better and better. I had an excellent check-in and check-out, Housekeeping are excellent as usual. In regards to the entrance of the Hotel from the back street, from my personal opinion I see it's better than the front. at least the drivers can waiting for the Guests peacefully without being asked to move because there is another car behind who needs to pass.

on arrival I was behind almost 8 guests with one hotel staff was doing his best to everyone checked in. After finishing your long busy day it was frustrating. Rest was not that bad.

« Very poor stay »

I have booked my room a week in advance, when I arrived there was no room reserved for me. only smoking rooms and rooms for disabled have been free, although I noted in my preferences that I take only non smoking rooms . Again my 7th stay in a Accor hotel and no welcome drink received. Iam very disappointed with the services of Accor and I will never again book with them! This was certainly my last stay Room was not clean, poor amenities of the hotel.

« Nice, new , clean hotel with very poor service. »

We stayed in Novotel Jeddah (Tahlia) , Saudia Arabia for 14 nights, the hotel was nice and new but unfortunately the services in the hotel was very bad , such as : Shortage of towels and even some days they miss to put hand towel. Shortage of soap and shampoo and other staff like conditioner and other kits . No understanding of the "don't disturb" sign by room service and by minibar checking persons ،They entered the room even with don't disturbing sign was hanging on the outside handle. Even with the knowledge of saudi arabia rules, but there was no time allowed for ladies to use the swimming pools. Lake of cleaning of the room and bath room and dust collecting, also not collecting empty shampoo tup. It seems no incharge manager to receive the complaint, only the security and safety manager which he wrote my complains in a piece of paper and did not do any action. For three consecutive days they forgot to put a cover to the pillow until i have complained No answering room service and when they answer they don't provide the requested service until second or third reminder was the worst!

First of all you have the foot the worst security supervisor is unprofessional not polite and very mean and rude person . The way he speaks to the customer is very low class and he has no manners . This is my second time I have problem with him and I have and I have made the same complaint last year and I didn’t complain to the hotel manager but there is nothing change .As you know there is no parking in Northdale hotel to do other than the one he provide in the back of the building so when I came last time and this time I checked in late so I try to park my car first and ask the security called the reception to make sure that I am president of the hotel I’m going to check in now so please let me i as you know there is no parking in Northdale hotel to do other than the one he provide in the back of the building so when I came last time and this time I checked in late so I try to park my car first and ask the security called the reception to make sure that I am president of the hotel I’m going to check in now . And with all due respect this system is very stupid to not let the people go inside the hotel before the chicken he could have easily called the reception and make sure that I’ll be a resident at the time and allow me to get in but the security guy refused to call the reception and he called his supervisor and he came forward it to me and put his supervisor and speak of so I can listen so the supervisor stop talking bad on the way I’m polite professional as I work for him not a resident in the hotel and all due respect this system is very stupid to not let the people go inside the hotel before the chicken he could have easily called the reception and make sure that I’ll be a resident of the time and allow me to get to the security guy refused to call the reception and he called his supervisor and I can forward it to me and put his supervisor and speak of so I can listen so the supervisor stop talking bad always I’m polite as I work for him not the hotel . Also I try to make meeting at the hotel with my coworkers and my employer or some of my friends they refused to come because there’s no parking in the hotel and they don’t allow him to go inside the parking. It is not possible to park my car in the front of the hotel specially when I have my family with me and go check in and then go back and take the car and park it inside the parking this is absolute mess to see the process to go to . I don’t think the hotel is a new the home of dirty carpet is not clean TV TVs are so small and I don’t know why the TV installed in the front of the bed other than installed in the front of the couch. The bathroom missing on the status status as a shaving kit tooth cleaning kit and other things. I have the room with the breakfast I could not go down that I just want to have the breakfast cause I was sick for three days so I asked them to bring any breakfast to my room if you want you can bring a basket and put all kind of bread do you have and some jam and butter and cheese and one egg and that’s enough same as if I go to the restaurant if I go to that restaurant I will eat more than that so why don’t you make a choice that I can have my breakfast in my room for the room rate the same br I have the room with the breakfast I could not go down that I just want to have the breakfast cause I was sick for three days so I asked them to bring any breakfast to my room if you want you can bring a basket and put all kind of bread do you have and some jam and butter and cheese and one egg and that’s enough same as if I go to the restaurant if I go to that restaurant I will eat more than that so why don’t you make a choice that I can have my breakfast in the room . Believe me there is some hotel in Saudi Arabia and outside of soda do the same that’s how you feel you respect it I never went to a parking lot even when I’m not at resident at the hotel and they don’t let me in and said the hotel. The water spray gun is very weak water pressure is very weak in the bathroom I don’t know why I even told the manager that the last time but I think it nobody care

It was reasonable. The air conditioner is too noisy. No sleepers or bathrobes in the room. I requested for an iron and iron board, the iron was hopeless as hardly could iron the clothes.
