First class service from the entire hotel team. An absolute pleasure staying at this fine hotel. My only negative comment is with your room configurations- I was unable to book or be upgraded to a suite because none of those rooms have 2 beds - just a suggestion to perhaps review for future guest satisfaction

Location and Design of Hotel was good. However the rooms at level 2 seemed a bit old. Water leaked on my floor from shower to the toilet. All the towels are very old and have lost its softness and thereby needs urgent replacement. I would like to thank Beam (Front Office), Pete (Concierge), Mark (Chef), Su (House Keeping) for their excellent service.

This time again my room was the type I prefer (high floor with a day bed) and I appreciate for the assignment. As a Platinum Member with very heavy repeater of your hotel, I requested for room upgrade upon chck-in and I was told by my front receptionist that they will find one for me next wek as all suites are fully booked for the upcoming weekend. However, your staff never followed up on my request and never came back to me. My request was simply ignored and I was very disappointed.
