« Perfect location and staff in Pattaya. »

If you want a hotel where you feel welcome for real then select Baraquda. From I arrived to I left again I had the feeling that the staff cared about me. Small dialogues and friendly advices about sights and shopping possibilities. I got a room close to the elevator with the view over the pool. Big and nice rooms and all with a small balcony. Location in Pattaya is perfect. Within walking distance from the beach, Walking Street and Central Festival Shopping Center. And it is so quiet - not a sound in the rooms. Good selection for breakfast. Airport transfers organised quickly and for a normal price. Next time around I will be back at the Baraquda. Thanks to the staff!

The hotel is located in downtown, it is easily to go for shopping or eating and also near the beach. The staff are kind and friendly. I feel relax inside hotel especially at swing pool and lounge on the 6th floor.

It was ok found rooms to be to cramped not enough cupboard space for clothes silicone in shower mouldy toilet seat should be plastic wood seat no good flooring in reception area very tacky cleaners need to be quieter too noisy staff fantastic breakfast chef couldn’t get omelette right after four times didn’t have it any more pastries fantastic

Beautiful hotel but air-conditioners need frequent cleaning and filter replacement. Because it smells mold and sounds noisy sometimes. I got throat problem finally. Please check the air-conditioners of all rooms and clean the filter immediately.

« Hotel is getting a little tired now »

This is my 3rd time staying here in approximately 10 years. The location is excellent service and food again excellent and the pool is excellent however the rooms are definitely in need of a refit now. Starting to get very tired indeed.

Excellent check in, nice room but no drawers and not much storage space for two people on a three night stay. Good choices for breakfast. The service at the Sunset Bar was very poor, one staff member cannot make the drinks and serve the customers. However, overall service from the staff we encountered was excellent.

The air con couldn't remove the moisture and there was mould in bath room. Also the check IN & OUT did take too long time, even I had already check IN online. This kind of waiting is not good for priority customers.

Good location. Indoor car park. Alert security. Good secice in al restaurants. Nice and good size swimming pool. Pool chairs are in need of some overhaul, fabric related. Modern and somewhat boutique style rooms, are very nice and spacious

Location was very good in the heart of Pattaya. Room was quite good, good size and comfortable bed but did appear to be showing signs of it's age. The pool gets a lot of shade during the day from the surrounding building.

Always a great place to stay, a little disappointed in the room on arrival. The shower didn't work properly and I was put in a room too far away. But overall my favourite place to stay in Thailand.
