« Fantastic visit to Baraquada »

Once again I enjoyed the 5 star service of the staff and facilities of the Baraquada Hotel. The rooms have been upgrade since my last stay and it really adds to the experience. Mood lighting its a great added touch, creating a perfect romantic setting. Food was always spot on and I learnt another trick to try at home from one of the chefs. Its best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. See you all again. Jeffrey

« Great hotel and Great customer service »

The design of the hotel was modern and astounding, and my room reflected that. The attitude of the staff was excellent. The only fault I can find is that some of the workmanship in the room is not great. For example, the bathroom faucet had a slow water leak from its base, which I needed to mop up daily with a towel. But overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to my friends.

Love the staff helpful and friendly room is clean, they are very nice but the building is very terrible old and run down. rooms lamination is peel off and quality does not live up to M gallery standard, only the staff live up as M gallery

Stay was great, staff curtious and helpful. Facilities were also very good. Two minor problems, the aircon leaked somewhat, and the room had a wet musky feel.

We have stayed for the last 4 years in this hotel, it is now in need of investment to keep the quality of decor in line with what is expected from this hotel chain. The food, location and staff can not be faulted nut come on guys, dip into your pockets and do some much needed upgrades to rooms and communal areas.

The staff was extremely helpful. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism of the hotel was lack of drawers to put clothes in. Room was very clean and cleaning crew very nice. I had a problem with my computer, but the two young ladies at front desk where extremely helpful in solving my problem.

« Nice hotel with good location »

Good location close to Hilton and beach road, next to Avenue Center with a huge supermarket and restaurants. We had a suite with a nice balcony, the fridge, however, was very, very small, not even room for ice, thats not fair for a suite that size and price.

This was about stay number 15 at the Baraquda and it just keeps getting better. Staff always welcome us back like a second home and was really impressed by my recent stay in October as they the team left a nice touch of posters and a special card in our rooms as “ Welcome back home” I can’t fault the staff at all, from the porters,front desk staff, restaurant,pool side,cleaners and managament are all fantastic and always go out of their way to assist with anything. My title says it all...i really didnt want to come back home. Baraquda and staff there make you so comfortable u forget home. Everything this hotel is it's because of the staff there...the movement your main door is open by bell boys...Jack, Nop or Pete. The manager Toh and assistance manager KF greeting every customer entering and smiling and giving their best. Staff at the front desk with their never give up attitude... house keeping making sure your room is at its shine...and all what u need is taken care. New joining staff game and others know u by your name. It's a unforgettable experience. Toh KF and team celebrating my birthday in the room..decorations..balloons.. it's more than celebrating with your family. I love Baraquda and each and every member at the hotel. That's my real home. They are the best. They are the dream team. Each one making the hotel to what it's now and making sure guest return back or talk about it to everyone they know. You rock team baraquda. U GUYS ARE THE BEST. 10/10

I've stayed at the Baraquda many times, the rooms are comfortable, the suites are amazing. The pools very nice, but overall the services from the staff is the best. Great breakfast buffet too!

« Not good enough for an upscale hotel »

The hotel was original but the services were not on a par with Sofitel or Raffles (lack of staff, limited lounge access, cleaning unfinished etc.). In addition, I used the hotel car service to bring me to the airport and the driver was rude. It is unacceptable.
