« Disappointing »

Booked package which included evening meal. Treated poorly in restaurant as though because we on package we were not important. Drinks did not arrive service was poor. Privelidge room not as expected.. No complimentary soft drinks and no newspaper in morning.

Hotel was fine, staff were not great. Check in was late and the guy on the desk obviously didn't want to be there, and was just a bit weird. In the morning a different employee was on the desk but was fairly rude, no please or thank you and no eye contact. Not up to usual Accor standards.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They made our stay there really special with lovely decorations and personal attention. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and peaceful. Everything was provided from tissues to "smellies".

Room 107. Hotel looked smart, but not so convenient. Taps in shower so hard to move, nearly scalded myself. Toilet roll behind my shoulder. Towel rack so high, I struggled to get a towel down. Bedroom floor creaked very loudly. Bed so high I had to climb on. Bedside light so far away from bed. But, room very quiet, Cosy bed, soft sheets. Breakfast plenty of choice, ok, but bacon like bootleather one morning. Area for getting tea and coffee very dark, also dark area where you did your toast. unfortunately our youngest was sick whilst we were there. The staf were ever so helpful couldn’t do enough to help us, even provide me room service breakfast in the morning as I couldn’t. Get down due to my daughter still being sick.
