Great! location is perfect, central at the airport (one thing, Ibis is stationed in terminal 1, we arrived in terminal 2, so we had to book a taxi ride off 20minutes!). Besides that it was a great stay! Verry clean, friendly etc.

Room was clean, but the housekeeper said there is no room cleaning after 3 PM. Food taste for breakfast is good, need improvement for coffee taste, table setting and also the egg corner should be ready before guest come in.

« Less convenient than my previous stays. »

- In-room refrigerator is not working properly (no cooling effect at all), I need to store my stuff in kitchen fridge which is not practical. - Payment confusion between Accor website vs. Ibis management, guest maybe arrived in tired condition and need to deal with payment before check-in is not convenient. Personally I chose to pay via Accor website is to prevent this kind of situation. - Please pay attention to shower head condition. I always chose Accor group whenever possible, and my previous stays with Ibis Malang is good. Hopefully my comment from this last stay can be used for your improvement. Thanks.

Room is big enough for my family with 2 kids, clean, well maintained. Pool with heated water is a good idea, gym with standard equipment. Fast check in and check out, staff very nice and helpful. Around 30-45 minutes from the airport. Overall I'm happy and this is a good choice to stay in Malang for a Family.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights. We added extra bed for 1 rooms. The room is spacious, look new and the rate is good. We stayed with our parents to enjoy Malang. They were happy & satisfied with room conditions (spacious, clean and good smell). The breakfast is delicious although need improvement to have more choices in main menu.
