Greeted with good service by the reception, even though we were not offered the welcome drink (which is actually a self-service in a table beside the main lobby door). Check in process was pretty fast. The room looks quite dark when we entered. Bathroom and toilet does not have key, but as we are couple so we don't have privacy issue about it. Everything works well in the room (although we did not use the electric kettle). The room, bathroom, and toilet also very clean. Breakfast have a lot of varieties. Too bad we didn't have the chance to enjoy the swimming pool (as it is too crowded on the weekend). Overall, it was a nice stay experience and we will consider to stay in Ibis Styles again when we return to Malang someday.

When we don't have time to had dinner outside, me and my daughter went to the hotel restourant, we order several menu. The food that we ordered before served with a good decoration and the taste is great. Also the employes don't mind to help us, we ordered 5 room and there were several problem with the air conditioner, but the employes help us to fix the air conditioner. I would recomend ibis styles malang to all of my friends and famillies.

I found many stain at my bed sheet. But i already asked the room service to change it and they changed. The bedroom floor a little bit yellowish and it’s look like dirty. The breakfast not delicious. I think it’s not worth with the price

+ We stayed for 3 night with two toddler ,nice room with city ciew at 10th floor + Separate bathroom and toilet is great + Ac not full working , Only at first day the ac is cool but next day is not working , we called and they immediately fixed it - Fridge in our room is not working , we keep some of fruits and drinking water is not cool - The Flow of water in the wastafel too low and small + We loved the pool with warm water , the kids very enjoyed - Too average for the taste of breakfast with 3 stars hotel, if anyone runs out they are quick to fill it . + Nice staff hotel, quick check in and check out process + Arround hotel there is a minimarket if you need something and a lots of eating place because the location of the hotel is in city center Thanks ibis

Staff are friendly and helpful We get morning takeaway breakfast for our bromo trip which is thoughtful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool water is warm which is good. Toilet is also spacious and clean Cons: Bed pillow is already worn and had a bit of smell. Pillow sheet also old and had small stains. We feel the carpets are already old and worn and abit dirty especially the hallways . Other than that we are very happy with our stay.

My stay at Ibis Styles Malang was great. The staffs were friendly and polite, the check-in process was fast. I asked to upgrade my room from Superior to Deluxe room, but the hotel was full at that day. But, before my arrival they called and informed that only one room can be upgraded. That was nice and I was so happy to hear that. The room was big, clean and nice. The breakfast was just ok. Overall, I satisfied with the hotel.
