The room is nice (deluxe room). Bathroom is kinda old need renovation. The breakfast has a lot of options but the rice particularly the fried rice was bad, as if it was warmed for a very long time, it tasted and smelled bad. The pool water was not clear, it needs to be filtered and cleaned.

I stayed for a very short time, came to Malang for a quick business, my usual hotel was fully booked, and I chose Ibis because the name and the location was nearby my event. Checked in on 5ish pm, checked out before 7 in the morning, after their breakfast, breakfast was good, and for the room, the put me on 11th floor, which awesome..I love higher floor. Definitely a good decision to choose this hotel, definitely will come again.

There are two elevators, but one does not work, so you have to queue, while we are on the 9th floor, seats for breakfast if the weekend is always full, sometimes you have to wait, the food is delicious and delicious, there are also many kinds. there must be 2 places to eat breakfast if crowded.
