There are two elevators, but one does not work, so you have to queue, while we are on the 9th floor, seats for breakfast if the weekend is always full, sometimes you have to wait, the food is delicious and delicious, there are also many kinds. there must be 2 places to eat breakfast if crowded. I hope the ibis style of Malang city will be better. thanks.

I was visited and stayed in your hotel with my family for three nights. Our stayed were good, we enjoyed the cleaniness of the hotel room, the warm and nice of front desk staffs and easy check-in process and check-out. However, the cleaning service staffs need to be improved. We found that they did not really cleaned our room, everytime we return back to the hotel room after our activities outside we always found some dirts were not cleaned, some peanuts cells were left on the teable as it was which is should be cleaned. The internet connection in the room at 7 floor was also bad. It was alwasy up and down, cpnnected then lost, no signal at all. If those corrected then your hotel will become perfect accommodation for travellers. Thank you

« Very good breakfast, but extremely small mushola when we have 80%+ moslem in Indonesia (please go to tunjungan plaza surabaya and see mosques there, inside) »

Food is very good, seems not using too much salt and not using instant broth (masako/royco), also my kid allowed to have breakfast as usually kid only eat some cereals, thanks. Swimming pool is good as not direct sun light exposed and adequate gym facility. Some vital facility is small as 4* hotel like room (not enough space to pray), very limited parking lot, and extremely small mushola. If you need to understand that your mushola is small, please go to tunjungan plaza surabaya and see 2 mosque there, inside, and some musholas.

Pros : Good stay.. new hotel, small but clean very functional bathroom since it split the shower room n toilet and also put thw washtafel n hairdryer separately. Warm watee pool make my daughter very happy. Cons : when first using the shower the water smell is not good howevwr after some time the smell is gonw.
