Good stay, close to station, friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast could be a bit warmer. Bed was a little hard but nothing to write home about. No light in sauna in the evening ( I ended up accidentally pressing the panic button thinking it was the light). I appreciated the New York Times being available. As a person who has a university degree in Hotel Management I was overall very pleased with my stay. Please congratulate your team on a good hotel. We would stay again and recommend this hotel. « Short but comfortable stay »

New and modern Novotel that was conveniently located just west of central Munich and near Trams and S Bahn to the city center. The rooms were in excellent condition, and beds comfortable. The hotel restaurant was of good quality, and while I didn't spend much time in the lobby area there were some nice entertainment options such as table tennis. Check-in and check-out were quick and courteous, overall a very nice stay.

« Good but expensive stay »

This Novotel was my first stay, and I found it clean and bright, with a great breakfast buffet that is included. Having said that, at 500 Euros per night, I would expect more than just a typical city-type hotel like Marriott or Westin. The rates were doubled during Octoberfest, but didn't revert to baseline, once Octoberfest ended on Sunday (I checked out Wednesday) Upon leaving, there was a rate posted in the lobby of 244 euros. Not great marketing!
