The staff are very helpful and the reception areas are comfortable and offer good services. The rooms are really comfortable, clean, well designed and provide all the basics. It was also easy to catch a tram into the centre of the town.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean, reception friendly and the breakfast tasty! The hotel is centrally placed and one can easily use public transport to get to wherever one needs to get to. We'll definitely return.

Staying at Ibis City Arnulfpark is always a pleasure. This hotel is modern and clean. I usually do not take breakfast because I do not see enough choices for the price. One Point that could be improved is the personnel at the desk. Sometimes it is not well organised. In combination with the poor website capabilities in terms of billing information I have to enter the billing address of my company every time at the reception. This should work automatically. My stay was good. The evening reception gentleman was not as receptive as the morning receptionist. When I checked in I wasn't told about using the door key for using the elevator (until the door kept opening and I wasn't going anywhere.) I had to look for myself for internet info, and hotel facilities. The receptionist in the morning assisted with tram tickets, as well as train information. The morning breakfast was exceptional (not included in my room rate, but very reasonable) They had everything you could possibly want!

A good comfortable, quiet hotel and nice breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Handy location for us travelling by train to the Hbf, and also later to the airport from the nearby DonnersbergerstaBe station. Tram stops also handy for getting around. A couple of good tips from the staff for Bavarian food and beer at nearby establishments.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very modern clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and hospitable and I have been to 4 star hotels which were no where near as good as this one. Its a little out of town, but easy local transport links make it good for tourism base.

Overall o.k., rooms are small like every Ibis. During check-in we first had to pay immediately. There was no explanation about the hotel, services offered, e.g. breakfast hours etc., but simply: you have to pay first during checkin. I am staying in Accor hotels multiple times worldwide (Silver status), but never had such an bad experience to be reduced to: "give me your money!". There is an extended breakfast offered from 10am to 12am (noon) during the week. No one mentioned this to us. When we approached at 11.45am the reception, they said, sure it is possible to have some brakfast. When entering the breakfast area, the service employee looked estranged AND ASKED: if we have paid for breakfast at all. Then she told us that everything is already cleaned and we will not get a coffee or tea from the machine. After I complained heavily, we received 1 piece of butter and a tea from the machine from the bar (same as the one located at the breakfast area). This is not a frinedly service where you want to spend your money... We (my wife and me) have booked in total 4 rooms for us and our friends...

We stayed in this hotel for the Octoberfest, I’ve stayed in ibis hotels in the UK for as little as £40, the average price per night was €135, I guess it is market economy but is hard to take paying 2 ½ the price for the same room. In room tea/coffee making facilities would be nice. The rooms were very hot, and the aircon did not blow cold air. We asked about this and were told the heating/air-Conway’s controlled by the outside temperature. The person we asked advised us to open the window, but accepted this would increase the noise. He did however, provide single sheets (as oppose to the quilt) to help keep us cool, and also provided firmer pillows.The hotel is has good transport links, a 10 tram ride from the Hauptbahnhof, (no’s 16 & 17) from Bahnhof Nord, and is on the SBahn route from the airport (S1 or S8 via Hauptbahnhof) alight at Donersberger BruckeI would stay here again, but hopefully not at this inflated price
