We had booked a suit for 4 people, the greeting and checkin was smooth one we were in the room it took time to get housekeeping to make the bed on the ground floor, the bed on the first floor for some reason was wet on one side and we had to ask housekeeping to make it all over again. The room had towels, tooth brush etc just set for two people. This is not the Novotel standard that you expect. Next day there were no table for breakfast, took some time to get a place. Yojana the relationship manager did take good cake and try to smooth things out. It was nice to interact with her, she even arranged for curd rice when my husband fell sick.. Rest were good my daughter enjoyed the play area and the pool. Overall could have been better.

Superb couldn’t be better ! Last minute check in although me being an Accor member # 30…4656 2 We got a better rate at the desk ! Some issue with my stay plus benefit couldn’t get a rate better than what we got at the reception Thanks to Prithvi ! Food be it North Indian or any other delicacy all was very well prepared & presented ! Live counters had a quick response with a decent quantity of food Masusd from The Food Exchange was of great assistance in seating us always ! The rooms facility needs some tweaking although every thing was functional some upgrade is the need of the hour !

The stay was amazing, baring a few nicks. Biggest issue being electricity down times. Our entry to the room bought us a few disappointments, most of which were sorted out almost immediately.

Spent two nights at the property. Everything was perfect. Loved the breakfast spread, comfort of the room and the pool area. The spa treatment was extremely relaxing. Improvement points: - The rest rooms / changing rooms near the pool area were not maintained well. - Everytime the generator kicked in, it made a lot of noise. This was quite disturbing when trying to catch some sleep. This was the same case in the Spa.

1. There are doors in between two rooms which I feel reason of noise coming from another room. These type of doors in between two rooms should not be there. 2. Taxi monopoly parked inside premises is there which is making inconvenience to the guest. Please look into this since I was corporate guest & provided cab by corporate company still taxi drivers inside premises of resorts were opposing my cab to get into the hotel.

Truly amazing experience to stay at your hotel staffs are overwhelming....a proper family stay hotel.would love to stay everytime.we stayed in zuri white sands also the hotel was more then big but the missing thing was Novotel experience!! Would recommend to stay for everyone.

This was our first visit to a north goa hotel, This stay changed our opinion about North Goa. We were so overwhelmed with the best in world hospitality that this resort offered us. Right from the smooth check in till we checked out, we were made to feel like a VIP. Special mention of Mr Prithvi the front office staff was very kind and always was ready to help , sometimes going out of the way. Also need to mention the Food exchange staff Mr Sagar and Mr Abhishek for making us feel very special during our meals. This is the first resort where NOT POSSIBLE doesn't exist in their dictionary. We will definitely come back repeatedly to enjoy this wonderful hospitality
