Requested for twin beds got a double bed. Meal times in the restaurant, had to request for tea or any food item multiple times before someone got it to the table. Came during the fruit season, could not get any good local fruits for breakfast. The spring role was a disaster.

Definitely one of the best resorts in Goa, made our trip even better. The food was brilliant. Rooms were left spic and span when we got back at night. If the water in the swimming pool was a little cleaner and warmer it would've been better, but apart from that one can't have any negative comments.

The stay was good, the property is good but needs improvement on 2 places, first the house keeping is not good - the linens were not properly cleaned, the dustbins were not cleared also u have to remind twice or thrice for room cleaning. 2nd the service during the breakfast was not satisfactory, there was no none to attend u even after regular request for cutler there was no one to provide the same. Rest all was very good specially the play area for kids. Overall it was a good stay.

Well my stay was warm as I was greeted warmly at the desk and was escorted to my room by MS Linda .. ever smiling.. room was really good .. have been travelling for last 7 days .. tired ..the stay refreshed me. The bar attended by Abhishek.. this guy was always present as when I wanted a refill .. though I was the last person in the night .. he patiently waited for me to finish. The spa was excellent and felt energised through the day.

Booked on Accor website, requested for early checkin, people at reception were not really the way you expect from a 5 star hotel. Even the room given to us was average. Service needs to get much better. Yeah, appreciate the cake for our anniversary. All in all just an average experience.

From rooms point of view it was good, clean room, linen just that when we entered the room, the bathroom had no amnesties, just a soap. I had to request for everything like dental kits etc . The rooms shld have a checklist n shld be supervised. Breakfast, chef needs some more ideas, was there for 4 days and everyday same breakfast, who bludy serves Aloo puri daily. Waffles everyday.. the aircon in the restaurant at the back side did not work the breakfast options and taste was utterly pathetic, infact the shrem has a better option Worst was checkin the person sitting on the counter, he had the most demotivated look, a guest has come have the audacity to smile and greet, rather he was just looking at his computer screen, it was just utterly disappointing. Have happy looking cheering faces in ur front desk. Special mention for Tuli, she was the saving grace, she was taking updates, making our stay comfortable. Overall not the greatest of stay, minor issues can be resolved, in the near future might choose shrem over this. My checkin experience just pissed me of totally.

very unhappy with ur reservation systems. wanted to book basic category room at the time of booking which was not available, so had to book the next level room, on reaching the hotel came to know suprisingly that the basic room was available, then i degraded the booking to the basic room, but paying the rate which were of the next level room, very very unhappy with the reservation service of the hotel. vl surely not renew my membership and vl also suggest the same to all my friends.

This is our 2nd consecutive year and yet again we were extremely delighted with your customer service. Your staff is your key strength, they were more than gracious with any of our requests. We love d property and had a great holiday !! Linda took very good care of us also your staff at the restaurant were very courteous and prepared special dishes on our request. Our 2yr old daughter was welcomed with sweet treats with her name on it and was given special treatment through our stay and she loved it !!!! On informing the reservations team, few days prior to arriving, of an infant accompanying us, we were checked into a Superior deluxe room that has a microwave as part of the amenities. This was very thoughtful and came into much use for our babies meal and liquid requirements. Your rooms are very clean and hygienic and housekeeping needs an applause for that. The service that Novotel gave us last year made us revisit and we will surely return next year as well. Only one negative feedback and is that in the land of fresh seafood you serve a cheap fish like Basa that has been banned in most 5* hotels.
