Check-in at 01pm would be nice More F&B options at the pool bar needed. Price per night could be lower as none of your rooms have any view. Stay though was really nice as it is a kid friendly hotel and your staff was very proactive, understanding and accommodating. Special thanks to your Guest experience team (Ms. Linda) and the staff at the buffet breakfast.

Service very good. Room could do with some refurbishment. Breakfast became very boring and could do with more variety for our personal taste. Overall we expected better from a 5 star hotel

We booked Novotel Resort and Spa to connect with our India trip. We did the best decision because we got the best hotel. only thing we did not know was that we could book direct instead of with agent. hotel reception staff including Rohan, Sugandh and others looked well after us. After our late arrival we needed to change the room which Rohan organized very efficiently. Also the room service people like Ashok Kumar and Suneel Kumar bent backwards to help. What can I say about the dining room staff. People were so hospitable and accommodating. It made our holiday extra wonderful. Thank you.

I just returned from amazing vacation with family from GOA. We stayed in Novotel Resort and Spa candolim and this was undoubtedly the most unforgettable experience we ever had. We felt from room quality to service everything was on top notch. Hotel is well situated & close to candolim beach which is only 10 min away from hotel (Complementary shuttle services upto beach is also provided by hotel) and other famous spots in north goa. I would like to appreciate everything and everyone, right from Room service to the shuttle services from airport to Hotel, Breakfast chefs/cleaners who were very helping, very smiling & last but not the least super friendly. I would like to share my experience in little detail: Pickup & Drop: We have been picked up and dropped from airport by hotel’s complimentary shuttle coach which was very convenient and hassle free. Check in and Check out: Check in was very quick & smooth and has not been taken more than 2 min just like check out. Room and Service: We stayed in prestige suite room which was a cozy, specious and most luxurious in the hotel. Room was having a comfortable sitting area along with two balconies and having a small working pantry as well. Room was equipped with microwave, induction cooker, a sink, coffee machine, a small minibar refrigerator, a big refrigerator for pantry and electric kettle etc. There were two seprate & large TV sets in living as well as in bedroom. Living room is also equipped with comfortable sofa cum bed. Room decoration, curtain lights and paintings etc was excellent. There was seprate toilet in living room and attached bathroom with bed room was real good in size though non availability of bathtub was little disappointing. The room and even the whole property was maintained very well and spotlessly clean everywhere, cleaning/ Housekeeping staff work tirelessly to maintain room & property. Activities and Kids Place: Hotel is having very big Kids room equipped with lot of toys, huge castle and other stuff. Our daughter enjoyed the activities at “happy place” a lot. Pool and Grounds: Pool was fantastic, clean, very big and happening & sunken bar beside pool was awesome. Kids pool was also very good but changing and shower room was maintained little dirty compare to all hotel. Food and Breakfast: Food spread was very vast ranging from north Indian, local and continental cuisine with excellent taste. Even the room service and other food availavle was fantastic. Saloon and Spa: Experience in warren and tricomi spa set in a traditional Bali style wooden huts was excellent, The Swedish massage and aromatic bath which we had was amazing, relaxing and refreshing. Staff: The soul of this hotel is its incredibly helpful, efficient, courteous, friendly and professional staff. The whole staff work tirelessly to make your holiday memorable but I would like name few which were really exceptional. Ms Toli, who made our stay really unforgettable by celebrating our marriage anniversary, arranged cake cutting and flower and fantastic towel decoration in the room. Mr. Bheem who prepared nice pancake and other personalised food for our daughter. Ms Subulaxmi, Banyan Lounge who very well taken care of us, specially our kid. Overall Novotel resort and spa is a joy to stay at. All in all a fantastic experience and would definitely go again. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

during the breakfast time Narmada ( the girl name ) came to say she will have charge for breakfast , i said i am hotel guest and entitled for breakfast as per my booking , though i was attending conference it does not mean she can say without checking who is guest and courtesy to wait until i complete breakfast , also we took car for airport forgot our mobile in car when we reached we tried calling back for 30 mint on hotel number no one picks up , after picking up they traced driver charged us for handing over mobile we feel its at times driver needed to check if passengers forgot any items , if not at least should not charge felt bad with overall experience

Excellent. This was my second visit to the hotel with my 22 mnth old daughter. She loved the ambience and child friendly amenities at Novotel. The in room dining staff prepared a special meal for her at no additional cost since she was not eating much. Also really grateful for the inroom dining staff to provide milk for her at unearthly hours without any delay (sometimes at 2 am!).

Short and crisp: Wonderful experience, beautiful ambience. Great activities for kids and I was travelling with an infant as well. Must say, the support staff was awesome at all times, even in the middle of the night. Beach is walking distance, as well as the main supermarket. Things went smoothly, it's a must visit property.
