Novotel Resorts and Spa , Badrez Goa. Its a beautifully constructed property overlooking the lush green paddy fields and hills..their traquillity zone is a hideout place...for peace and leisure. Pool is awwsum it has a jacuzzi too..its well maintained and clean..we had lots of fun there. The rooms are smaller comparitively but cozy enough. Theres a little balcony attached. may we could have a better view room but since all rooms were occupied we missed that chance. We had a little issue regarding bathroom door and was basin.hope they fix the glitch permanently. They have many gaming options and activities for kids as well as adults. We played basket ball , table tennis, carrom and lots more. Liked their welcome drink concept it was freely available throughout the day . We were warmly received by Mr.Rohan at the reception. He even attended to all aur queries patiently, always keeping a smile on his face he suggested us great places for sightseeing and eateries nearby where we had lots of fun. He made sure we felt comfortable. He even came for sending us off while we checked out. There is a scope of improvement for other girls at the reception they can be more warm and welcoming. (Its always better so be a little flexible , softer with words and a radiant welcoming smile) Would like to especially mention Miss Toli 's name she is the guest relation manager and maintaining her work quite well. She too made sure that we have a nice and comfortable stay. She even arranged a cake for our wedding anniversary . She was very responsive, caring and kind. Food was good breakfast buffet had many options. The Restraunt had good hospitality service. Overall the stay was great. Thanks team Novotel..it brings up effort of many to make our experience worth while, I would like to thank you all.

The property is awesome there is lot of activity for the kids....The pool is very nice ....Our superior room was a bit small in size as we were 4 of us so the manager immediately upgraded us in the suit which was truly amazing.....The breakfast spread is huge the taste and variety is awesome...Staff is very polite and helpful.....Will surely visit again

The stay at Novotel Resort and Spa Candolim was brilliant. Honestly when I booked the place I wasn't too excited but after checking in on day 1 itself I fell in love with the property. The service was fantastic and the house keeping was the best. Fayaz was the young boy who would clean the room daily and he did a fab job. Walking back to your room to find it as clean as it was on the 1st day was something I didn't expect. It was like walking into a fresh room everyday. Good job guys!

Even though a accorplus member, I had to 1st wait for my number in the queue and then was given the check in after 1.5 hours after the normal check-in time..there was a dedicated desk for the accorplus member check-in but there was no one at the desk and the desk was also in a corner not visible when you land at the hotel..not coming back to Accor !

So where do I start from. To begin with, I had made my booking through Agoda.com. I had selected the Prestige Suite. However for some reason the hotel did not receive this booking and just 5 days before my booking I got to know this that too as I was getting in touch with the hotel for some other work. The call to the hotel was also after trying for end number of times and end number of different numbers as the number on the website is out of service. In the end had to contact them through their facebook page. So after all this the hotel said that they cannot accommodate me in the room selected and can give me only the standard room as the room selected is already booked. In the end I was provided the standard room for 1 night and the degraded version of the suite room for the remaining nights. Though I had made this booking 3 month ago (and I have a proper booking confirmation from Agoda, which I was supposed to show at the hotel) the hotel charged me the peak season rates, as if they were doing a favor on me by providing an accommodation. Now coming to the hotel stay experience. So as per rules the hotel check in time is 2 pm. I reached the hotel at 4 pm, still the room was not ready and we were made to wait for 30 mins before we got our room. The respective departments (front desk, house keeping, In room dinning) never answer the phone in one go, you will have to call them at least 3 to 4 times before someone answers the phone to help you. The breakfast spread is horrible. Please visit the other hotels or for that matter Novotel Mumbai and see what a breakfast spread looks like. Also it was the same menu everyday. We got fed up and decided to skip the hotel breakfast and have breakfast out. Overall the worst holiday STAY ever.

We were 4 couples traveling with 4 kids, so a lot of food was ordered for in room dining. But the irony is there was simply no co-ordinance between the person who took the order n the kitchen staff and this happened for all 3 days despite repeated complaints. We used to order something but something else will turn up and too after waiting for 25-30 minutes

Spent three weeks in hotel. Rooms was perfect as we upgraded to a suite. The young man who cleaned our room did an excellent job and frequently left artistic towel decorations on our bed which were very clever indeed. The reception staff were always polite and helpful however your manager Sugandh was excellent. Throughout our stay she was wonderful and we cant thank her enough. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent with a wide choice of dishes. All the waiters were very friendly and helpful particularly Sanchoz who looked after us most of our stay. We had a meal cooked for us by your chef Bheem which was superb indeed. He is certainly a top chef! The men working around the pool area were always very friendly and helpful particularly when my husband suffered a recurring back injury. Altogether a fabulous holiday with excellent staff looking after us.

Nice and clean hotel with a good spa. However, children are EVERYWHERE: in the pool (why was that allowed in the adult section?), in the restaurant, in the spa area. When trying to relax or sleep all I was able to hear was children screaming. That concept has nothing to do with "resort". For hygienic reasons little children should not be admitted to the adult´s pool section. The staff was nice and friendly but the overall impression was the typical Novotel one: rather mediocre.
