« Summer Vacation with family. »

Spent one week in this property in a suite and had a second superior room for family members for 3 nights and had very high expectations after seeing previous review. However, disappointment started as soon as we checked in which was just after the official check in time but our room was no ready for some reason. I am an Accor club member with silver status which should get priority check in but this was not the case and we were made to wait 45mins in the club lounge. However, the lounge AC was broken which made the wait uncomfortable. After some time we moved to the lobby again. The problems continued over the week with basic ingredients for their shots and cocktails not being available. This made the overall experience quite disappointing. Items like Jack Daniels, Malibu, cranberry juice and lemons were not available when ordered. We had paid for the MyGlass package and upon asking what the benefits of this were most staff were not able to provide an answer. To date I am still not sure if it is worth paying for the MyGlass package. We ordered a cup of tea from the lounge around midday and had to wait almost an hour to get the tea. We were told several times that the tea was still being made. How long does it take to make a cup of tea? There was also confusion in the lounge regarding tonic water – apparently this was chargeable. When I complained I was told it was now included. Worst part was the cockroach which was in the lounge which was totally unexpected by us all. This should not be happening in a 5 star property. Overall, I would say we were disappointed with the stay and were happy when leaving. On the plus side I believe the staff realized this and offered us a room upgrade for the last 3 nights and also offered us a free evening meal. And lastly Aishwarya and staff in the kids play area did a great job keeping the kids entertained. But with this said I do not think it was enough to stay loyal to Accor hotels group.

The place can be sperstee for family and corporate booking I stated at resort and spa thinking it will have more privacy but a corporate booking sort of had a little dampner for the pool usage or else all was fine

It was quite a memorable stay at Novotel Resort & Spa. The property is not very big and is close to four stars. Room size is just average but what scores for this property is its fantastic staff. It kind of pushes its rating to one star higher. The front office, where we interacted with Vishnu & Shruti, were quite welcoming and throughout the stay they were very warm. Deepak at the Chy Bar was very innovative with his drinks. The restaurant staff - Chef Ganapathy, Chef Bheem, Nitin, Rohit, Mohit, Sanju, Supriya and quite yet presence full Shehzaad are just a few names that we remember, who made our stay a memorable one.

The room service was just perfect, and I was quite impressed with it. The food was absolutely scrumptious and enjoyed the food very much and the service was absolutely impeccable. Staff was helpful and courteous, bath room / toilet was ok but room is outdated , in this price range we have better hotels available in Goa , the money you are paying is more for Novotel brand and not for the Hotel .

I stayed with Novotel Resort and Spa from 23-July to 26-July in room no 206. The hospitality, ambience and the food was amazing and I would rate it as one of the best. The entire Novotel team does a very good job of providing such a comfortable and unforgettable experience to every one. This is a result of great team work and each and every one of the staff deserves pat on the back for the same. However as I came across very limited people I could name only few of them who did an amazing job of contributing to make my stay memorable. 1. Merlliza, Sugandh & Rohan from Front office team for the warm welcome and hospitable nature. 2. Nayan, Tanishka and Anupam from House keeping team for making my messed up (done by me) room beautiful & amazing every day. 3. Deepak from F&B team for being an awesome bartender and for the awesome mocktails he made. Looking forward to come back again and have a super duper time again with Novotel. -Amit G.

Its was a pleasure coming here. My daughter enjoyed a lot. Specially the kids area and swimming pool. Moreover the love and affection given by staff is recommendable. The welcome sweet and birthday arrangement was really impressive. My special thanks to Ms. Merlizza(guest relation) for making our stay a njoyable and memorable stay. Overall except the balcony view, everything was 5 star.

It was my sons bday, the hotel staff made it very special for us, they went out of their way and decorated the room with baloons and gave us a cake which was amazing!!! Great staff!! Special mention of the restaurant manager arokhyam for giving us a wonderful meal and that too on the house. Over all we felt special!!! It was a great experience, my purpose of booking the premises was totally fullfillied. Great kids zone, great activities by the pool, and entertainment console near the coffee shop was the best for my son n us as a family really had fun. Would definately recommened it to a lot of people especially families with kids. Keep up the good work. A big thums up from my family to the hotel and restaurant staff and managers.

Pros Centrally located nice quaint property with a lovely view of the plush countryside fields Lovely team, Sugandh, Nitin, Jasbir and Rohan amongst others ensured we had a great stay. Room was fairly quiet and well equipped. The breakfast menu was spot on, had the right amount of variety without adding unnecessary dishes for the heck it. The music playlist at the swimming pool was simply perfect. Chef went out his way to prepare in room dining meals for our son just how we wanted them. Cons The kids area should have injury resistant rubber flooring. Highly recommend you guys seriously consider this. If I had to nitpick I'd probably recommend to get the in room dining staff to be a bit more prompt.
