IT WAS JUST OK ROOM WAS GOOD BUT BALCONY VIEW WAS VERY POOR. POWERCITY CUT IS COMMON PROBLEM AT UR HOTEL POOL STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY AFTER EVRY 5-10 MIN THERE WAS A SOUND OF FAN WHICH WAS PATHETIC. POOL WAS NOT CLEAN & TOO MUCH CLORINE USED.

the staff was observed to be extremely cooperative and obliging in carrying out their duties. however, morning breakfast buffet timing would witness huge rush of guests, and catering to all at the same time appeared to be difficult for the staff

i ordered for tea at 5pm.got the order at 7pm.after calling again at 6.30pm. nobody picks up the phone at no.0. there is no sign board in the room showing the numbers for housekeeping ,reception,room service etc. fruits at the breakfast were not properly cut[very large pieces ]. overall an average experience,reception staff themselves said that they cannot handle all the customers as the hotel was full...???

Hello Team Novotel Goa Shrem, I was waiting for this moment to thank you all. Our stay was in peace and comfort only because of dedicated staff which you guys have. 1 - Starting from Ms. Hazel @ the Reception to the dining hall @ the Square with Ms. Ethel made us more comfortable to stay happily. 2 - The buffet breakfast was also good in taste, spread was huge especially the kids section was more attractive to the Kids. 3 - We had booked all together 3 rooms out of which 1 room was booked through MFAD and 2 rooms under my membership. The most important thing was the room which was booked through MFAD was reserved with a Suite attached with a bathtub which made my guests more happy and highly obliged. 4 - Further to above all my statements being an Ex-Accor Staff, I believe you guys are working truly well to meet each and every aspects of Customers. The experience was great as the customer service was at its best. Akshay made sure our needs were met and only provided the best communication. The rooms were clean and the hallways were continuously being cleaned. The one and only part I did not like is when I’m at the front desk, other guests would reach over me and start talking to the associate. The associate needs to ask the G. to wait his turn unless it’s an emergency. It happened on many occasions.

Stay is excellent. Lunch and dining are good. Breakfast is great. Pool maintenance is good. Customer service is exceptional. Shuttle to beach is comfort. Spa should be improved with the service. Therapy is not upto the mark of the money we spent on it. Ayurvedic is down the mark, but deep tissue massage was ok. Front desk is excellent
