I visited your hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. This was our very much due vacation post we became parents (after 2 years !!) I have to say that the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. But I was disappointed to see some glaring misses on part of your staff. Saira from your hotel contacted to know my preferences and I did share . But when we reached the hotel there was no Saira to help us. Instead none of our preferences were registered. And since we were traveling with our toddler any support to help us feel more relaxed would have helped. Just saying may be we need to be more empathetic towards our clients. Thank you.

We had Nykaa's annual conference meeting at novotel shrem. Service wise.. it was amazing.. Vikas, Hazel, Abhishek, Raju, Vinayak & few more team members were at great help always. Pls excuse me if I have missed on someone. Meal wise.. u guys had excellent spread. Banquet was well done & also those 2 staffs who were serving the team were quite efficient & quick. Attending every call was on time. Our entire staff & management were happy. We enjoyed our stay at Novotel.

Had an amazing experience at Novotel Shrem. The food is superb and the staff is very very cordial and helpful at all hours. Thanks a lot to the Guest Relation Manager, Ms. Saira for giving me a complimentary upgrade to a pool facing room with a balcony and also for the arrangements she did prior to our arrival for my wife's birthday. They have a lovely poolside. The best part about the hotel is that it is close to the hustle bustle yet not close. It is barely a 6-7 minute ride to Baga Beach. The rooms are spacious. It is very centrally located. The car and bike rental guy is also just across the hotel. Not to be missed, want to thank Mr. Vikash Sharma, Director Events for the Good Bye and come back soon lunch and airport transfer. Would recommend all couples and family visitors to stay here. The surroundings is very calm and safe. Once again had a truly AMAZING EXPERIENCE !!!!

Rooms are very well done with great furniture. The service was slow and wasn't upto the mark for the price paid. the food was just about ok and needs to be better. the playroom while done beautifully needs maintenance. The doll houses and the toys are broken.. puzzle pieces missing.
