The combined experience was average at best. Food was bad (restaurant dinner and breakfast), rooms were okay, service was good. The large Swimming Pool was decent. The kids pool was dirty. We much preferred the Novotel Shrem pool and the location. We had an issue where at midnight someone rang our room ball 10times and ran away. Security team did a good job in tracking down the kids who did it and MrPeter got the kids parents to apologise to us.

We had specially come to celebrate our twins 5th birthday and we had the most pleasant stay, very courteous staff who are ever smiling and ever ready to help. Zizel to begin with had been a great help in planning our itinerary to taking care of our smallest requests. She indeed made our stay worth. The restaurant staff was great at all the time when we were there, one name I knew who silently was taking utmost care of everyone was hetal. Hopefully not mistaken with name. She indeed knew in a day kids preference and took care of it. The main and most beautiful attraction for our kiddos was activity room. They spent quite a lot of time doing fund activities like craft, coloring and pretend play. Kids loved both the females there (sorry don't know the name) Overall we had a most relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Would surely recommend to friends and relatives. And ofcoz we would get back whenever possible.

very nice service, your guys were nice enough to arrange for stroller and crib.. In room staff was excellent, Check in wasnt great as luggage took 30-40 mins to reach us tht too after numerous reminders. Food was good .. pool was excellent .. over all happy with stay, I guess with smooth checkin it will be 10/10 .. Nevertheless very happy ..

Experience was nice. The breakfast spread and pool experience was enjoyable. The only downside was - Although a shuttle service is promised to/fro candolim beach. We had to wait for 1 hr for the shuttle to arrive on our way back from the beach, This was a bad experience especially because we had kids and my elderly mother with me.

Very poor service at restaurant. Check in was very slow. Few basic amenities in bathroom. Lighting was not proper in the room. WiFi was not working properly. They used a LAN cable to get my laptop connected. I found a hair in the food as shown in the pic. The mirror was already broken in the bathroom. Worst Kaju Katli I have ever eaten. Manager was not present in the restaurant at the time of dinner. Roti/chapati/naan were served in 15 mins after requesting. They cheat in the name of free coupons. Regards, Rohit T.

The overall experience was OK. Breakfast was very ordinary. Everyday the same mix, no surprise element. Worse for the vegetarian. The hotel has all the facilities but the service promptness is terrible.

I always wanted to stay with Novotel but unfortunately my stay in Goa wasn't that happening .. it's got a beautiful ambience but I did not like the food quality ...thrice I ordered food in my room but all three times it wasn't fresh ..be it pasta ..pizza ..noodles ...they all seemed to be reheated n served ..food is something that has to be the best when u go on a stay ..if that is not happening you are ultimately not satisfied no matter how good the services are ...overall I will never prefer to choose Novotel again..ultimately I had to try out other places for food n with a baby it was extremely difficult..n it's high time you guys should give babies too some variety ....my little one is 2 n he hated khichdi ...n u ask for something non spicy all u have is yellow dal/ paneer ..to add on to this I hated the paranthas too..they were extremely thick ..breakfast buffet neither was interesting...third day I didn't even feel like getting up for it..I missed my breakfast at home...please add some fresh juices ...n one more thing the bakery was pathetic...please work on your cakes !!..rest all was fine ...spa was nice n the play area as well ...

Check in was smooth. Beds were very nice and bathroom was well appointed. The sofa had black patches and had to be replaced. The iron in the room was not working - upon complaining someone took it away but never returned with a replacement. Bar near the pool was good and so was the pool. The breakfast room is small if the hotel is fully occupied. Surprisingly, entry to the restaurant was not regulated based upon seating availability but everyone could walk in and then keep looking for a table - a poor practice!
