« Handy to my needs »

Stayed here due to medical appointment at Kotara. It was within 5 minutes of my appointment. I felt the rooms needed some TLC. The reception & dining areas was better. Carpeting in the hallways & general appearance was shabby. Receptionists & dining staff were all very friendly & dinner was enjoyable although probably a little on the expensive side for what seemed casual dining. the views from the dining area/pool area were lovely, looking towards the ocean with lovely greenery in the foreground. Not much accommodation in the area less than the cost of this though. Probably would stay again if there was nothing better value in the area.

Check in was quick and polite. The room whilst dated was spacious and contained the items that meet my needs. The restaurant food and service was excellent.

« adequate but a little disspaointing for first accor member experience »

Booking was fairly easy, rate was as expected, location was good and motel was pretty good although just starting to shows signs of age. Biggest downside was evening meal, where it took over an hour to be served after ordering, complimentary white wine was not cold but just cool as if recently put in fridge and meals disappointed with evidence of canned produce not fresh items.

Dated but clean and friendly. On first floor, no lifts. No air con in common areas. "Swimming" pool (actually wading pool) was directly outside restaurant area and closed at 6pm, accessed through the car park. Minibar prices are ridiculous. No gym either. Restaurant not used

Apologies for the cockroach our hotel is sprayed for pests every month and generally have no issues with cockroaches unfortunately they do occasionally find there way in from the bush before the chemicals sprayed every month work there magic to eradicate them. « Bed and breakfast rate, breakfast unavailable until 6.30, no breakfast voucher for future stay »

Staff excellent as always. Requested a breakfast voucher for future stay as restaurant not open until 6.30 and breakfast box not available. Request declined. Was told that by booking through Accor site meant there was no flexibility. All Accor communications recommend booking through the Accor site.

« Horrible dirty rude staff »

Im 33 weeks pregnant had to walk up 2 stair cases. The housekeepers never clean proberly. Mould in bathroom Restaurant staff was sooooooo rude Wasnt busy in the resturant we had to wait half hour to get our order taken . We got shoved in a corner were there was enough tables for us to sit any where.

The room was comfortable. Location is a bit far from local restaurants etc if you do not have a car. I found it odd that room service trays with half eaten meals that were left outside rooms at 7.30pm, were still there the following morning at 8.00am. The lack of a lift may be inconvenient for some travellers.
