Short and sweet, check in efficient, swipe card failed a couple of times but corrected swiftly at reception. Room was neat, tidy, bed very comfy, aircon efficiently warm. Well done!

The room was good. Very quiet at night. Decor is a bit worn. Shower set up causes mini flood in bathroom. House keeping was good. Breakfast was good.

Convenient to everywhere, 2 major shopping centers, Lake, Ocean, Beaches, Wineries, oh did I mention the shopping haha. Good Hotel, great staff, good breakfasts what more do you want, only complaint - the pillows and with the shopping so close we bought some, Problem solved

Soundproofed walls, Comfortable bed, maybe needs some softer thicker pillows, otherwise room well equipped, fully stocked minibar and a great breakfast in the mornings. Exactly what I needed for my stay.

« Thoroughly enjoyabl »

We chose to stay with you for your convenience to major shopping, eateries and the reliability of an Accor property. It was the perfect base to travel to Maitland, Lake Macquarie and beyond. The staff were genuinely friendly and even offered a more convenient room for my circumstances ( a cane ) but the stairs were fine at 2 levels only, so I understand there not being a lift. Food was better than I expected and staff in the dining room were also only too kind to help. Would recommed this hotel to anyone, will definitely be back.

I have spoken with our head chef regarding gluten free options and he has advised there is a possibility of cross contamination of gluten when using the same deep fryer. To solve this issue we are purchasing a smaller deep fryer strictly for gluten free only products for guests who have an intolerance. Please advise the waitperson on your next dining experience that you are allergic so they can ensure your food goes in the gluten free only fryer. « very nice and handy to hospital where my husband was »

room was nice and clean but bathroom was not a good standard . There was no soap holder and water flooded out onto outer floor near vanity making it slippery for older people. wash basin was not very serviceable either. Otherwise all good,! staff very nice and nothing was any trouble for them. i found them extremely helpful .

We had been to this location before and are happy to return again if in this area. Staff are friendly and property lovely to stay at. Rooms are clean and large, the welcome drinks made us feel at home

The room was clean and well presented on arrival. During our stay all staff were welcoming and helpful. Opted to pay extra for a full breakfast on 2 of the 3 days of our stay. Considering the cost, was extremely dissapointed. Poached eggs may as well have been hard boiled they were that overcooked, and the vegetarian breakfast was some tasteless mushrooms with about 3 blanched spinach leaves and a couple of pinenuts. Have to say this is the worst motel breakfast my family has ever eaten.
