« Noisy function on Saturday night »

Friday night was fine. The extremely loud function downstairs on the Saturday night went well beyond 10pm which I found disappointing. Had I known it was going to be that noisy, I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. I feel excessive noise in a motel after 10pm is disrespectful to other guests.

Only issue was that the bathroom sink was too high. The shower taps need an upgrade and need to be tightened - hard to adjust the water temperature.

« Very disappointing »

On arrival to the room, key did not work, this happened again after having dinner in the restaurant. Dinner was paid by my sister who was not a guest and on checkout I was told this amount was still owing. Simone checked with the staff from the night before and they said dinner was charged to the room. I then had to pay again before i was allowed to leave.

The rooms were nice but there was a draft coming through the GAO in the door. The room was freezing so I had to put the heating on to stay warm. The rooms definitely need a makeover . The staff were very friendly though.

Biggest thing that needs to be changed, too much light coming in under the door from the hallway lights during the night. Having this gap reduced by a simple door attachment would lead to a better Biggs sleep.
