First of all I asked for a room in the new bldg, but they didn’t accept to change and maintain my room in the tower. Second, upon my arrival I noticed that there is no hot water for shower, I informed immediately and waited around 45min before my departure without any feedback received, and when I came back afternoon I noticed that the problem persists so I informed again and finally a technician was sent to solve it. One additional unacceptable thing is that the wc seat was not perfectly clean when I arrived.

The room was just perfect but needs some improvements concerning the changes of towels. Breakfast is a pure delight with Mr Firmin, Aminata and others. But concerning the food at the pavillon and le toit d’Abidjan, meats was not fresh. Impardonnable pour un 5 étoiles

I spent six (6) nights on US Government business. Facility is beautiful. But the cost of meals (in particular the CFA 20,000 full breakfast) is far too expensive.

my main complaint was the lateness of the housekeeping. 2 days in a row, I arrived at the hotel well after 5 pm. My room hadn't been cleaned and the previous night's room service tray was still in my room.

I had been to Abidjan earlier and have stayed in other hotels, being a very expensive city , could not find value for money with other hotels, took my choice to stay here and no doubt from the front desk manager to room cleaning service was on the dot for me. However I can see all hotels are over priced and so is yours. however I wish to stay with you also on my next visit.
