Room was tired and the carpet was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Room was adequate overall. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was good! Food was ok but the pool grill prawns were excellent!

way too expensive for what you are offering. breakfast food was less than average, even not fresh at some point. rooms were old and smelly. Gym rusty. i even got my bathroom flooded because the sink shower sink was blocked. a disaster for a $400/night hotel.

I have stayed at least four times at this Sofitel over the past year. I am most satisfied with the quality of the hotel and the service. In particular I call attention to the staff at the swimming pool; bartender Victoire is highly professional and keeps things moving even on high volume weekend days. Koulibali is the best pool attendant, always with a smile and quick to take care of clients. I also want to mention the professionalism of the front desk staff during my stay in tower room 607. Jean Marc and his colleagues.

I have stayed there three times and for suremy last stay will be the last. I have never been to a hotel where I never met the manager. It is like it is they are too important is this a colonial French relic in WEST AFRICA?

First room I was assigned was occupied , its a good thing I am an honest person , as the room I was given the key for had someone else's belongs in it and he/she was not in the room , I could have gone through their belongs and stole anything valuable !!!!!!!!!!!! Not what you would expect from a hotel like the Sofitel Had to wait a long time for hot water in the room
