However, taking into account your preferences and needs we are kindly recommending you staying at the hotel ibis Moscow Oktyabrksoye Pole (an opposite building), where all the guests' rooms are equipped with mini-bars. « I'll never stay with Ibis again, your staff violated the law »

The hotel did not properly register my migration card, which resulted in me being fined by the Russian government and a black mark put on my record (which may lead to future visa issues), even though I didn't do anything wrong. This entire process, which should have taken about 10 minutes, took me four days, during which time the hotel kept telling me "Oh, it will be fine. It will be done tomorrow" and then it never was resolved. I am not a criminal, but because of your hotel, I now have a criminal record. Thanks for that. I feel that your staff is dishonest and unreliable and I will NEVER patronize another AccorHotels owned hotel ever again and will urge my friends, family and anyone else who will listen to do the same. It is YOUR responsibility to properly register your guests, not mine. Under Russian law, I can't even register my own migration card.

Dear Josh, On behalf of our team I am begging you to accept our sincere apologies for not being helpful in the case of resolving the trouble with the migration card issues you had to experience. To be honest we are extremely sorry for letting you experience all this misfortune, and at the same time we can not classify that as our fault, the facts clearly show that it was a malicious coincidence. Anyhow, this situation played a crucial role for us in resetting our approach to lead collaboration with the Federal Migration Service. For the time being we are installing the program which will serve us to transfer the information about foreigners directly from the hotel to the FMS using our hotel PMS to prevent happening of similar situations in the future. We are looking forward to facilitating the registration procedure of our foreign guests as soon as possible. Please, let us know if you still need our help in this situation, we will undoubtedly try to assist you and do what we can. Even though you’ve added ‘budget’ to your name, I think it’s a bit misleading, for the overall quality of Ibis hotel is far better than that of many other hotels in Russia. The room is pretty comfortable inside, the personnel is friendly, the breakfasts are tasty. 10/10

I had some problems during the check-in the hotel. I have booked through Booking.com Standard Double room for 2 nights, and the cost was 6400 rub. Since I arrived at the hotel for checking-in, the manager at reception told me that I booked Double room with extra bed and the cost will be about 9000 rub. I showed my confirmation with details in Booking. com app, but the manager insisted on her opinion and told in her PC there is another information. But I as a client don`t care what information is in her PC, I had the true booking confirmation for the certain type of room and amount. Finally, she called someone to change the information in her PC and check me in, but I have lost about 20 minutes due to this situation and was late for the imporatant business meeting. The rest of the stay in the hotel was good, the breakfast and room cleaning was done with appropriate service level.

Cleaning of rooms was poor (a mug stayed there with cofee for three days and the upper bed was never touched. Breakfast good, with some replenishement problems. And we had 3 guests but never had 3 towels

First of all everything was ok except for one thing which was the way we were treated by a female receptionist called lyal I think, I am not sure about the name. When we came to check in she was looking at us and speaking in her language and laughing with another female receptionist who was respectful trying not to laugh and trying to behave well . Lyal or whatever was her name kept looking at us in a very disrespectful way and speaking her language and laughing with the other receptionist and unfortunately another guest who was checking out I believe was laughing with them and looking at us . I was really shocked to experience such a rude and disgraceful behavior from a receptionist. If that act happened in the street it would be normal, but in a very well known hotel I don’t think it should. I have been to many of your hotels all around Europe and the Middle East and never complain about anything. I am now sending this complaint because this isn’t the way of service I used to get at your hotels. All respect Khalid
