First of all everything was ok except for one thing which was the way we were treated by a female receptionist called lyal I think, I am not sure about the name. When we came to check in she was looking at us and speaking in her language and laughing with another female receptionist who was respectful trying not to laugh and trying to behave well . Lyal or whatever was her name kept looking at us in a very disrespectful way and speaking her language and laughing with the other receptionist and unfortunately another guest who was checking out I believe was laughing with them and looking at us . I was really shocked to experience such a rude and disgraceful behavior from a receptionist. If that act happened in the street it would be normal, but in a very well known hotel I don’t think it should. I have been to many of your hotels all around Europe and the Middle East and never complain about anything. I am now sending this complaint because this isn’t the way of service I used to get at your hotels. All respect Khalid

Hello, I am a gold member of Accor and I often stop in various Ibis's, Novotels and Sofitels. I like the refreshment Ibis went through in the last years and obviously, when I stay at your hotel, I tend to compare it to other Ibis'es, even in Moscow. It's been my 3rd try at the Panfilovskaya and also this time I had some small issues that I'd like to tell you about, so maybe you can adjust them. I wasn't given a complimentary dring ticket, as usually. The room you gave me was cold and the heating wasn't working. The technician said to me "I can bring you a small electric heater", I replied "Maybe it is possible to change the room?" He assumed that the hotel was full and said to me "I guess the hotel is full" and went to the room phone to call the reception downstairs. He made me feel a bit silly while telling the manager that he offered me an electric heater and I said that I don't want it... He hung up and said "Go downstairs to talk to the manager" (...) I went down and I was given a new room. The new room was warm, so no problem, but the bathroom was freezing cold. No heating in it. It's not a big issue, since I opened the door and let some heat come into the bathroom. Unfortunately, the water temperature in the shower is impossible to control. You go from very hot to absolutely freezing, without the chance of finding the right position to enjoy a "normal" temperature. It's not a product issue, since I sell these thing for work and I understand a bit about them, but it's something with the general water system. You can notice it, because the temperature varies during the showering. There are no shelves in the shower cabins for your own products. I'm mentioning this, because in other Ibis'es of the city they have them. Breakfast: there is only one working coffee machine and a big queue to it. Omelette color is questionable. I was looking for trays and found only 1, wet. I took it and started to gather knive, fork, but I didn't find any napkins. I asked a staff member where the napkins are. He looked around looking for them and then pointed me a table far away and said "you can take it from there". Ok.. I went to take them and came back. In other Ibis'es the napkins are located close to the trays, forks, knives and the staff members are usually less rude. The dining area has the same design as in other Ibis'es, but the ceiling is so low in this hotel and makes it a bit uncomfortable. In the main hall there was a leaking from the ceiling and 2 buckets were collecting the water. During the 3 days I stayed the buckets didn't move. The hotel is very clean, as other Ibises, I have to say. Another minor issue: taxis rarely can find the hotel, since it's in a closed complex that reminds me of a labyrinth. It's a problem when taxi drivers rarely speak English in Russia. These were the issues of my last stay. During the previous one I was woken up by a very loud fire alarm at 6 a.m. and had to run down from floor 8 to the main hall with my heart racing after a few hours sleep and the rush of the situation. When I arrived to the main floor nobody had a clue of what was happening. Afther a while a lady came out of the kitchen and said with a smile "oh, we just had some smoke in the kitchen"... But this story is for another time. I guess I'll go back to the Ibis Dynamo, where I stayed for 15/20 times in the last 2 years and never had an issue. Thank you for listening.

I am really sorry that the temperature in the room was below normal and promise you to do our best to solve this issue as soon as possible. Let me assure you that we arranged additional training in our technical department to be sure that such situations with heating and water will not happen in the future. Please be sure that we will pay our close attention to the communication with guests of our technicians. Since your remark about the shelves in the shower cabins is fair, I am glad to tell you that we've decided to buy it to make our guests stay more comfortable. We are now considering the options. The breakfast procedures will be reviewed in the near future. Please rest assured that we will check the positioning of the cutlery and napkins. For the coffee machine, I was surprised to read that there is only one in the restaurant as the other one is situated in the back of the restaurant. Maybe it is not visible enough and we will put additional signage ant train our staff to manage the ques. It is true that we had to put buckets in the lobby because of the leakage. We were trying to solve the problem every day of your stay but unfortunately we were unable to do it during your stay. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. Now the leakage is fixed and I hope it won't happen again. We stayed in Ibis budget in Aug and Dec 2017. It is a new hotel near Panfilovskaya metro station - 2 min walking distance and 10 min from Oktyabrskoe pole metro station. Location is one one of the advantages of this hotel. A big shopping center - Metropolis is just two stops from Panfilovskaya metro station with more than a hundred shops, supermarket Karusel, big playground for children and good food court. There are small supermarkets, café Shokoladnitsa, KFC, Dodo pizzeria, drugstore and etc. near Ibis hotel within walking distance as well. The check in was fast. It is noteworthy that the room in Ibis budget is not big. As it was our second visit to Moscow, I knew that there are bigger rooms at this hotel for the same price. A guy at the reception gave us the keys and after checking the room I asked him to change if to a bigger room, if available. My request was met immediately, so our three suitcases didn't bother us during our 9-day stay at this hotel. The rooms are cleaned, and towels are changed every day. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and walls are soundproof. The bathroom is quite small, but for the money we paid for our stay in Ibis budget it is worth - for this you can get only a hostel in Moscow! I liked the shower tube - it changes colors! My son was so happy to sleep on the bunk bed. Iron was available on the floor, as well as cutlery, kettle with boiling water and microwave in the dining room on the ground floor. The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it is situated in Marshall residential and commercial complex and most of the taxi drivers had difficulties in finding it. Tip - call the driver and explain him how to get to Ibis budget (we used Yandex taxi in Moscow). Overall, we had only positive impressions about Ibis hotel and will stay there in future.

We have stayed in this hotel second time. Hotel is quite new. The rooms are very clean. Every day cleaning, towels are changed every day. Bed is very comfortable. No doubt, it's worth staying for a family of 3 people - parents with one child . For 2500 roubles you can find a hostel in Moscow, that is not appropriate for a family with a child. We stayed 9 nights here. Yana at the reception was very cooperative, polite and ready to help. Very thankful to her. She is an added value for Ibis. When we had arrived and had been given keys, i looked at the room and asked a young gentleman at the reception on possibility of providing a bigger room which was done. I found that an iron was available on the floor that had not been the case during our first stay there. I also found that those staying at the hotel can use cutlery of the hotel. In a nutshell, very good hotel for a hostel cost.

We stayed at you hotel for 1 night and there was very cold. We asked for a oil heater. When we returned back to the room ion the evening the oil heater leaked and there was its oil on the floor. We asked for a new one and to clean the oil from the floor. We waited for 1 hour and called again. We waited for 1 hour more and called again. And then another half an hpour and called again. Everytime we were told that they know about the problem and would bring he new oil heater soon. At 23 50 someone knocked the door. It was a repairman (withount new heater) who said that he could help us to repair the air condition. We called again but nobody answered the phone. Then we managed to call to the IBIS hich is near the our Ibis.And the man from the reception bring us the oil heater from the other IBIS. We spent almost 4-4,5 hours waitning for the oil heater.
