The staff is exceptional. The price was reasonable. Nice new hotel located in a good spot i think so that it was not far to where i had to go for most things. I will recommend to others to go to this hotel.

It was okay, beds are as always super comfy, nice breakfast, good location. Personnel could have been more friendly, and also there was a typo at the breakfast table: "out meal" instead of "oatmeal". I think it's unacceptable for this level of hotel to make such embarrassing typos.

Unfortunately, we have to state that your experience was not so pleasant as you expected that and our main objective now is to provide you with an explanation of measures we are going to take to improve the situation and count on your future comeback. Firstly, we would like to apologize for making you feel unwelcome or the least awaited as far as it could seem to you. Actually, the last thing we wanted to do was to create unfriendly or inhospitable atmosphere for our dear guests. Probably, our young colleague was not able to come through with the load of work she had to struggle with and her nerves took over. We have already talked to her and arranged additional trainings on politeness in hospitality communication for all the employees of the Front divisions. Please, be sure that it won't happen again! Speaking about the LED lamp, particularly, about the noise produced by the lamp at night, we have to inform you that when the lamp is turned on, its covering heats very fast, then the plastic starts producing the noise when the lamp is turned off, so that it is slowly cooling down. At the beginning of the hotel running, there was no problem at all, with the time it has enhanced. For the time being, we are thinking on how to improve the situation, soon we will come at agreement. In any case kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you had to experience. For the future, please, let us inform you that you are always welcome to report to us on any problem you face with during your stay and we will try to offer you the most convenient solution to make your stay more comfortable, in that case, it could relocation to another room, for example. Speaking about the nameplates in the dining buffet tables, we have already corrected the typo. Thank you very much for being attentive! Ms Natalya helped us with an invitation letter required for tourist visa by indians. On arrival we were given a clean room. There rooms are small but then this is a budget hotel . rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast had variety and the timings were 6 to 11. Reception staff were so helpful to us in translation to cab drivers. We loved russia and thanks to ibis for making this trip feel like home.

Totally unreasonable registration rules. Few in which state requires a passport. For some reason, they require a national passport from citizens of the Russian Federation who do not live in the country for more than 10 years. Required to register? What the hell is needed if a person stops for less than 24 hours ?! The wildest and uncomfortable rules! The rest of the hotel service is OK.

Dear Guest, First of all, we would like to express you our sincere gratitude for sharing with us your opinion on registration procedure you had to experience at our hotel, although you stayed absolutely disappointed with that. Well, anyhow we pay a lot of attention to guest feedback to improve the service and let our guests know about specific features of the hotel service at all to prevent our guests getting unsatisfied with the quality of the service. To start, we would like to inform you that any procedure we implement at our hotel is justified and confirmed in the General Standards of the hotel brand ibis (TQA). Moreover, requirements for the registration procedure are mentioned in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 09.10.2015 N 1085 (ed. of 30.11.2018) "On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" . According to the law, we are allowed to register a guest, especially, a Russian Federation citizen, only using his/her national passport, in case the guest provides another document or a copy of the passport, we will have to reject. The time he/she resides in another country does not make any sense for us, as well as the time you are going to stay for. We are really sorry if it caused serious problems to you. We are just following the instructions. Thank you very much for your understanding and we are looking forward to welcoming you back at our hotel some day! Actually, we have to inform you that for the time being it is impossible to organize availability of a refrigerator or a mini-bar in the rooms of the hotel ibis budget Moscow Panfilovskaya due to the stated set of furnishing eligible for an extra-economy class hotel. However, taking into account your preferences and needs we are kindly recommending you staying at the hotel ibis Moscow Oktyabrksoye Pole (an opposite building), where all the guests' rooms are equipped with mini-bars. The hotel did not properly register my migration card, which resulted in me being fined by the Russian government and a black mark put on my record (which may lead to future visa issues), even though I didn't do anything wrong. This entire process, which should have taken about 10 minutes, took me four days, during which time the hotel kept telling me "Oh, it will be fine. It will be done tomorrow" and then it never was resolved. I am not a criminal, but because of your hotel, I now have a criminal record. Thanks for that. I feel that your staff is dishonest and unreliable and I will NEVER patronize another AccorHotels owned hotel ever again and will urge my friends, family and anyone else who will listen to do the same. It is YOUR responsibility to properly register your guests, not mine. Under Russian law, I can't even register my own migration card.

Dear Josh, On behalf of our team I am begging you to accept our sincere apologies for not being helpful in the case of resolving the trouble with the migration card issues you had to experience. To be honest we are extremely sorry for letting you experience all this misfortune, and at the same time we can not classify that as our fault, the facts clearly show that it was a malicious coincidence. Anyhow, this situation played a crucial role for us in resetting our approach to lead collaboration with the Federal Migration Service. For the time being we are installing the program which will serve us to transfer the information about foreigners directly from the hotel to the FMS using our hotel PMS to prevent happening of similar situations in the future. We are looking forward to facilitating the registration procedure of our foreign guests as soon as possible. Please, let us know if you still need our help in this situation, we will undoubtedly try to assist you and do what we can. Even though you’ve added ‘budget’ to your name, I think it’s a bit misleading, for the overall quality of Ibis hotel is far better than that of many other hotels in Russia. The room is pretty comfortable inside, the personnel is friendly, the breakfasts are tasty. 10/10
