I'm overall satisfied with stay and front desk officer offer late check out in case if i have to stay for few more hours. There is issue in Faucet room no 422. Bar closed at 12 they didn't offer in room service for Liquor.

i visited the hotel everything was excellent, the thing i observed that was washing for hands or face soap is being used, it should be replaced with liquid handwash/Facewash its more hygine than soap, one more thing i observed that towels provided to us no doubt was absolutely clean but towel which are being provided to us its seems that are being used from long time, there was absence of softness so it need to be replaced

My room stay was very uncomfortable as the temperature maintained in the room made me sweat the whole night which badly impacted my sleep and the next days work. Although the staff was courteous specially Mr. Sai Kumar, they were not able to resolve my issues. Otherwise the staff and food were okay.

Extremely surprising of how detailed attention was given to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Right from check-in to my request for extended check-out and in between experience was of caring. A feeling of being at home as if you with your close ones. Smile and greetings of every staff reflects how the Hotel manager has not only groomed them but has taken care of them as well. Special thanks and gratitude to Ms Anila Sahiti, when she saw i did not have welcome drink while check-in at afternoon - because I was fasting for Ramadan. Remembered it well, when i returned back after work she showed concern of asking me how i will have my early morning breakfast if plan to fast next day. This was beyond expectation, she not only cared but offered me to prepare anything i will prefer for 4 am breakfast, And i willingly accepted such a kind gesture. In-fact it was a big relief of what i was thinking on how and what i will have early morning. What more - it was offered complimentary with a smile by the gentlemen who served me early morning. Such proactive / alert / caring attitude reflects her professionalism, maturity, cultural sensitiveness, this can come only when someone really loves her job, workplace. All in All - an extremely satisfactory experience.

The overall experience was just OK. I booked my stay from Expedia for 3 nights. The very first night itself I indicated to the front desk that my trip has been shortened and I cannot stay the last day. But they said they cannot refund me because I came through Expedia. Seems very unfair. So I ended up losing one day's hotel charges. I also did not have good experience at the restaurant, they took 30 mins to get me the food when I was there only one in the whole restaurant. The room itself was not bad.
