Our stay was very comfortable, staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Breakfast was excellent under Chef Ganpati. The room was cleaned daily and house cleaning staff were great. Our overall stay was enjoyable.

« It was good but the tariff rates are very high.Low tariff options should also be available. »

The stay was good and comfortable. But I suggest low tariff rooms / options should also be made available to the guest. Also the telephone call charges charged are very high which we come to know at the time of checkout as the brochure kept in the room is not always read by the guests and it was not intimated at the time of check in also . Call charges should be kept standard as nowadays many people use mobile itself rather than landline.

My stay a the hotel was very pleasant. That was for my wedding and accordingly it was very good. The only issue i faced which I don't want to complaint only a suggestion is smoking area was not easily accessible.

Room No. 1005 there was a complaint as Rest room was not properly fitted and there was bad smell. That needs to be more attention and immediately repair work to be done.
