« Great with room for improvement. »

It was pleasant trip. Few things, there is a nail on the floor protruding out, please take care of that. Bread that is served in morning breakfast., the first slice tends to become dry and hard. There are these bread dispensers available in the market. Please consider those. Rest great staff awesome and spacious rooms.

The staff do not listen to what the guest says carefully .. n does wrong stuff n waste time .. twice I had a bad experience with in room dining mutton Rogan had no mutton only bones .. n earlier once I was given a wrong food bill n I paid that too only realised after gettin home

« Great place great service specially in budget »

One of my best stay so far, great place within budget. No issue observed. room service was good, specially tea and water was kept in sufficient amount in room, which i liked the most. this is very important. water bottles should be kept in plenty. Other good thing was the personalized welcome greeting by General Manager. I would definitely recommend this to my colleagues.

« The services were little far from world class for simmilar class of Hotels. »

Minimum expectation from a good hotel of Mercure class is good quality pillows and bedsheets. When I fully exhausted from long day activities and wanted to rest in my room , I was shocked and irritated to see big dirty spot on brick red colored small pillow. I was as if some baby has vomited. It really spoiled the mood. Hotel admin claims 24x7 room service. No body picks the room service phone after 11 pm. I tried for 2 nights. After I called emergency number I was assured that the food plates from my room will be removed soon, however first night I kept awake till 00.30 pm, but the dinner plates were removed next day morning after I left my room for meeting almost 8 Hrs after calling the staff. Please don't treat it as a complaint but feedback. India is big market, Hyderabad is big city . They deserve best services and world class customer centric staff and services. Please look into the matter for better business.

The complementary breakfast was good. There was cigarette smell in entire 7th floor corridor as well as in the room Reception was co-operative. No comb/earbuds in the room.

« Inexperienced Staff At Reception. In room dining experience was a let down. »

I had a very dissatisfying experience dealing with reception staff. To begin with they were not informed of the facillities available to guests. Their communication skills were poor and were not confident. Time management at the desk during check out was poor. Co-ordination with pick up guy at the Hyderabad Airport on landing to arrange for commute was lacking. The list goes on and on. At every step of my dealing there was a concern. Further, the hotel was very ordinary in its experience.

Below average infrastructure. Poor rooms for the tariff of 4250 (as compared to Radisson Blu) Average breakfast menu In Room Dining number is not picked up and reason given is peak time. Will never stay in this hotel again. Bad value for money. Booked by my Corporate Office so had no choice.

The AC was not working. Finally at 1 am in the night I had to change the room. When I checked into the room, I had asked for express laundry service which I was told was not available at night. Finally I was provided this Service after I complained.
