The hotel is located next to the beach with a big pool to relax and swimming and also you can enjoy beach and the sea too. Many activities create in the hotel for all guest especially the Kids. We enjoyed happy hour at club lounge and also SPA nearby. We love here and will come back again soon.

« Disappointed - Executive Lounge too noisy - no access to beach. »

Date of stay: 3rd - 13th February. Lovely welcome from the staff. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Bunty who genuinely cares about the guests enjoyment. This was our 3rd visit to your hotel and overall we were disappointed. The hotel management have obviously decided to target young families / children so for us (a middle aged couple) this is not ideal. The executive lounge was not at all quiet, there were children running around and making noise, even in the evening and there appeared to be far more guests with access to the lounge than in our previous visits. The lounge should not allow children under 12 otherwise adults cannot have any peace in there. The pool area is totally geared to entertaining children, there is no quiet areas. There is no access to the beach. I accept that the high tide is not the fault of the hotel but this should be clearly noted on your website. The lifts appear to be even slower and warmer than in our previous visits. In general, there is not a single area in the hotel for guests without children to relax in peace. The lobby seems to have been turned into a children's creche area and thats before the new siam adventure club / teen hangout is opened. Thankfully there were still some nice restaurants outside of the hotel in the village. Unfortunately we will not be be booking any further stays, it is impossible for anyone without children to enjoy a holiday at your hotel.

I have stayed several times at your hotel, which makes a pleasant long weekend break from Bangkok, where I have now lived 25 years. Indeed, your hotel was one of my favourite hotels to stay at. However, the standard of service has decreased significantly in recent years. It started with the gradual removal of the Bangkok Post newspaper, which I used to enjoy reading at breakfast time. Then the fitness room was moved from near the beach to near the breakfast room. The relaxing view was lost and now there is no control over the TV programmes that are available. Last weekend, I had to endure watching a Thai language children's cartoon p. and there were no children to watch it! This brings me to the TV system. You have failed to keep it updated as channels move to HD-only transmission on satellite. Notably, Channel News Asia and NHK World have disappeared from the channel line-up. I cannot even continue watching them on the Internet because the Internet speed of WiFi in my room is too slow to use with my laptop, which works perfectly well in all other hotels. I measured the speed at less than 3MBPS download! That is pathetically slow and unacceptable. Furthermore, the channel selection at your hotel has no programmes of much value such as National Geographic or Discovery Channel. Most of them are very low-brow requiring a minimum of thinking ability. Channels such as NG or Discovery are normally available at most GOOD QUALITY hotels. Then, when I arrived this time, I could hear people talking in the next room through the wall. I demanded to be moved to another room. To think I even paid extra for the room I booked and am also a member of your frequent visitor p.! Is that how you reward loyalty? When I got to my new room, it did not have small towels provided and the sink plug never worked properly. There was also a gap in the sliding doors to the balcony through which the wind blew!! This was altogether a very poor experience and I now wonder whether I should ever make another booking at your hotel or any other Novotel again. I do hope that you will at least reply to this message with an explanation for the lowering standards of service. Is this cost-cutting at the expense of retaining loyal, local customers?

1. Very long waiting time to use the elevator. There was practically a long que. 2. The service at the pool bar was bad. We ask the guy there to help drop off the towel as we have 2 small children and the layout of the pool means we have to walk all the way around the entire pool to drop off, while the drop off area is right next to the pool bar. The guy just said drop it off yourself and walk away.

love all facilities provided to guests etc pool, rooftop, shop, breakfast restaurant . All staff in every parts served us with smile. Thanks for 1. Khun Bubble, checked us in very professionally and informed all details, she also advised what should we do during the stay. 2. Guest Service Manager (Lady), looked after us very well and always greet every we passes the counter. 3. Khun Ton (FOM), greeted us with welcome drink and smile. 4. The staffs on rooftop, Por and other, thanks them a lot for a wonderful moment. 5. Staffs at pool bar, Nut, Ae (the guy in mascot) also willimg to serve and so friendly. 5. Kae (im not sure, she checked us out) , so kingpd and polite. Thank you all of you again for a wonderful memories.

My third time here and the room was very clean with ocean view I believe it was renovated cause it not the same as before. Staffs are nice and friendly, very helpful. Food was very tasty! We ordered Pasta Cabonara and by far it was our best Cabonara!

Due to Music Festival in same area make me reserved this hotel because it very very closed this hotel. I can walked to that event and walk to the beach in a minute. The room is so clean, good service, good view on the top floor(22th flr.) And also has top bar (sky bar) on the top. Oh! I can use executive lounge free (5pm -7pm) they service wine/beer unlimit to you, this reason i love it. Anyway, the hotel should be have hot soup for beakfast in the morning to service for some customer after drank on last night. Hahahaha... TOTALLY SEE U IN THE NEXT TIME IN THE SAME TIME SAME EVENT FOR MUSIC ON THE BEACH.

We, in a group of ten , had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am. We enjoyed the view from our room facing the beach. And every room has a Balcony. The Buffet breakfast was excellent, with a generous supply of fresh fruits, served uncut In its original whole fruit. Most of all with the help of Mr. Bunty Mulajker, the Hotel Journey Ambassador, our trip to Hua Hin was a successful and enjoyable Trip. We would like to thank Mr. Bunty for taking care of us throughout the whole 4days trip, from the day we landed till the last minute of our stay at Novotel, bidding us a safe journey back to Malaysia. He is a very caring man making sure we get what we want especially in tour of the city of HuaHin. Our sincere appreciation to Mt. Bunty.

This was our second stay in two years with Novotel Hua Hin Cha-Am Beach Resort & Spa. Both experiences were for conferences and both were wonderful. The front desk service was superb and met my copy and presentation needs. The food selection was varied and always delicious. Room clean to perfection.
