Check in was very slow inspite of the fact I had done online check in. Still had to queue up to get my keys after making a deposit (which no other hotel keeps). Room was good - breakfast was good but same menu every day? Pool table and other kid's games equipment needs maintenance. Only one of the pool cue stick can be used. The black ball is missing. Atleast one of the gaming controllers does not work. Check the battery of the personal safe in room 1207 - lo bat sign is on - was scared to lock. Otherwise, everything good.

Our family visited the hotel for weekend leisure. We was so happy that the hotel provided us complimentary upgrade to the rooms on the Executive floor. The swimming pool is equipped with pool toys of which are enjoyable for our kids. The open-air sky lounge is wonderful with cool wind and stunning view.

This is our second time staying at your hotel. After we checked in, we noticed that the air-conditioning of the first guest room was not working and the drainage of the sink was not good. So, we had to change to another room. Overall, the room is a bit old and it really needs some renovation. We spent our night dining at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant. The food was nice and the price is reasonable. The quality of breakfast has improved compared with last time. There are more choices this time. The hotel is a bit isolated and is only good if you have the car for travelling in-and-out.

Great hotel with great environment & facility. Room is very clean & tidy. But the hotel is too far away from the city, and not much shops outside of the hotel. The shuttle service to city is not convenient. Suggestion: 1. Shuttle to have earlier time (e.g. 10am to city) and later time (10pm to hotel) cos night markets usually closes at 10. 2. To provide free shuttle service to airport.

We booked 2 rooms for our family. When we arrived, we was firstly given lower floor rooms which we found them very unacceptable. The chiller outside the room make extremely loud noise even though all doors are close and I don't think anyone can sleep with that. We requested to be transferred to another rooms and the staffs wasn't tried to accommodate our request. We made numerous attempts until they agree to check what they can do. They offered to transfer only one room but we booked two and we insisted that both rooms to be transferred. After two hours negotiation, they moved us to another room with higher floor so less noise from the chiller and it was ok. The good point of this hotel is that every room is seaview and we love it. The rooftop bar and the swimming pool are really good too. Spa is next to kids world so really family friendly. We went during world cup and hotel has the games live every night. The sport bar has really good atmosphere too but the food was not very good (we tried nachos and it was really bad..the corn chips come in small small pieces). Recommendation: get higher floor room and don't order nachos. Rooftop bar is not to be missed.

This is my second time staying with the hotel. I was happy with my first time stay that I convinced by family to come for a short stay in the hotel. Since I was happy with my first stay, I registered Accor member and booked through the hotel instead of the usual booking.com . All in all, we booked 3 rooms. The room that got assigned to us is a little run down compared to last time with the lower floor. If that's just the case, that would be fine. However, my room has a ceiling light fixture hanging out. And in the shower room, the ceiling is starting to tear out and there seems to be mold on the ceiling next to the shower head. What would happen might be the case that the water is leaking and the ceiling part is accumulating mole and was starting to tear down. The room number is 904. We checked in late and I was so tired from driving that I didn't notice these defects until later. I am obviously very disappoint because I don't mind the hotel being a little run down but this is below the threshold of acceptability and given that I'm an Accor member and it's your loyalty program, I would assume that the hotel would pick a good room suitable to win over a customer loyalty. In addition to the hotel room problem, the dinner at the restaurant was a disaster. The restaurant was obviously overwhelmed by in-room service and they left dine in customer waiting. When we arrived at the restaurant there was 3 tables besides us. It took almost an hour after ordering for every order to arrive. And it doesn't even taste good. The pizzas we ordered, let's just say the fast food chain pizza hut kinds of taste better. We did complain to the souz chef and told him that at least if it's going to be slowed, they should have notified us in advance instead of having us waiting around an hour. He's quite courteous and very polite and tried his best to lessen the pain for us. For this we were appreciated. But it's still bad experience nonetheless.
