When i checked in was advised works taking place outside was given ear plugs and advised nothing could be done. Wasnt until i got to my room i realised the excess noise limit. Ear plugs did absolutely nothing, a token guesture.

I was allocated an ‘accessible’ room when I don’t need one. The ironing board was incredibly low and the cover on it not attached - both issues made it unsafe to use. The toilet continually ran and refilled - making it noisier than the gas line construction work outside. A very disappointing stay.

Check in and out was quick. There were emergency gas works going on outside but i was provided ear plugs at reception which was a nice touch given the events were outside your control.

Terrible due to the nightly road works. We had to change hotels.

There was urgent gas works that needed to be conducted and because of the nature of the works the council approved overnight activity. I was very satisfied with my stay - the check-in process was quick, the concierge was able to take my bag as I arrived early in the day to attend business meetings in our office nearby - I didn't return until around 8.00pm, I quickly picked up my bag, collected the key and made my way to the room. - room was very comfortable - check-out process very quick which is always good.

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, going out of there way to make sure that we were comfortable with our room and surroundings. There was work being carried out on the pavement below but when you are greeted in such a way, you don't mind those things. The room was neat, clean and tidy with all adequate facilities and the beds were comfortable. Ours was only a short stay as we had to leave early and without breakfast the next morning. Thank you for making our stay and enjoyable one!

Some would think the rooms are small but I'm able to setup, desk space for working, space to iron, clean and tidy great bath room facilities and pressure in the shower.
