The room was very comfortable but the restaurant was very noisy with a large group booked in and the large TV screen was intrusive to our enjoyment of the meal

I could not sleep during my first night as there was the very intrusive sound from something like the machine for the refrigeration system continuously in operation all night long. I was in room 716 and it seemed like this machine was directly above this room. Also the bed smelled musty, like the smell of spilt milk which has turned sour. The room was very well furnished but I could not enjoy the comfort as the noise was so intrusive. In the morning I complained about the noise and the female receptionist immediately understood and responded with the offer of a change of room which I accepted. This room, 510, was beautifully quiet and well maintained and was a pleasure to stay in. I slept very well for every one of my remaining 5 nights. I was attendiing a conference at the nearby location in the Palais des Congres. While not in the centre of Strasburg, the situation of the hotel is very close to the brilliant tram system that provides excellent acccess to the city centre and to the whole of the rest of Strasburg.

Clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows and excellent service and friendly staff at the reception! Good value for money spent. Breakfast room was on the smaller side but with a very good selection of food. Located next to Exhibition center. Only a short walk to a tram stop and within walking distance to the airport bus to Frankurt Airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable room with good temperature control and ability to open the window (a short way!). Good shower. I would have given a higher score except for some annoying details such as no replacement of shampoo / shower gel / milk for coffee after the first day of my 2 day stay.

The room is old, uncomfortable bed and pillow couldn't sleep all night. The breakfast was good though and the staff very friendly. The hotel is rather well situated not very far from the city center..

The room was not fully ready for receiving guests. The TV and minibaar were switched off from the power circuit. The receptionist was very helpful, but had (a woman!) to move alone heavy furnitute in order to plug in the devices. The minibaar had apparently been off for a long time because it smelled badly. Otherwise, everything was Ok

« Good stay! »

Great location near the tram stop, only 5 stops to the center. Good size room and comfortable beds and pillows. We booked breakfast with our stay but unfortunately breakfast was not good, not a lot of options for bread, the pancakes were hard and the croissants were not fresh, we even skipped breakfast on our second day. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the indoor heated pool, but unfortunately the pool was not heated, the water was extremely cold so we did not use it. Overall it was a okay stay.

« Good example of the Accor Hotel standards »

Easy to find, and if driving plenty of car parking (once the conferences are finished). Very near the tram line for exploring the city. Great welcome from reception and keen to pass on any information which would help your visit. Lovely large room on 5th floor with view over to cathedral, very clean and comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was very good and very pleasant staff. Good stay, and would recommend and stay there again if in the area. We moved on as the weather was not good the next morning, fog and heavy rain and we were going back to UK after being in south of France., nothing to do with the hotel.

« Worst stay ever »

Horrible breakfast and old hotel. Location was great but people at hotel really not good. Suggest to renivate. Pool closed and price of pasta and food was simply too much. I would not stay again there.

We picked this Hotel for its ease to get to & as I do know the area it helped. The staff were very knowledgeable also very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and on one night ate there, the evening meal was excellent as well as the breakfasts. The Tram system of the city runs past this hotel and as I used it can say it is very good.

« Beautiful hotel with awesome staff! »

Very nice hotel, great location and nice big rooms. The first room we got looked a bit outdated, but we read in online reviews that the hotel was working on renovating the rooms, so we probably got a not yet renovated one at first. Right when we wanted to go to sleep, our toilet broke. It kept flushing without end, and it even started leaking. So I went down to the reception desk, told the lady what was happening in our room, and she immediately offered us a new room. She explained that at that time in the evening she couldn't get it fixed, which is understandable. We moved our stuff to the new room, which was a newly renovated one, called down to the reception to let her know we moved and then we went to sleep. The next morning we turned in the keys of our old room, and were asked if everything is alright with the new room, or if we needed any other services. Very nice and friendly staff overall!
