Hotel facilities quiteness as great but room service food still Making me sick till now, order a burger and it was completely raw plain uncooked meat, makes me not eating any burger since that night, and they changed it for club sandwiche which I don't eat so a spend the nigh without dinner.....

- Negative 1- The manager told me I have to check in at 4:00 PM, When I signed the check in paper it was written the at 2:00 PM. 2- No mini bar in the room 3- No Executive lounge. 4- The Price was too high. Positive: 1- I like dealing with the Velvet Emmanuel, He was a good guy and took care of me during my stay. 2- Location and the view was awesome.

I booked the room one day before by myself, I asked the receptionist to arrange my wife's birthday party. After paying all the fees, they asked me to come the next day at 4:00 pm to pick up the room key. They told me the concert would be ready at 6 pm and they would call me. On the day of residence, I receive the room key at 5 pm they said go home and will call you in 2 hours. But unfortunately no one called me. I went back to the hotel at 10 pm and i didn’t see the cake, the I lost more than one 1 hour just for the birthday cake. next dy thay asked me to pay more I don’t no why?
