- As always expected from your respected hotel:- 1- I enjoyed the ease of booking, check-in & check-out process. 2- The cleanliness of the restaurant and quality of food. 3- Great amenities and quality of the room. 4- Excellent & very professional staff. Special Thanks to Miss. Huda from reception department and pool staff. * Please extend the time for health club especially the Gym. , It's unlogic to close at 18:30, most of the guests finish their business day after 17:30 and most hotels allow Gym usage till 23:30

I didn't enjoy staying because of many reasons: bad smelling of the room and the carpet was dirty and ful of spots, no enough parking, the room isn't reflicting the age of the hotel because it was opened recently. The swimming pool was nice for my kids and they enjoyed it, breakfast was nice and it contains various dishes.

It was good to have such hotel in Gizan. Location is the best in Gizan. Rooms are given to everyone, keep some rooms for VIPs who come from clean culture. This is not racism, but some local people are using some perfumes and smells which does not suit all. Then housekeeping cannot clean that well. In more than once, room linens was not changed. Smell is terrible. No windows make the hotel very smelly in few years. Price is expensive. Frequent guests are not getting discounts automatically like western countries, they appreciate you when coming more frequent. Your girls in the reception are great(all), very warm and welcoming to guests and very helpful.

It takes from me extra effort with the employees of hotels for the 1st time in negotiation the upgrading issue which was very easy before as my platinum status in Leclub They asked to upgrade my reservation & pay more than agreed reservation to get the usaual upgrade Also i didn't recieve any welcome from hotel " drinks - laundry viothers or fruits plate " compared with other leclub hotels in the kingdom

2nd stay here. very friendly and helpful staff especially at reception. Good English skill. Modern clean rooms. There was a problem with the TV and hot water due to a storm the night before. Very nice swimming pool outside. Breakfast service was much improved even though the coffee machine was not turned on!
