Very pleasant. First time we have stayed overnight in Kiama though have driven through many times. Got to see the shops, restaurants & pubs etc. A beautiful area.

We had a great time! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and buffet breakfast was good. Having a gym downstairs was extremely handy!

Once again, it was fantastic. The staff are super friendly, helpful and provide a smooth experience. I was abit concerned about the maintenance of our room. Door handles were wobbly and the power point socket was unsafe. The breakfast is simply amazing

A generally enjoyable experience. However, having partaken of the buffet breakfast on the first morning, and despite the 50% discount applicable to Le Club Accor members, we opted to eat elsewhere thereafter. The food selection was paltry with small quantities on display. The scrambled eggs were pebbly whilst other items were also overcooked. The cereal fruit was also limited and of average quality. Having stayed in this Hotel several times prior we can only describe the current breakfast food as sub standard.

« We were welcomed from when we made our original booking to the minute we checked out and left the property. »

From the minute we booked our Sydney Weekender experience we were made to feel very welcome. When we checked in we were welcomed and received excellent customer service. Whilst there every staff member acknowledged us even the cleaner coming out of a room. When we left our checkout was smooth and once again great customer service.

« Disappointing »

Disappointing. We paid almost $700.00 for 3 nights which WAS expected - we were looking to spoil ourselves for a few nights. What was not expected was the poor quality of our accommodation. I believe needing to get in and out of a bath - without any handles- to have a shower is quite archaic!! And dangerous! Single ply toilet paper - really!!? Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Bar/restaurant staff also quite pleasant. I have nothing positive to say about your "front of house" personnel.

Here at The Sebel Harbourside Kiama, we understand that each individual has different needs. Some guests prefer baths whilst other prefer walk in showers. To accommodate for these requests we have some rooms with a shower of bath and others with a walk in shower. I am disappointed to only hear of your dissatisfaction now as I would have been more than happy to move you to a more suitable room. The toilet paper we provide is a premium 2 ply. We regularly review the products we provide for our guests so your comments will most definitely be considered during our next review. Lastly, I am disappointed to hear that you did not receive a superior service from our front office team. We normally pride ourselves on our service so it is very disappointing to hear that you did not receive the appropriate service. I will discuss your comments with the team which will remind them that exceptional customer service is our number one priority. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. My keys didn't work and although I was only on the first floor, it took some time to get this rectified. I would have liked access to the stairs to sort this but had to wait for the lift which took a long time. The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, shower nice and warm.

when we checked in, I used my name instead of my husband which caused the trouble to retrieve my booking (my mistake). Julie is very kind and patient to help us finding our booking. All staff including bar and housekeeping are extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely will come back if I go to Kiama again. thank you for the surprise for my hubby's birthday.

We loved our room ,were welcomed with a beautiful bottle red wine for our 60th Wedding Anniversary The dinner was very nice ,for us too big serve.The staff was very caring when i had a bad turn at breakfast .they called for the ambulance.Location of the hotel perfect ,walking tracks shops and nice viuews from the restaurants Thank you
