always made to feel welcome. great location. brilliant rooms, even when i don't get upgraded. staff at front of house and bar are awesome (james, jessica, heather, paulina, dyllis ,,, and jodi and jess in the bar) ... rooms always clean, well stocked and ready when i get there. it is nowhere near as glamorous as people think having to do a lot of travel for work and be away from young family ... the quay west makes it much easier to deal with. by the way, i will give 9's in the survey, not because i am unhappy but because, regardlee, there is always room for improvement (like a decent single malt at the bar, lol!) thank you all.

We enjoy staying at Quay West due to the proximity of the city and restaurants. The carpet in our suite had just been updated which is great and it looked as though the rooms had been recently painted. The layout of the suite ensures we have space and the two bathrooms means there are fewer issues with everyone wanting the space at once.

Stayed in room 710, asked for a quiet room, I believe since I paid the special price I was put in a lower floor. This floor had the garbage trucks running every morning, the windows are not double glazed. Service was excellent, and staff lovely and helpful, though will book another hotel if I cannot secure a room on higher floors 14 or 15 next time as I have been previously.

I am going to have our maintenance manager check the seals on the windows as you really should not here any noise so i am so sorry you were disturbed.
