It's disheartening to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. We understand the frustration of not receiving the accommodation you booked for the number of guests you specified. Your concerns regarding additional charges for roll-out beds and the lack of water supply, including hot water, are completely valid. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this caused you and your group. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously, and we will address these issues with our team to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
