The hotel accommodation was satisfactory, unfortunately as it is a residential establishment there was constantly a smell of cooking.On one occasion it appeared to be grilled sardines which permeated the corridor & into the appartments.But I doubt if you are able to tell the residents what they are allowed to cook.As there was no restaurant we tried breakfast at the cafe , which was not very satisfactory. The appartment was spacious and sufficiently equipped.

Very happy with most aspects but felt some of the little things eg cleaning standard, state of toilet seat, etc let it down.

First appearance of the hotel were very good, very clean friendly staff, helpful staff, but there was one thing I couldn't quite put my finger on . When we got our room 1206 and a lovely room it is too it then struck me it would of been stunning 20 years ago , I felt as if the place needed a overhaul to maybe get with the 21st century. Examples hi-fi stereo system and the very dated kitchen appliances , it's was amazing with the view and overall size of the room .

Expectations were a little higher than what the accommodation delivered unfortunately. On the plus side the location was great. Cleanliness needs some work and the rooms could be refreshed/updated. We booked for 2 adults & 2 kids with the offering being a 1 bed apartment with sofa bed for the kids. The sofa bed was horrible as it was on a tilt so you were inverted trying to sleep and you could feel the metal bars through the slim mattress. We didn't have a lot of contact with staff only for check in and out but service was pleasant.

Staff were great, location was great, but still a lot of work to be done on hallways at apartments wasn't a great look getting to our room.

Overall our stay was very good, however we had issues with our Visa card we used when booking. We used our debit card for payment and it went through fine. I suggest you should be flexible with your payment like accepting cash payment like other hotel.

Like other hotels, we do accept cash payments. However, as per the hotel policy, a credit card is required to secure incidental costs at the time of check-in. We take a pre-authorisation hold to cover extras and incidentals. This credit hold is released at the time of checkout if there are no extras recorded upon settlement, which is normally the policy of almost every hotel. Your feedback will be shared with the management as we continuously strive to provide superior guest experience at all times.
