The front desk chap was very accommodating when I asked for more than the 2 coat hangers in the closet and also a cork screw. Would have been nice if the room had them (note that there was only 2 forks) but he was very helpful in getting them. Note also you could start replacing your ironing board covers !!

Hotel charges me twice before check in. After check out, hotel charged me again over nz1400 that is totally radiculas. It’s wasting my time to check with bank & booking . Com to refund properly. This is not yet settled till now! Honestly,it is a nightmare to book this hotel!

Great. I really like the online check in. Also the check out experience was really efficient. The only negative is all the construction going on around the area I also think the eatery on level 1 has improved since my last stay in terms of service.

« Stunned at the space and the feeling of being relaxed »

Room 1802. The fact that there were separate living areas was amazing. It was the last stay on our holiday and a delightful experience - the other places have been great as well in NZ ... but the room was lovely. I would DEARLY love to stay in the corner room some day - Im assuming that is impressive!!!! Trying to park was a total nightmare due to Albert Street road works but thats not your fault. I would very much suggest some maintenace on the bathroom cupboards. They have obv swollen due to fluid I would assume over time, but they really let the ambiance of sophistication down. Thats all. Thank you for the stay. I was concerned about the lifts being serviced as I had JUST come down from lift 3 .... but eh! They have to be serviced .... its sort of funny .... Finally - the people were lovely

I found this an excellent place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only improvement would be the look at the plates and bowls in the kitchens. My room had one bowl that was very very small.

It is always a friendly atmosphere and the staff are always attentive and willing to assist with requests. The rooms are always clean, the carparking is great as well as having wifi available, as most of our stays there are business. Also, the cafe is amazing!

Staff were helpful and nice. Apartment was clean and had all required facilities. Used gym, sauna, pool and Jacuzzi which were all well maintained.

Stayed three nights to be near the downtown. Everything great except the dryer, which had no heat apparently. No mind, though, we just hung everything around the room.

Starting the night we checked in late, Sankar greeted me by name with a genuine welcome. He offered to bring our bags up and brought a welcome gift. After a very long day of travel, it was so appreciated. A few days later, we were greeted by Sabio. It was like seeing an old friend. Over the years, I’ve spent many months in Auckland and this is my go to place. Thank you!

The bathroom wasn’t clean to a hotel standard Can’t beleive hat your hotel doesn’t have block out blinds. Your blinds are thin that it allows the light from the construction building come it. Was very hard to sleep Upon check out, the male attendant didn’t even ask how my stay was or asked if I needed a taxi. I had luggage with me. Poor service

Great service by the front desk. Our room was upgraded which was greatly appreciated and it was a great spacious apartment. Unfortunately the construction across the road did taint the stay a little as the workers started at 7am in the morning!

« Cold smelly noisy overpriced »

Cold. No blankets. Noisy construction site woke us at 7am. Heater smelt, thought it was going to catch fire. Overpriced. $500 per night to freeze. 3 sisters. Had to share small bed. One was on old springy sofa bed. Embarrassed about price of room I told my sisters it was a lot less, otherwise they would’ve refused to pay for what we had. Disappointing
