Friendly staff and accommodating. Room a good size but a little dated decor wise. Shame the pool was shut.

Only stayed for one night, but enjoyed it, I was upgraded to a 2 br apartment, but really only need a single room. Plenty of space and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Will not stay here again. The room wasn’t serviced properly. The bathroom felt dirty. The wifi didn’t work. I will be advising my work colleagues not to stay here.

Have used the apartments before and they never disappoint! Lots and lots of space, good decor and great facilities. Only disappoint was that I mainly chose the hotel for the pool and it was closed during my stay.

We were moved from our first room as the carpets were disgraceful. Something from a slum with cigarette burns and food stains in the carpet. The next room was better but the rooms are very old with chipped tiles and very worn woodwork etc.

We arrived very tired from the airport and it was a bit tricky to find the hotel with them digging up the road in Auckland but the receptionist was sensitive to our needs and gave us each a bottle of water on arrival. We found the rooms cold and extra bed covers would have been appreciated but washing facilities were welcome. We did not appreciate an extra charge for parking-that had not been disclosed in advance and should be rolled into the cost of the accommodation as an overhead.

OK - Pool wasn't in operation

I enjoyed the rooms ameneties. The staff were mostly attentive with some going above and beyond. My washing machine was broke in the room and the staff looked after my clothes getting it repaired the following day.
