What a pleasure staying with a professional team whom personalised our stay from start to end. Milo's service was impeccable. He listened to our needs and over delivered. In a competitive accommodation market it is difficult to find that point of difference, however the Sebel has hit the nail on the head by employing the right team to look after its guest. Additionally, the facilities were fantastic-a wonderful heated pool that our children really enjoyed, beautiful rooms and lovely views. Thank you the Sebel team for making our stay a very memorable one!

we spent 3 nights there and they were awesome we had great time the hotel was fantastic the staff were perfect and so helpful. Friendly welcome. Housekeeping came early in the morning but we were still in bed and then they didn’t come back so room didn’t get made up. Spa was too hot to get in to and jets were broken. Good pool, gym and sauna. ‘Early’ check in wasn’t until 1:30.

The Sebel Quay West is an older property with spacious rooms and good customer service. From the phone call the day previous to my arrival - checking on my arrival time and whether I had any special requirements - to the efficient check-out, the Sebel continues to deliver a good experience.

The apartment was dated which was ok, however there was a horrible smell the first time I entered and I left the windows open the whole time. The kitchen chairs were disgusting - would not touch or sit on them. It made me worry about how well the whole apart is being cleaned.

The suite was quiet with a large sunny balcony facing the water - a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was generous. Although the kitchen is a bit dated the hotel provides spacious accommodation in a good location with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and pleasant walks along the waterfront.

I had booked in on line and while I had arrived early I did not expect any keys however the service was slow as they had to look for my booking? I returned to the hotel about 6.30pm and no keys had been prepared so had to wait what i felt was a long time to have a room allocated and keys issued. No overly good service as an Accor member!

From when we checked in around midnight ( late international flight) until checkout we enjoyed our time at the Sebel Quay West. We did note however that the std of cleanliness inside the suite was better than outside in the balcony area.

once again a lovely stay customer service is always great with your friendly staff. unfortunately the spa was way to hot to be able to hop in which had same problem the last time I stayed. I have my own spa at home set to 41 as I do like my spas hot but I couldn't even get into yours. Staff were trying to fix this situation unfortunately wasn't before we had to leave.
