We love coming to the Como - welcomes at the front desk, our parents were looked after beautifully, people were kind to our little boy, and we had a perfect (wonderful) room. No suggestions for improvement. (The only even remotely negative was the time taken to bring our bags up - we wouldn’t normally have noticed the delay, but it was late at night and our son was past his bedtime, so we were itching to get his PJs from the bag)

I booked 3mths in advance the suite and was given rooms not suitable for the event! A small discount was offered which was not good enough
