« If I have to stay in Chatswood again I will be choosing the Sebel »

The room was great. The staff were friendly and seemed interested in me. The staff never gave me any indication that my questions or requests were a pain.

« Despite the fact that when I turned up I was informed that my booking had been cancelled when I had not. We then went to the room and the heating wasn't working but were provided with heaters and blankets »

This place is a great location if you want to shop! Was disappointed with my room this stay as I did ask for a room not facing train station but was given a room directly on the station pretty sure I could not have got a room any closer! Not sure why they can’t allocate a room when requested as I have been told the rooms get allocated the day of check in.

The room was in excellent condition, well appointed and great location. My only disappointment was I had ordered breakfast the night before and it was not delivered. I informed the staff at reception and they were very helpful but as I had an early morning appointment I could not wait for it. The staff are friendly and informative with a very easy check in process. I also liked the extra personalisation being an Accor member.

I stayed here for two days. I loved the room and the locatiob. However i was upset that the room service did not include dinner. We booked this hotel based on its option for room service and did not see any note about 'dinner not included' for room service. This was a business trip and i wanted to just stay inside after a long days travel . As i write this though it sounds petty as the hotel is located in the heart of Chatswood and its restaurants. Like i say to my son 'not upset, just disapointed'

Great …Great staff whether the fromt desk staff especially Ms Sarah and Mr Joushua and housekeeping staff. House keeping does a great job and are very honest, as I once left a good amount of cash "unlocked" and they did the cleaning and never touched the money. --- ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ----- There is a room for improvement as follows, I would prefer: (1) A combination number lock safe for obvious reasons (no physical key to sign for or misplace). (2) As ingle key card for both the lift and room access, currently I have to carry 2 items, plus the safe key. (3) A "normal" one peice cloth hangers ... the one you have now are cumbersome and a nuisance really .. I guess a guest paying that much nightly rate would not remove $1 hanger; and even if, it is quite cheap to replace but much more convenient to the guest. (4) An anti slip shower floor mat would be wise to provide for safety.

My apartment was a joy. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. I loved having the ability of being able to adjust the climate control to my liking. The pillows were a bit hard for my liking but the bedding was great. Very, very close to a large and varied number of places to get food. Being right at Chatswood station makes getting around easy but it also means that with the doors open it is very noisy from the trains,

I stayed with my daughter for the Lunar Eclipse. Staff were very accommodating. They even went over and beyond by leaving a print out of information about the Eclipse when they heard about the reason for our stay.
