The room was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the shower rose in the bathroom when turned on let more water out of the connection than the shower rose itself. We included breakfast in our stay and on arrival were given the shee for breakfast which we filled out. The raisin toast was so thick it would not fit in the toaster so we had to fry it in the frypan.bthe handle on the frypan was so loose it was dangerous. We also found a brochure which would have allowed us to have a hot breakfast but this was not advised on our arrival.

The cleaning and the cleaning staff were awesome. Very happy, friendly and helpful.We liked the rooms and the view of the city especially at night. We found it hard to adjust the heating in the unit to keep it warm, there didn't appear to be any instructions to tell us how to work it. The spa pool which we shared with another family was too small and not warm and the jets didnt work. The staff at the admin desk were helpful, and friendly.

Nothing has changed since my last stay even after completing a similar survey and feeding back the issues. I was again placed next to the lift and had a week of sleepless nights due to the noise. There are still no options for those of us with food intolerances and I again had to purchase my own lactose free product. You dont even get fruit as an option to go with your cereal?! I didnt even receive a welcome bottle of water which I typically do when staying at an Accor Hotel. I had returned to the hotel hoping that things had changed as it was suggested that it would. I have a further booking to return this week however I am considering cancelling.

« The rooms and general customer service were great and Housekeeping handed in my laptop left in the room! »

The only issue that was very annoying was that I organised a friend to pickup my laptop on her way home from Sydney which is a 6 hour drive. I phoned to check if the laptop could be waiting at the front desk so she was not kept waiting - it wasn't there so I phoned again an hour before it was due to be picked up just to check - it was still at housekeeping. I spoke to a lovely girl on reception who promised she would retrieve it and have it waiting. I asked if I would have to phone again to confirm and she assured me she would see to it ASAP and it would not be necessary to ring again. When my friend arrived she was kept waiting while they retrieved it from housekeeping. This was annoying - even though I was so pleased it was handed in - It could have been waiting at reception!

As stated above could not fault the accommodation, indeed above expectations! Ideal location for our visit. Unfortunately we found the staff lacking in standard suitable for this quality hotel. We believe a little more training would be a worthwhile project.

The hotel room is very nice and comfortable. The room service is good. But it will be excellent if there is some improvement with the room furniture and the kitchen evacuation fan. And also, one of your male staff in front desk need have more smiling and patience.

« it is below standard level »

we had good experience when we had booked Palm Cove- Cains Siebel property which was made me to book again in Sidney but had very bad experience But I have got complete opposite kitchen appliance are very dirty and sticky dishwasher M/C literally stink, where put the rubbish bin was very smelly had very bad time to operate central heater- waked up few time during night GAS stove knobs was not working- literally hold to work for long time - only 2 (hold longer) was working out of 4 burners tab was not mixture- this is another pain as request of booking- their was continental breakfast including (which was not delivered to us until we had made phone call) car parking- extra charges- this is also not good overall this apartment was not up to the mark when I had checkout - I have requested Joshua to give me call back on same day for hold money, which I am still waiting. I have paid for rubbish and will not book next time this property.
