Room was spacious, clean, check in and out was smooth, only issue was with House keeping, not sure why they only insist on knocking once and then walking straight in, even thou the door has the privacy latch on. By the t8me you get out of your seat they are in the room

The apartment was lovely and quite roomy. The bed was comfortable and bathroom good. The only thing missing in the kitchen was champagne flutes. The one thing that was disappointing was the complimentary drink offered was coconut water or sparkling water? We have previously in other Accor hotels been offered a wine or beer or juice . Surely as Accor members something more could be offered?

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Chatswood. The basic room that was booked was unavailable on arrival but we quickly were upgraded into an available larger room. Staff were friendly on arrival and at checkout. Luggage was stored for us for a couple of extra hours after checkout. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is located in a central position. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The disappointing side was as an Accor member I received a free drink which was a sparkling water or coconut water? I don't drink either of these and previous Accor hotels we were offered a wine or beer -surely the hotel can do better if they want to keep their customers.

Good experience with easy access, good service, and price. Apartments are dated, but comfortable. Kitchen could use a pair of scissors please. Parking spaces are very tight.

Nice and helpful staff. Great pool and spa. Good bedding, except for the fold out bed which meant my head was quite a bit lower to the ground than my feet. Nice balcony and views. Great location with shopping so handy. Simple parking and not overly costly. Nice furniture that most importantly, was comfortable. Adequate kitchen and laundry. Overall, great value for money considering Sydney prices.

The staff were always willing to help although didnt get the linen arrangements right on several occasions. We clearly booked for 5 people, yet only received 4 towels each day (until the last day when they got it right).

We love staying at The Sebel in Chatswood. One thing was irritating: the guy who checked us in made a point of saying that there was a fee for losing the keycard. Haven't lost one to date and found that a touch irritating. The toaster blew the fuse but that was replaced very quickly. Overall, we loved our stay. It's always nice to have the little touch of a welcome back note in the room :)
