The Sebel at Chatswood is centrally situated close to shopping, transport and a wonderful restaurant hub. The Sebel has very spacious apartments containing all the amenities that you require, whether it is a short stay or a lengthy one. The staff is friendly and very professional and are happy to assist when asked. The rooms give you space and room to relax and separate bedroom to the lounge room is an added advantage. Very enjoyable.

I arrived at 1 am and left at 6am $250 in Total for five hours stay unbelievable

The stay was nice but can be more relax-able. The temperature adjustment thing wasn't working as efficient. I had request to put foam pillow, but it was not there. And I also appreciate if night gown's provided along with sleepers.

Always a pleasure and feels like our 2nd home. We just love that Leon is able to provide us with room 1206 which is our now favorite one and much appreciate this. The staff always welcome us with open arms and remember us. Its was a nice touch that someone left us a porta cot this past stay even though we didn't order one or need it but it was however back to old standards in safety you only had to tap the cot and it swung in the breeze so we would have never used it.

On arrival we were told by the young girl that we had to wait 5 minutes as she was in training and had to wait for her colleague to come back to check us in. She did not offer to attempt the process or even find out our names. After waiting 5 minutes we asked if we could just leave our bags and get dinner as we had just got off a flight. The rooms were very dated and I was extremely surprised that your hotel did not offer free wifi or shower gel. I also called and asked for more towels to be sent up and was extremely surprised when the lady bought one up. It was not until we checked our we were told we could have free wifi if we joined your Loyalty Program. This should have been mentioned at the start. I travel a lot and stay in a number of different hotels and considering what we paid, I would not call this stay "value for money". I will not be recommending people stay here.
