« Very enjoyable , very convenient location »

We had an upgrade from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment. Apartment was very generous in size and bed was extremely comfortable. Having a kitchen was very good feature.

All good, very clean apartment, friendly staff within hotel, ie the handyman, the housekeepers. Reception staff could be friendlier and explain some things about the hotel. Pool and spa very enjoyable. Best feature is the location, ie proximity to shopping and train station, the balcony and view from apartment. Welcome drink should be for number of guests, we had a 2 bedroom apartment yet only one small soft drink was provided to room. We chose to stay here because we had a family member in hospital in North Sydney, we really appreciated having cooking facilities and being able to self cater since our stay was for 6 nights. Also I really liked the desk and wifi speed as I had to work during my stay. Parking was important to us and this was very good.

Very large and comfortable apartment with all facilities and nice views to the city. Would have liked some information to be provided with the booking to inform that breakfast was just a continental style provided to the room. More information on breakfast options near by would have been useful.

$399 per night during the week plus $25 for parking. Paid an extra $23 (sub total $447) for the buffet breakfast only to be told that A. They didn’t get the breakfast inclusion on the booking B. It will be another $14 for toast and cereal to your room & C. They don’t even have a dining room to offer a buffet breakfast! Would have cost a grand total of $461 if I didn’t pick up on it. Hotel said because I booked through a third party I would have to take the incorrect charges up with them. The hotel did waiver parking for me and I went elsewhere for breakfast. To top it off, they didn’t have my paperwork ready, I had made the booking 7 hours earlier. Will not stay there again sorry. Very underwhelming. T

We had need to use the fold out sofa bed. Unfortunately the frame was bent or damaged in someway and maintenance men were required to try to refold the bed so we could sit on the sofa. This was not entirely successful due to the bent frame of the bed. We are lead to believe that this is not uncommon & that a lot of sofa beds in the Hotel are damaged. The bed "squeaked" from any movement when trying to sleep... Our pillows were also very hard.

Rooms looked tired and in need of some TLC, bed very uncomfortable. I travel a lot for work and this bed goes down as one of the worst. Lounges not much better either. I have to return to the area and the bed and lounge comfort will seriously make me consider elsewhere but you do have kitchen facilities

« Bed was unbearable »

I have stayed at this property at least 50 nights in the last 3 years and have had a lot of different rooms over that period. Unfortunately the bed in Unit 1109 was a let down. It was uncomfortable, sagged to the LHS and I found that I needed 24 hours solid sleep after staying there to catch up. The property overall is getting tired however this would be the worst stay to date.

Pleasant reception. The room was clean and well-equipped. Helpful staff at Reception enabled us to find and visit an after hours dentist on Sunday morning. (My husband had developed a tooth abscess.)

Very comfortable beds in the bedrooms. Spacious rooms. The mattress on the foldout bed in the lounge smelt very bad (like urine) so we folded the bed back up and didn’t use it. The service on Reception was outstanding.

Good to stay with you. But you can improve by doing a little more. Like for guests, you can have some welcome goodie may be some refreshments or gift and thiss too according to length of stay of guests. Long stay business guests should be given priority.

« While attending meetings during the day, the room was a great place to work at night. »

I was in Sydney on work. The hotel room was spacious and the table was good for sitting down at night and reading through reports and preparing documents for the next day's meetings. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a small amount of mould, but was otherwise clean. There are a number of restaurants around the area, which is where I ate. Perhaps next time, I will use the kitchen to prepare some food. All in all, the room was perfect as an office away from the office. A minor gripe is that the WiFi is not free. I ended up using my phone for Internet connectivity.
