Facilities and villas were great, clean and modern. We were given outstanding service from Adam who help me with the bookie and welcomed us on arrival. He was wonderful and asset to the resort.

« Attentive service & good money value »

We booked a Studio King room for 1 night as a part of the road trip for our anniversary. And we ask to have a room with a nice view. Upon checking in, we got a free upgrade to a spacious Villa overlooking the golf course. The hotel even prepared welcome drink and sweets for us, along with a handwritten note from the Guest Service Manager. To be honest, the only thing that was not perfect was the smell in the room. It was not stinky but it definitely gave you a feeling like the ventilation system was not working very well and didn't make you feel refresh. But still, cleanliness was good and the service was very attentive. Happy with our stay and would come back.

Service was excellent. Grounds and gardens were poorly maintained. Overgrown plants at entry to villa combined with wet weather meant my legs got soaked every time I entered or exited. Grass well overdue for a mow which cauded shoes to get wet. Not a pleasant walk from villa to reception through grounds after rain. Clothes drying rack in villa was worn out and difficult to use. Yellow Bag of linens (?) Left outside villa door for over a day.

« It was a nice stay »

Over all it was a nice experience. The receptionist was lovely and all the staff really. Room was nice, very comfortable. Alroungh a slight drain smell, when the shower was turned on. The food was pretty average. We ordered the pork belly and it was burnt and very dry. When we told the waiter though, he was very lovely and replaced the pork with a pizza. We would come back again. We enjoyed it.

The room, reception, pool, staff were all lovely. Well equipped and clean room. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was woken up by the gardeners both mornings and I understand they’re contractors but I complained to reception and they were empathetic and nice about it, even gave me a free lunch. I hope the bill is passed onto the landscape company! I’d happily stay there again if I know I won’t be woken up again.

« Relaxing in style! »

Loved our room. Separate living ,bedroom and bathroom magnificent. Had amazing spa treatment too. Swam at both pools - great. Had Tapas and drinks at bar- thoroughly enjoyed. But what impressed us most was the staff. Attentive, professional and friendly. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Hope to come back with some other couples for long weekend in the future.

Great service, great facilities...... however mattresses need replacing. Extremely uncomfortable sleep due to aging mattresses that sag considerably in the middle. This has been the case for a number of stays I have had at the resort.

Very relaxed resort no bustle at the reception. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom Vila with balcony which was wonderful. I liked very much your cheers platter and wine, thx. The food in your restaurants was excellent and the room service staff are wonderful. One minor thing I would suggest and that a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as this is standard in most hotels.

« We really did enjoy our stay at the Pullman Mangenta just a shame there were no fly screens for the sliding door. »

We had originally booked a studio room through booking.com which included a request for a quiet room without pool noises or generator noises. However we were allocated a room close to a very loud and noisy water feature. When I reported this to reception they very kindly upgraded us to 3 bedroom apartment which was very nice and quiet. We were very happy as the original unit would have completely ruined our time away as it would have driven us nuts. In turn we did our best to leave the place as clean and organised as possible and we also made sure not to use the 2 extra bedrooms and the second bathroom. Overall we loved our stay.

« Fell short of expectations »

I have stayed here yearly for a business conference for the last 3 years. Overall front desk service is good, however this time several things about the accommodation and breakfast were left wanting. The mattresses in the villas are consistently sagging and old - this was reported to my by several colleagues. Sore back resulted each morning. The Nespresso machine was broken all weekend for buffet breakfast and a slow service had to be relied upon for hand made coffees.

We stayed there for the first time for a wedding reception and the grounds are beautiful. Rooms were in good condition however not sound proof . Phil at the front desk was a man of many talents. Helpful and accomodating, pls be sure to thank him for us
