We found the accommodation very comfortable, beds are a bit firm, but rooms are spacious, clean and have high end linens. The reception, spa and housekeeping staff are all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We found the food and beverage staff at the beginning of the week appalling and were actually thinking about not eating there again, however with small kids being starving after an hour in the pool we ate at the bar on Thursday and found the weekend staff to be much more attentive and on the ball. The beach is a fair walk away and not easy with small kids but absolutely beautiful at sunrise and sunset. A bit rough if your not a strong swimmer. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and would recommend it to others with a warning to eat else where from mon-wed.

Enjoyed our time at this great resort. Golf course is amazing, and the view from the balcony overlooking the course is spectacular. Location is handy to everything and amenities great.

Very good for our 6 adult family members for 3 nights over Christmas. I would have preferred extra items for the kitchen/dining room which are usually available in this type of accomodation e.g. Juice squeezer, large frypan with lid, placemats & coasters, salad bowls & platters. The outdoor table needs replacing and the fridge and dishwasher were not up to standard.

The resort is in a great location, staff were friendly, daily clean staff did a great job. My only complaint is the maintenance that needs to be done on the room. Furniture and blinds broken. The place needs a big clean inside and out. I don’t think this would of been such a problem if the resort didn’t claim to be 5 stars. We also didn’t get to use our car space on the last two days as different cars kept using it.

For the first week there was either no internet or really slow internet. It has become much better the second week.The surroundings (garden, pools) are lovely. The insides of villas are not terribly clean in areas where you don't look straight away, like under the beds and on the dining room chairs. The beds and bedding are very good. The bedrooms (not ensuite) have no space to put or hang anything - neither does the bathroom. A better clothes rail is needed for hanging out washing. The staff are mostly friendly and accommodating.

Hotel itself is amazing, great location and rooms to match. For some reason the pool bar was not open in peak season which was strange. We attended a wedding and with an hour left of the reception our drinks were removed and they tried to close the bar early, I as best man negotiated a round of drinks from the barmaid for everyone that was waiting but considering the bride and groom had paid for the bar for a time period to shut it early and take drinks from us was not good. Also was informed we had late checkout as part of the bridal party and then received a call at 11 asking us to vacate the room. In summary an amazing resort let down by poor service/attention to detail.

I booked a 3 bedroom villa for two nights to spend with my family including my parents. Every one of us liked the hotel and the location. Very quite and pleasant experience. it was nice meeting Sutari (FOM) at the check out. I would recommend Few pool toys/floats to have in those beautiful pools.

We loved staying at Pullman. The resort is family friendly, pools great for kids and the villas are spacious with all amenities. Will definitely be staying again. The issues I had was on check in and breakfast. We arrived at 1:30pm and asked if we would be able to check in - I was told the room wasn't ready and was also reminded that check in was from 2pm and to come back then. So we waited the half hour in the car park outside reception. Never experienced that before and was shocked at the reminder. Most hotels accommodate a 30min early check in. Was there no other clean rooms available at that time? We did go back at 2pm and was checked in at 2:02pm after having confirmed the room was ready. During breakfast one coffee was the wrong order so was returned and placed at the end of the queue. We were advised they were under staffed when we enquired how long it would take. By the time it got to us the coffee was placed at the corner of the table. No acknowledgement or apology. Didn't end up drinking it as we had already finished breakfast.
