« Not really worth the price. »

Food at the restaurant was very average. Facilities were overcrowded, and dental sets were not provided, I had to go and request for them. We had no internet and phone in our room for 1 day out of the 2 we stayed there, as a lighting storm had taken out the communications room? No back up in a 5-star resort?

We ended up here by changes off work plans ! Was fabulous Adam management was fabulous. As to all other staff never stayed in place where staff pay such attention. Only down fall need a kids club and a little convention store for families .

room and balcony had spider webs. pls clean up. room service was at 3pm, should be morning. $33/person breakfast is too expensive and not many options. 2 years back when we stayed there was self-service options of sausages, egg, hash brown, beans, etc. Now we have to order. Not a good idea.

It didn't have the feel of a 5 star property. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment was much plainer than it appeared on website. Carpet was put in living room only on day 2. No floor standing lamps in living room, no side tables (we would use high stool of kitchen bench to keep snacks), one wall in living room had a small painting. All other walls including ones in bedroom were plain - no paintings, not even framed photos.

Took 30mins to find our bookings, internal reservation system was not well organised but gave us a compliment drinks. The studio room doesn’t have bath tub for our infant boy stay. Complained to receptionist and the results were no any improvements. Really disappointed.

Right from the first interaction, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Including the Pro Shop staff! The accommodation was first rate but starting to look a bit tired, a fresh lick of paint is all that required. The only gripe I have was during dinner in the restaurant, our sides arrived a while after our mains. There were only 7 people in th restaurants, so not over run. We will definitely be back again.

Didn't feel like 5star property. We had 3 bedroom apartment. Looked plain compared to picture on website. Carpet in livingroom was put in on day2. No floor standing lamps. No pictures/paintings on walls except one.

« What we come to expect. »

Our family always look forward to our annual break at Magenta. The weather wasn’t on our side this year, so we left the resort more than we normally would. The menu at the bar wasn’t as varied as in the past, we enjoy the tapas atmosphere that was absent this year. The wifi service was poor.

Had a great weekend away with friends played golf relaxed by the pool and were extremely satisfied, could not fault the resort or the staff for a great experience. The apartment was spacious clean and had everything that was needed was included, cleaned and serviced daily, this made it a joy to stay , and we will be back.

Stayed at this resort first weekend after schools broke up for the summer holidays. Enjoyed golf, swimming, tennis and walks. Excellent restaurant. Convenient distance to Sydney. Staff were really attentive.

We stayed at your facility for two(2) nights for our annual conference event, this being the second year in a row. the size of our party for the entire two(2) days was 25 persons; location, facilities, food, cleanliness, ease of access etc... very good and worth the mention however, majority of the Pullman Magenta Shores Resort staff team members looked and acted as if they did not want to be there - with the exception of a few; this reduced the valued of the overall experience. not sure if we will be back next year. However, thank you to those individuals that understand what hospitality is about and how it impacts on the overall experience of the client.
