Stayed in a three bedroom suite and the accommodation was outstanding. Restaurant was closed for dinner however, ate at the bar and the food was great. Service fantastic, the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Disappointing! I have had many very positive experiences with the Pullman facilities, particularly Olympic Park in Sydney and chose to stay at the Pullman facility at Magenta on that basis, however I was extremely disappointed at the worn and poorly maintained villa we were allocated. Similarly when ordering room service at $40 plus per meal, I really didn't expect it to be delivered in a cardboard box. Nor did I expect that at $33.00 per head for the buffet breakfast to be advised that it only included one cup of coffee and if we wanted another they were $6.50 each. This is most definitely not the kind of service I have experienced previously at a Pullman establishment and I would hope to NEVER experience again.

We take great pride in what we do and I do sincerely apologise that your stay was not as it should have been. In regards to the cleanliness and maintenance of your room, I am very sorry this was the case. I will certainly alert the appropriate teams to ensure this is attended to. Our guests experience is very important to us and my apologies that you did not feel comfortable in your room. In regards to room service, unfortunately due to the logistics of the distance between our kitchen and our guests, room service delivery can be a struggle for our team. The current presentation and delivery of room service has been tried and tested to ensure that food is delivered quickly, hot and in the best possible way. While I understand the presentation of this may not be to all guests expectations, please understand that we have considered may options and this proves to be the best option. I appreciate your feedback in regards to this and many thanks for sharing your thoughts, we will certainly take them into consideration. « No running water, leaking shower tap, no hot water »

It started with there being no running water, once maintenance came around to turn on the mains, the hot water came throw, but only for a brief 5 minutes, then it went cold again. The previous guests must have turned the mains off because the tap in the shower was clearly broken and could not be turned off. The hotel obviously didn’t know; either that or they purposefully checked us into a faulty villa. This raises the disturbing question of how the cleaners were able to clean the villa between us and the previous guests?

During a work conference, my overall experience was great however our dinner in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. I was originally presented with the beef dish. It was severely dry and overcooked to the point I could not eat it and smelt more like liver, than beef. I asked for the alternative choice of chicken thigh. This was also very overcooked and dry.

We enjoyed the mid week stay which gave us the serenity we want for the break. Thanks for the Magenta staff. They were very helpful in our connection to TV for using USB. The staff who make up room are very polite and professional. The breakfast was very quality. All in all, we enjoyed and sure will come back.

Our experience was fine until we went for breakfast. The buffet breakfast has been changed to ordering a hot breakfast. The hotel has eliminated the (all you can eat hot breakfast) and replaced it with a selected menu of upmarket choices such as poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. Gone are the basic baked beans etc. If this is a cost cutting exercise it would be better to list all of the items so the customers can choose their own combinations. Such as poached or scrambled eggs with bacon, baked beans, hash browns, cooked tomato, mushrooms, etc. The rest of the buffet was delightful, plenty of choices. We went to the restaurant for dinner only to find it closed during the week so we sat in the bar area, and was advised our platinum Accor card would not be recognised for the usual discount, so we departed and went elsewhere for dinner.

Check in was excellent Adam was very helpful and upgrade greatly appreciated. Room was fantastic overlooking golf course . Dinner was good but constructive criticism that there was a limited choice of mains . Our booking was through crazy golf deals , although we booked direct with the hotel .

Fabulous service and attention for a special lunch in Barretts Restaurant. New gym equipment is great. Woodfired pizzas were delicious on the Friday night. Golf Course was beautiful - even with scattered showers and cloudy weather!
