A new place to stay that was great from my arrival to my booking out the service was very high and we where in the upstairs executive lounge...Annabelle was lovely and welcome and look after my Gluten Free requests.

Very nice to stay there. The staff were very helpful. Special mention for the concierge who helped us with our odd shaped vehicle that would not fit in the standard car park.

Overall a pleasant stay fir our busibess neeting. I was very happy with the service from the restaurant. The food was tasty and rhey were very helpful. My room was lovely but was disappointed with the bathroom. The tiles near the bath had what appeared to be painted over mould, the floor tikes were cracked and the door chipped. It felt old and tired and reminiscent of a much lower standard hotel. The shower over the bath us potentially dangerous with nothing to hold onto if you felt unsteady. My elderly mother would not have been able to shower here.

Always very pleasant any friendly staff. My only one suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the room service breakfast card should be replaced when used. I would suggest this should be part of the standard cleaning process. I used my first day and it was never replaced. As I got back to the hotel late most nights I couldn't be bothered trying to source one. Meaning each morning I got up and on my way to my first meeting I bought something elsewhere for convenience. Therefore you missed out on revenue.

I thoroughly enjoyed my annual visit to your hotel, and was very happy to be in a room on such a high floor. My only complaint, is that from about 4:30, 5am in the morning, for the next few hours it sounded like chairs were being scrapped across tiles, or a concrete floor, and I was only able to sleep intermittently from then. It happened both mornings, and was quite annoying. I am unsure if there was a reason for this, but this is my only complaint. I love staying at the Pullman, everybody, from the reservations staff, to check-in, and concierge are very friendly and helpful.

very relaxing. nice room, comfy bed. liked the executive lounge. got to use the gym, pool & spa. the only disappointment was our room didn't overlook albert park lake, we were off to the side so only caught a glimpse of it.
