We stay at this hotel quite frequently and would recommend it for ease of access to City and surrounds.Staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly and really make you feel very welcome. Service is excellent.There are always little touches in our room to welcome us back that makes the stay memorable! Bed was very comfortable.Will remain a top choice for me!l

Given the five stars I had some expectations, which were not all satisfied. The staff was really nice, the pool was great (is it really only open 6-11 am, as it says in the book in the room? although starting at 6 is great!) Small items, like dirty walls in the hallway, a broken lightbulb, non functioning Ethernet cable took away from a great stay.

very enjoyable visit , room comfortable on 8th floor overlooking the park, access to executive lounge was excellent, meals were excellent, staff interaction was excellent - a perfect stay 3 staff were outstanding - jenny d food and beverage team leader, a young indian?(guessing as did not remember her name) descent woman who was a f and b team leader at breakfast and kathy in the executive lounge made the extra effort in customer service

All staff was so very nice and welcoming! Comfortable bed. Bathroom set up was a little weird with tap barely reaching into the basin. Could hardly fit hands under tap to wash and definitely couldn’t fill kettle. Towel rack also in a strange place being right near toilet.

« Great place but need to monitor function noise »

The room was fantastic the breakfast was excellent the only down side was the noise from a function underneath our room it went till nearly 1 am and was so load the even with neoprene ear plugs we could still feel the doof doof music otherwise an excellent place to stay

Very disappointed with a venue that had such a high star rating. Room very uncomfortable due to the air con not coping with the heat transfer from the front glass window. Also mould on walls in shower and bath.
