My wife and I were very pleased! After reaching your hotel after a 15 hour plane flight from the states, we were thrilled to be able to check in early and clean up before exploring the city. Food was good, staff service was excellent, and we felt welcomed and important the entire time.

Here are the main issues I had experienced during my stay, 1. I had waited 40 mins on my first night for my food at Window Restaurant (approx 720pm), after checking with one of the staff, they told me that the order hasn't out through and asked again what did i order and I just walked out the restaurant. 2. I am still haven't receive the accord points in my account yet.

A nice hotel to stay with good facilities and a great location. Very nice going for a walk around Albert Park. My only request is to rename the other Pullman so that the taxi drivers deliver guests to the right hotel first time. Requesting Pullman Albert Park still resulted in je taxi driver stopping off at the other hotel.

Excellent particularly the valet staff. Check in was smooth and I enjoyed the welcome drink. There was no gift in the room like pullman on the park provide so not as good.

Overall a good stay and a pleasant hotel to visit. The good part, we were upgraded to a room with lake view, and it was beautiful and I appreciate it. The room was neat and comfortable to stay in. The staff were all polite and friendly. Check in and check out were easy. The wifi was working well. The negatives... rang in advance to find out about parking, and was not told anything about the cost. I was surprised to here that every time my car leaves the garage I'm charged $20. Maybe the cost is published elsewhere, but the verbal info would have been helpful. I have stayed at accor hotels before ie Geelong and I was not charged for parking. Our room did not have a dining menu, so we requested one along with a bucket of ice. Sadly the latter did not arrive. We ordered food, along with a bucket of ice, and after ordering we were told the vegetarian item is not available early on a saturday evening. Sadly, not only are vegetarian items few, but their lack of availability is a repeat issue at a number of accor hotels. I think the distinction between members line and general line needs to be more distinct, people appear to look upset when a member is given priority. Staff also need to ensure members are given priority. There is lack of consistency of service and delivery between hotels of the same level. I expected more amenities and opulence from a pullman hotel to be honest.

The beds were comfortable and the room layout was good. But checking in at 8 pm at night took 15 minutes. Then to get food was difficult. I ordered something simple from the bar at 8:30 and still had not received it at 9.00. Then back in my room I had noticed food from the previous guests in my fridge. I then needed to call reception to check the fridge so they would not charge me for missing things. Overall not a great experience.

My stay was once again quite good at the Pullman, although I did find that some items were a little disorganised this time, but maybe that was because of your new system. There was no welcome gift on arrival, the lounge was a bit disorganised etc, but I have to say that Rieko really made our stay. He bent over backwards to look after myself and my colleague, was prepared to assist us with a meeting with some clients, and arrange dinner for us. In all honesty, there would be few people that have ever matched the service and hospitality that he offered. At times with Accor I feel like the value placed on platinum members is lacking - but definitely not with Rieko. He understand what hospitality is about. He made me feel like I was at home, and that I was an honoured guest at the Pullman. He was friendly, helpful, and then at the end of the night topped things off by taking a throw away line about not receiving my welcome amenity, and turned it into action and there was a welcome card and water in my room when I got back up there from the restaurant. Rieko is absolute GOLD!! Thank you so much for the warmth that you gave us during our stay.

I was here for a conference. Hotel stay was comfortable and convenient, but bathrooms are dated and shower small. Also as a silver member I received a room with a view of the loading dock, whilst my colleagues with no status all received front lake view rooms! Which I thought was a bit odd.
