This hotel is tired and not up to the usual Pullman standard. The staff are poorly trained and I had a bad experience throughout. Deapite chefking in onlinenthe feint desk process waa terrible qnd two different people tried to arrange the two rooms booked. One was booked as a twin, but they advised it 'had not been done yet' but someone would take care of it asap. Despite repeated requests it never happened. The rooms are old and electrical problems are common. No bathroom lights worked in one room. In the other, the iron did not work nor many of the sockets. The worst thing was the ridiculous noise from the bar late at night. The rooms are on floors around an open foyer and the noise travels up strongly. Nothing has been done to mitigate that. Food was poor and the overall experience very bad value. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately the room service breakfast was not the best, of the entire meal the best part was the poached eggs and extra fruit we got, nothing else was edible, the bacon was like cardboard and the mushrooms where like little nuggets of rubber, the hash browns looked like something out of the freezer section of Coles. VERY disappointed! The salad and steamed vegetables ordered through room service was great, but again way over priced (we should have looked at the prices first and ordered Uber eats!) Our room wasn't vacuumed properly, when I moved the foot stool of the chair to put my bag down it hadn't been vacuumed at all. The service at the front desk was terrific, and the bar staff were also great. It's a shame the food was so bad and over priced. Will look for some where else to stay next time.

Very poor food options while on conference Demartini wknd. Poor choice of venues to eat. One cafe at lunch to order & eat within 1 hr. 1 to 2 staff taking orders ... very slow, they had no sense of urgency. Very limited menus. Poor catering for a vegan. Best was breakfast buffet but need more vegan & healthy options. Staff cudn't tell me if smoothie had dairy or not. Need to serve coconut yogurt ie non dairy, avacados, fried mushrooms, more nuts & seeds. Really appreciated non dairy chia pudding. Conference provided sandwiches... all were non vegan ... so much bread .... cud of done veg sticks with dips like at breaky, healthy sangas with more salad filling, rice paper rolls with raw veg, fruit platters. Non dairy milk needed for cuppa's ... like almond ... soy is bad

I always enjoy my stays at the Pullman Albert Park. This time was only for one night, but I still enjoyed the experience. I was especially grateful to Flick who helped me retrieve my handbag that I had left in my room after checkout (I really was having a ditzy day, so I was very grateful for the lovely staff looking after me)

Good quality hotel & rooms Overall pleasant service & atmosphere Minimum you would expect of 5 star hotel Executive lounge not as good as others as many have said, no breakfast. A guest came in late & requested the cheese platter be restocked at 7.20pm, so the lady came back at 7.35pm & told him them they wouldn't after 7.30pm, I mean really... Some issues with charges now resolved

Emergency Evacuation needs updating, building plans still have hotel named Sebel as experienced from fire fighters attending. Staff (night) need to trained on an evacuation able to identify where evacuation plans are. Overall rooms comfortable, Executive lounge needs more variety in food choices and beverages
