Arrived Monday evening and departed Wednesday afternoon on a business trip. Reception check in experience was smooth and quick as was check out. Difficult to get a table for breakfast on Wednesday due to a large tour group but this was well managed by restuarant staff. Room was excellent as was the king size bed.

Great luxury Hotel with amazing staff. However as I travel regularly for work I generally choose hotels with a decent Gym. It was very disappointing to see that the same money and luxury was missed in your hotel gym.

« 35 minutes to get anything for lunch! »

Arrival and check-in was great. Room is adequate and appreciate the effort to have power outlets and USB next to the bed, but please replicate light switches and power both sides! Arrived around 1230 and wanted some lunch. Restaurant was not open but the "café" was. However the first words from the café person was "There is a 35 minute wait if you want food", in a short tone as if I'd already asked. The cabinet had some flabby looking sandwiches so flagged and asked reception where I could find a café outside the hotel. There was a problem with one of the elevators for most of the day that resulted in several down trips waiting 10 minutes + for any elevator to arrive. Eventually I discovered that calling only the far left elevator got a result. No staff seemed too worried or cared enough to out some signage out that may have helped guests until the problem was fixed. All they could say was, "Yes. There's a problem with the elevator". Very helpful! Otherwise staff were friendly, hotel is clean and quiet. Good location near Albert Park but a bit far from the city - OK of that's what you want though.

As always the Pullman Albert Park offered a great experience. I am always acknowledged as a Platinum Member and remembered as a regular guest Cathy in the Exec Lounge was exceptionally helpful and friendly Rieko Indra was of great assistance when we had a small problem with our meal, served at the bar - he went out of his way to fix the problem and even offered some additional hospitality - 5 Stars!!

I found the stay very good, all the staff were helpful. We had breakfast the next morning and the food was delicious, lots of variety and despite it being a very busy time the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which was bit annoying but that is the only thing I could comment that was negative about our experience.

Why a 9 and not a 10! Having a learner at restaurant check in/out desk is very disorganised and mistakes being made ... dont do it. They also ask me to leave my Accor card at desk to take details and woul give it back ... l had to chase it up as l was leaving ... took them a while to find the card .... unprofessional and frustrating. But all in all l love Pullman Albert Park just got a bad night and slow learner l guess but no hard feelings

We were excited to be Staying at the Pullman, the photos were lovely, arrival was great, loved the foyer. Unfortunately the room was a big let down, the bathroom was not clean, was also very tired and old, the sink was hard to wash your hands in, the split bed was uneven and my husband kept sliding towards the middle. The chocolate block that was available to purchase in the room had gone white and looked very bad. Too many things were not up to standard. We were both very disappointed with the Pullman.

« A little tired looking in the Hotel. but the Concierge made it worthwhile stay. »

Disappointed with the breakfast on the first day . Asked for a freshly fried egg and got one already cooked .. cold and stodgy. Cooked breakfast could've had more vegetarian choices. Challenging to use the coffee machine and the waiter ( older gentleman) wasn't keen on helping us at breakfast . Our Bedroom was spacious, but wasn't cleaned very well . However the Concierge was a godsend when our airport transfer was booked for the wrong day. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were popped into a taxi to our plane , no hassle, no drama. Customer service on his part was excellent . Thank you !

The staff were lovely. However, our room had no supplies in it (no milk, no coffee). Then we were charged for someone elses mini bar expenses. We were also overcharged in the restaurant.
