Room very nice just had a leak in bathroom water coming up in waste drain in bathroom floor other than that it was very good

Good location. Feels tired

I like this place because of the location but it just feels really tired. Needs a serious refresh. Room service menu is also really limited if you can't get out to eat along along Church Street

The hotel is centrally located close to fantastic restaurants and within walking distance to Westfield Parramatta, the buffet breakfast is also great but, these are the only positive points I would have for Novotel Parramatta. The hotel is run down and in poor condition. The bathtub in one room was faulty (crack in bottom), the shower head in another room had a constant leak and the air conditioner in yet another room was faulty and the room couldn't be cooled below 25 degrees! I have stayed in numerous Novotel's and I do not believe this hotel operates with the same Novotel standards I have been used to in the past. Although the staff tried to assist they were unable to find solutions to the issues. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here for the price you pay!
