Still waiting for my VISA card to be credited with $55.60. Checked out of the hotel on Sunday 21st January; advised by receptionist that Greg (Manager) would refund my card on Monday 22nd January. As of 20th February no credit or contact from the Hotel...

« Awesome View »

We had a great weekend here. The views are awesome and the staff are friendly. Special mention to Joshua who was extremely helpful. The brekky is also really good. Only down side is the rooms are a bit dated, but still nice. Really good location as the Botanic Gardens are across the road for a nice stroll (market on Sunday). Hire cars are close by and freeway to Gold Coast starts right at the end of the street. Will definitely stay here when next in Brisbane.

On arrival my check in was professional and friendly and most importantly quick which I appreciate when travelling. During my stay I had two breakfasts and two evening meals in my room and found the quality and presentation of the meals to be of a high standard, and promptly delivered. During my checkout your staff member working on the reception desk was an absolute credit to your organisation. I took away a sense that she considered that she had a career (not a job) with the organisation.

« Comfortable, pleasant, unobtrusive accomodation »

Accomodation was pleasant and tidy, even if a little dated. TV in house menu was unnecessarily cumbersome and difficult to use. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A nice touch was the unprompted bottle of sparkling white wine to celebrate our anniversary. The only disappointing aspect of our visit was two espresso martinis to be enjoyed by the pool which were approx 50ml in size each at the hefty price tag of $18 each. This ensured that we did not eat any meals in house. This was a minor aspect of our stay but remembered non the less. A pleasant visit but unremarkable.

Our experience was not good , we had no hot water to shower before we went out to dinner after travelling all day , no spa working , no music in the room or free wifi . The electrical equipment in the room needs to be safety tagged as are 5 months over due . Overall very dated and disappointing .

We are extremely disappointed to hear that you had maintenance issues with your hot water system during your stay. We can confirm that this has now been resolved and do apologise for the inconvenience that this caused. Unfortunately, the spa is controlled by the body corporate and is in the process of being removed as it has been deemed as un-repairable as such the spa has been taken off all of our websites and we do not advertise this as one of our facilities we do however understand how this could have been disappointing. We do offer complimentary Wi-Fi for all Accor Le Club members which is a free program to join with lots of fantastic benefits. Jayne we are in the process of investigating the safety tagged equipment in room 0203 and will ensure that this is investigated and actioned immediately. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. « Great family short break. »

Great spot, magic views, easy access to ferries, parking stations, Queen st mall etc. Bar furniture was flaking away, needs replacing. Deck furniture on 3-bedroom apartment needs replacing - tired, warped and in some cases falling apart. Otherwise the apartment was great for our family of 6 adults and two young children. Pool was great, but spar was out of action. Needs fixing. Would consider again for family break.

there could've been more staff to assist at check in time, there was only 1. Otherwise happy with most everything. The sauna was out of action again which was a disappointment, our daughter had been looking forward to it ( it has also been out of action on some previous visits)
