Your safe was at the bottom of the closet, I am a 70 year old man with hip and back problem, it was impossible to use it without help from my wife. I am a retired engineer and we travel constantly. I truly hate this 18 inch plexiglass covers in bathroom, it is impossible to take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. Other than that, location was great, service was good, but your British style breakfast was really awful, fresh juice idea was very good.

Everything from check in to check out made our stay very enjoyable the service the food the room all rate highly , only negative being table and chairs in room where breakfast is served are far to close together making it difficult to negotiate the buffet.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very child-friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the pool is great. The only minor complaint is that both beds in room 1502 were a little saggy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The approach to the Hotel is very welcoming and the services of all the staff I have encountered are very warmed and friendly. The Executive King Size Room I am in, all the whole, is comfortable except for its lighting level and the position of its light fittings. For example, there is an armchair next to the bed for reading and watching TV, but no light at all.

The hotel is good , the only issue I have is that I called the hotel directly and the hotel would only give me the same deal that Expedia offers online . I know they get a commission and most hotels that I stay at offer you a better rate if you call direct or at least offer a free meal or parking.

Our room was lovely and quite, spacious, the balcony was a great bonus it was lovely to sit out there of an evening. The location is very good close to transport and paddy’s market @nd very close to eating places. The staff were very friendly and the free water bottles were a wonderful bonus.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious which was appreciated when travelling for work and spending a lot of time in room. Perhaps some velcro dots to clip curtains to wall to keep out light - my room 902 had a big spotlight directly outside it which shone over the pool area.

Cleanliness and comfort were great. My only minor issue was the shower over the bath. Being an older client, I would have preferred a “walk-in” shower for safety reasons. Another Sydney hotel that I have stayed at, Rydges in Albion Street, does have walk in showers. I would like a return email letting me know whether you do have this type of facility, as this would influence my choice of where I stay.
