Nice place to stay so close to chinatown and all the entertainment area.The room was spacious and clean .Having a balcony is a plus . Staff were very welcoming and helpful . I booked the room for my husband birthday..The staff was not informed about his birthday prior to our arrivals . My husband was thrilled to walk into our room greeted with a lovely birthday card of congratulations ,bottle of champagne in a nice ice bucket, and lovely sweets . Two complimentary drink vouchers. We love the huge towels , bathrobe and slippers. Dining was excellent .Cocktails were yummy . Breakfast can improve a bit , suggestion small pot of yoghurt,, bigger toaster as we have to queue to use the toaster.Hot dishes can be a bit hotter . It was a busy weekend . Novotel is a very good brand always deliver excellent service to guests.I will definitely recommend this hotel .

Got bumped from a qantas flight (weather), our voucher was sold by the Ibis to the Novotel. Novotel is a bit nicer than the Ibis, room service was fairly expensive but food was good. Staff were very good. room was nice and clean, well appointed and bed was comfortable.

Hi, Stayed at the hotel for 15 nights as part of Corporate Nokia, and really loved the services. The location is near to Central station, and not too far from Darling Harbour, which is good. There are a few unique facilities which I loved about this hotel are: > The fresh fruit juicer is an awesome thing, where guests who don't want to have added sugar with canned juices can prepare fresh juices, with wide variety of fruits. > The microwave facility in the room for long staying guests really helps the vegetarians who want to prepare some food on their own in the room. > The washing machine at 9th floor is great for those who don't want to spend huge amounts in laundry. > Special Mention: Breakfast staff Hannah, who helped to arrange vegetarian options for me, even when they were not part of the menu, which was a breather for me, as I had limited options in the menu. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is twice we have come away and I notice no discount on the breakfast. Poor you store our card number so step up. Last year I urgently had to take a friend to Sydney to a doctor. Our stay was extremely comfortable, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location of Novotel Haymarket was very central and hence beneficial to all the places we had planned to visit. Air conditioning was also great. My only criticism is the water pressure which was quite low. Hopefully this can be increased :) Thanks so much for accommodating such a great stay !
