The staff are always friendly and the accommodation is very comfortable and clean. I get annoyed that every time we book in there appears to be problems with our meals. Our company pays for our breakfast and our dinners if we have it there. Sometimes this communication is not clear with your staff and we continue to say this is covered by our company.

From arrival, the front desk stall were friendly & efficient. The rooms were modern clean & tidy. Breakfast was included, there was a good selection,the food was replenished regularly & was hot & fresh. On arrival at the breakfast area we were advised there was scrambled eggs on the bar but if we wanted Boiled, poached, fried or an omelette they would cook them fresh for you. We even complimented the service manager for the quality of the food & the friendly staff. Our only regret was not to have dinner there, the area was popular & the prices very competitive, a nice change. On departure we had to wait a while as there was only one person on the desk who was on the phone, after a while a second person arrived who served us with some urgency.

Got a deal which included breakfast. Front of house staff very helpful and attentive. Rooms comfortable, beds comfortable. My mother thought the hallways were plain, however this did not impact on my stay in any way!

We have stayed at many Novotels in different parts of the world and they have always been a good and consistent standard. However, at Novotel Central we were extremely impressed with every staff members friendly and helpful attitude at all time. We chose to include breakfast with our reasonably priced room rate and this proved a very good decision, particularly because we were able to order freshly cooked eggs and coffee from a barista. The location of the hotel was great for getting to Central rail station, Darling Harbour and many restaurants. The room was a good size but the bathroom was a little small especially for two people. However, this was minor in our overall enjoyment of our 9 night stay and we would not hesitate to stay again.
