Terrible Rooms and experience for an Accor Hotel

Room dated. Shower cubicle had mould. We had to request for 2 extra pillows as the ones supplied were flat. Room serviced but housekeeping forgot to replenish milk and coffee. On check in a $100 deposit taken off my credit card. I had to call the hotel three days after our check out to see how long they were going to hold my money. Told three to four working days depending on my bank. Not Good Enough!!!! Will not be staying there ever again.

Stay for 3 nights, got a room in a corner with view of Brisbane City Hall Clock and the church. Location is superb… near central station and shoping area. Bed linen clean, bath amenties also good. But its looks like the AC in my room doesnt work properly. Can not change the temperatur, tho room feel a little bit hot. Also the TV some times doesnt work. The housekeeping should check those things everytime they cleaning the room.

Busy weekend when Pink was playing at Suncorp Stadium recently. Enjoyed our stay but suggest you need more experienced bar/wait staff at the Six Antlers rooftop bar to keep up with demand - we left as the wait for service was too long.

Good location, dated rooms

Reception services two hotels (Mercure and Pullman), and so checking in at the same time as a bus load of conference delegates and an airline crew was very slow. The team could not find my booking initially but resolved this fairly quickly and without fuss. The room (bathroom, carpets) was dated but the bed was clearly much newer and very comfortable. The cleaners only emptied the bins when they did the morning clean, leaving my additional bag of takeaway rubbish behind (suggest putting at least one larger bin in the room). That said, the staff were friendly and the location was great.
