Good location needs renovation

As an Accor member we had booked a superior room, no upgrade was offered. The room was awful. Green mould on windows, dirty shower (black mould). Vanity basin had a big crack n it. The sheets were clean but pillows inside the pillow cases were yellow and stained, beds uncomfortable. The free drink in bar was house wine- very poor selection- couldn’t drink it went elsewhere, the bar was also full of drunk people.
