clean tidy rooms, excellent room service and cleaning. If anything - the offering of drinks on the 16 deer roof was a little dear. One champagne choice at $19.00 a glass.

service was very friendly with staff responses excellent, some minor hick ups when we were told our luggage would be delivered to our room when we returned ( to early to gat a room ) and when we did return our luggage was not there but all sorted quickly, I also booked for breakfast and when we checked in I was told breakfast was not booked but cocktails were, this was also fixed quickly

All of the staff were absolutely fantastic during my stay. My fridge was not working when I checked in, and it was promptly switched over for another one which was working. Front desk staff were very welcoming, and the gentleman on the concierge Saturday afternoon/late evening was absolutely fantastic, assisting with my luggage on arrival, and producing an umbrella as it had started raining when I was heading out for the evening. Also, Vlasta in the cafe made me an absolutely incredible hot chocolate when I was checking out - I took it to go, and wish I'd tried it before I left so I could thank her! As usual, a fantastic visit.

Room service staff were fantastic, friendly fast and professional. I purchased a movie that was available to me for 12hours and my final bill showed I was charged twice for that movie. TV reception wasn't good and no free Wi-Fi. Assumed those little things would've been included. Needed more ventilation in the gym, on both days every station had someone and it's was a very tight space to get a good workout let alone air...at 6am. Only heard the bar (16Antlers) music once we got out of room, so that was really good. Ashame we didn't get to utilise the pool, that would've been great seeing as the weather was hot.

« I was extremely disappointed you took $250 out of my account for 5 days. Not happy about that at all. »

I am a regular guest at your hotel. I was asked for $100 holding fee on my card at arrival. This was added to the $150 accomodation. My partner went to pay for the room and was told she could not pay as it was already taken from my account. I find this appalling as it was not to be returned to me for 5 days. I don't see any reason for this and question the ethics of holding $100 for so long.

I enjoyed the breakfasts,the location,the staff,the room was clean,the housekeeping staff were terrific, reception staff were pleasant and professional. Nice staff make your stay great and you want to come back. If staff give me the shits,I never return. Though,the lady on room service duty on Saturday night might need a kick up the arse. She did not want to bring me a menue or arrange one. I phoned reception and a menue was bought up within 5 minutes. The guys working on consiege on Monday morning were the best. I hope you pay them well. Being ethnic myself, I enjoyed staff from different cultures. I find ethnic people to be more polite and respectful. If I come to Brisbane again, I will be back.

I didn’t feel like the staff were very welcoming. Apart from waiting a while for my phone call to be answered by reception (dialled all the numbers listed on the phone list) whilst our room is getting soaking wet from the leaking shower. The only time my phone was answered was when i used my mobile to ring the reception external and boom, how convenient, my phone was answered straight away. It was lovely for the staff to move me to another room after they realized that yes, the room was flooded! Next day we rang up to get a late checkout at 11:30am instead of 10am nad they said yes no problem. Went out to have breakfast and came back at 11am and what do you know our key is not working on the lift. And after speaking to the lifeless person on the reception desk it finally worked. I could not wait to go home and leave the premises. Oh, and wait luckily enough we asked if everything was ok and we can just get out of the carpark and their response was oh, you need to validate your ticket with concierge otherwise you wont be able to get out. Wow! How nice for the reception desk to let us know... good we asked otherwise we had to go back up from the carpark to validate the ticket from the reception so we can get out. I wonder if guest that are staying at your pullman hotel gets treated that way? Hmm..... makes me wonder.....very disappointed to say the least. It looks like people either they dont know what they are doing or doesnt give a ?!$&&& about us......

The personalised welcome back card and bottle of wine was a nice touch which I really aooreciated. The concierge boys are always great, friendly and engaging. Oddly the full breakfast in the restaurant does not include a barista-made coffee, but rather access to a DIY machine. It’s a little annoyance that should be changed as being charged additionally for a “real” coffee doesn’t demonstrate customer value.

Stayed here for 5 nights on business. The location is very good, the room was clean and it looks like it has been recently refurbished. However the bathroom was not fully refurbished. The shower was mouldy, there was hair on the wall and there was a missing tile.

The ledge in the shower wall was not secure on the wall. The menu in the bistro was, I thought, below par. The usual detailed print out of account was not offered. otherwise every thing was more than satisfactory.
