There was limited information on food and beverages offered in the hotel. Would have liked a room service menu and printed menus from the hotel restaurants. Not everyone is technological savvy. There was a slow response to a plumbing issue in which another room should have been offered immediately. No bottle opener in the room and took quite a while for one to be brought up. There was no door shelf in the bar fridge.

Ended up staying in this hotel due to non availability of any other hotels at Gold Coast. Traveled for more than 1 hour to get at this hotel in Brisbane, checked in at 1 AM and had to utilize this room only until 6 AM as had to flight to catch from Gold Coast. The check in experience was very smooth, however the quality of the room wasn't that good. It was all messy specially the bathroom with all of toiletries missing like towels, hand towels, etc. Very limited options for in room dining, however the food was served in time. Breakfast options were also very limited (Specially for vegetarians). Overall, it was a good short experience.

Located conveniently in the city centre Within walking distance of various public transportation, food outlets, convenience store and shoppping however the toilets are a bit old with low water pressure

Have stayed here many times and fantastic that with the ACCOR membership get a free welcome drink and get a meal at the bar with 50% off...discounted drinks! Also buffet breakfast for $1....cannot go past that deal. Only downside this trip was the bed. If you turn over there was a ripple effect to your partner - not had this before, so guessing individual bed needs to be replaced?

We bought our accomodation via a Groupon website in NZ. It was a great deal and we thought it might be too good to be true but decided to wait and see. Our stay was wonderful, from check in to check out, the car slightly older car valet gents were incredible as was the Caribbean guy in the bar area and the foreign bar tender - we did mistakenly have drinks at the K9 bar opposed to the restaurant which meant that we weren’t eligible to use our $20 credit... it didn’t matter because the drinks and food were so good we would have them anyway... awesome job on the barramundi spring rolls. The dessert platter in our room was a lovely touch as we’d had such a hectic few days). Our room was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall we would definitely stay again. Good on the marketing team for putting your hotel on Groupon as it put it on the map for us because we do frequent Brisbane but have just not stayed in the city centre until now. Thank you for a great stay.

As we were attending a function at City Hall, the hotel was ideally located. Room service standard was good and the room very comfortable. Our only negative was that both bars were closed when we returned from our function just after 10pm so we were unable to relax over a drink.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times previously because of the location. On at least two occasions I have had waste water flooding through the overflow from the bath tub. This seems to happen in corner rooms and is a common problem. I was offered a room change at 8.40pm but no discount or compensation for the inconvenience of waiting for maintenance and the flooded room.
