Amazing location, old and outdated

The hotel it’s self is in an amazing location the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was old and outdated, fold out Sofa was rickety and kids had a terrible sleep, dryer and washer were old and not great like newer models, main bathroom sink was clogged and drained slower than a snail in a race, carpet stained, walls marked, elevators were scary and need updating. Complimentary hand wash/shampoo/body wash/shower wash/moisturizer in the bathrooms were all empty and seemed to have been for a while so that was really disappointing had to completely unpack to use my own washes as the showers in all the bedrooms were empty. Seems house cleaning ignores refilling the bottles mounted to the basin and shower walls. Bedding and pillows were awesome but bedding furniture could do with an update. Overall hotel for location and price was a 9/10 but for modern,Comfy and up to date was a 2/10

Beautiful location. I genuinely loved the view of the garden, I got to go to hacienda bar downstairs which was super convenient. I wish I used the pool and gym though. Staff were amazing and friendly which is much appreciated.
