« Great location and excellent service »

Totally enjoyed our 3 night stay which was made better by receiving our favourite room as requested. Service from all staff was excellent and the only let down was the long wait sometimes for the lift because it appeared that only one lift was working during our stay. We had breakfast in the restaurant and this was also excellent. I do think the rooms are showing signs of age so it may be time for a facelift.

« Disappointed »

Sadly our experience this stay was not what we expected. The blinds on the window were broken and did not wind up, the power point in the bathroom did not work, the dining table was extremely unstable and the bath had an extreme build up of mould. Such a beautiful hotel is getting old and really needs some ltc.

We enjoyed our time there, staff are friendly, rooms were clean. 2 years ago when we stayed at Pullman again, on checkout there were 2 bottles of water in our car when we picked up. This year there were none, even though it doesn’t really matter, it is only a bottle of water but for some reason that stayed with me since then. It is the little things that captures the mind. was one of best experience I have had on a holiday. The room's layout was fantastic having a separate loungeroom and kitchen was good. The pool/spa area was enjoyable having lots of banana lounges and the area was so clean and inviting. The bar staff was excellent great view great atmosphere with different style of furniture. The cleaning staff was excellent room was left very clean cheerful staff. The reception staff also very helpful. Great location.

« Amazing long weekend stay in a beautiful hotel »

This is the third year that we have stayed in your hotel and we've been lucky enough to have the same room each year. The room is fantastic, the view incredible and we hope to do the same again next year. We enjoyed dinner at your restaurant on Saturday night and were greeted warmly by your restaurant manager who we also enjoyed a good laugh with during the evening. Unfortunately the same can't be said for our experience for 2 of the 3 breakfasts. Perhaps you were understaffed on these mornings but the service wasn't great. An example is the fruit ordered to start arrived at the same time as the cooked breakfast and as well on one of the mornings my husband ordered porridge to start and that arrived after his eggs were served. Coffee orders were taken as soon as we were seated but we had to ask a second time as we didn't get them and then when we got them they weren't what we ordered (we drank them anyway). The people at the table next to us sent their cooked breakfast back. When I glanced at him he said "the eggs are cold". Although your restaurant was busy it wasn't what I would call clean. One morning someone had spilt what looked like yoghurt on the carpet and not one of your staff cleaned it up. I could see that they had noticed it but they all chose to ignore it. As well, I'm also not sure why staff would wipe the table with the same cloth that they wipe the seats which I saw happening repeatedly. I wouldn't even do that at home! As I said at the beginning, perhaps you had staff shortages over the weekend, but it was a long weekend and it was obviously busy and your staff were probably trying to the best they could.

We love the property and location. The front office staff were fantastic and went out of there way to help us. Through no fault of the hotel the building next door was very loud but we were able to move to a much quieter location. We do think the rooms do need to be renovated to bring it back to a 5 star standard.

« Underwhelming. »

It was noted that the actions of the staff were there to assist, however, the overall experience fell well below expectations for a stay at an Accor hotel. Cigarettes and rubbish littered the balcony, exposed wires hung from the bedroom alarm clock, and exposed wall damage just had us feeling that Accor gave little to no respect for their own establishment, and by extension, their guests. We left feeling that a Highway Motel would have provided similar, if not better, services. At check out, we were charged additional parking costs, which were never advised at booking, nor check in. No offer of compensation for this was ever broached. After advising my family about this, we will all no longer be using Accor for future stays.

« Very happy with staff and clean room »

We had a relaxing time staff were friendly and I was impressed with their service. Two things in room 716 where we stayed the movie channel didn't work we asked staff for help which they did but couldn't do anything to get it working. As I said they staff were lovely and helpful in that situation. Also the sofa bed every time my sister moved or rolled over when laying on it , it sqeaked so she had to share king bed with me as we both wouldn't of gotten any sleep. For the price we paid a bit dissapointing. I didn't say anything at the time as there wouldn't of been much staff would've been able to do in that short stay. Food was great in resurant for breakfast. I ordered kids spaghetti bolanaise it was a but dry and bland my sister ordered adult size and she got served the same dry bland spaghetti. I have children they probably would've liked it. I hope this helps you, as I couldn't of been happier with your staff.

« Consistently great service and quality like last time »

Can't fault the staff and the room experience The only reason for not giving a 10 was again the poor breakfast restaurant experience - one of the worst I have experienced with the food aweful (same as last time). I wouldn't have selected breakfast this time after the last visit but it was an extra $1 so I thought I'd give it another go. This won't happen again regardless of price. My wife and I were again disappointed as it wasn't just a one off. Please do something about this or you will lose customers.
