Very nice. Reception made it very easy going for us and late checkout at 12 very helpful. Valet parking good but expensive. Drawing books for kids and lollies a very nice touch.

« whatever we needed or wanted was taken care of just by asking and all the personnel were cordial and accommodating and resolved all requests »

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Pick up for room service could have been more prompt and efficient as gratuity already given at delivery. Some instruction to not wake up babies and just enter with key for room was not communicated or delivery person did not follow. Some finished meals not picked up until the next day after calling for pick up. Wiping down floors clean daily and washing bathroom basin and wiping sink countertop clean would be appreciated. TV access at Physical Room would be nice and light weights would help

Staff were helpful without being intrusive. The room have a rare quality of boasting a balcony and a spa. I appreciated the 24-hour valet service, and will come back next time. A number of things you may want to look at: the internet is not very easy to work with, and until I spoke with the concierge, it wasn't clear how the internet can be used in the room. Also, in the room I was in, some of the blinds have not been replaced yet (Room 408). Overall, except for the above fixable glitches, this room is wonderful.

Great location, great service, good sized clean room and quiet (except for my kids). 3 issues: The bathroom seemed to be missing a shower screen, as there were hinges, but nothing attached to them, The corn chips were stale and it was awkward getting to the pool area.

« A personally tumultuous weekend that was rescued by the high quality of compassion shown by your team »

We were overlooking the park at 9pm on the first night of our stay and then the phone rings, my 15 yr old son has had an accident at home and is being taken to emergency. Bones have pierced skin, it's not good. We mention it as we run out of the reception - your team show great sympathy. After surgery and a long period of bedside recovery, we return to try and salvage something out of our time at the Pullman and again your team excel. They noticed that we were returning and after explanation they generously offer to have us back for a future stay. It was not an obligation on your part, but it is offered with sincerity and it is accepted with admiration for a company that clearly holds the values of customer experience close to their heart.

« Hotel needs updating, staff were excellent, internet is dire. »

Good position. Beds uncomfortable need changing. Toilet did not work. Complained - nothing was done about it. Internet for a business man is abysmal. Internet provider has been asking hotel to upgrade for years. Having said the above we enjoyed our stay, but for the monies charged we felt we were badly shortchanged. Hotel needs a complete re - appraisal. Shangri La and Four Seasons charging the same for a much better experience.

Our stay was fabulous. The service from all staff was exceptional. Having just spent 4 weeks travelling in Canada and staying at some of the top hotels there we found the service and attention at the Pullman to be the best of everywhere we had stayed. We have stayed here two times previously over the last 19 years but this was the most notable from a service point of view. My only negative comment would be that the rooms in some aspects are beginning to show their age. We will definitely be back for a fourth visit next time we are in Sydney.

I love staying at the Pullman grand... however ..the sofa beds could do with an update, and disappointingly ..the spa was cold! I always look forward to sitting in a warm spa, but was not to be this time.
