Stayed for weekend, went to Luna park with kids, botanical gardens, walked around the Opera house and the Rocks. Accommodation was perfect, location, location, location was amazing.

Overall our stay with you was lovely. We were travelling regarding a death in the family. You Q breakfast staff were fabulous as were front desk on check in and out. Our room whilst had amazing views and was very clean it was a little tired. The en-suite bathroom missing soap dish and toilet roll holder broken (end missing) both reported to management. Dish replaced but holder not fixed. Mold on ceiling above en-suite shower. For the cost each night I expected more.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great location and views. The only issue was the sofa bed mattress which was uncomfortable and needed a quilt to thicken it.

A beautifully positioned property with the best of Sydney literally at both front and back doors. 8:30pm arrival on a Wednesday evening. I was immediately impressed from the street. Our Porter eagerly greeted us at the car making us feel both expected & welcome. Our luggage was swiftly unloaded, we were personally guided in and introduced to check-in. All Front of house staff were bright, energetic, friendly & supremely efficient in all things. Our Porter service continued after check-in, personally guiding us & introducing services along the way including a brief tour of our room. Our balcony suite overlooking Circular Quay provided postcard Sydney views. Our room was well furnished, clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed 'Welcome' drinks at the sparkling cocktail bar then seating for late dinner in the restaurant. Delicious!

We are repeat customers of the Pullman Quay Grand and I am an Accor Member. The accomodation experience was good however I feel that the rooms are now due for a makeover with fixtures and fittings now showing signs of wear and tear. The breakfast experience was poor. Whilst service was good the quality and presentation of food was extremely disappointing and not something you would expect from such an establishment.

We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our daughter’s sixth birthday with an extended weekend away in Sydney. The Rocks is the perfect location to base your adventure. We adored the beauty of the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge all at our doorstep. Circular Quay brought unrivalled convenience with access to Manly for lunch and Luna Park after dark! The nearby restaurants were savoured and breakfast onsite an absolute pleasure! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff courteous and helpful, and we look forward to coming back to the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney.

Good Location, Good Experience Service at Q Dining was extremely slow even though the restaurant was not busy. Our floor of the hotel Level 5, smelt like smoke as soon as we stepped out of the lift.

The room I stayed in was 401 and it was in original condition, very run down and poorly furnished. For the money I didn’t feel the property represented the star rating and if it wasn’t for the amazing view I don’t think people would go there.

An overnight family stay in Sydney as part of a mini-holiday away. Surprised them by not telling them where we were staying until we walked in the door. Made good use of the facilities and the swimming pool was wonderful at the end of a busy day. Wife didn’t want to leave thinking we had the room til 2pm so it was a challenge to get them back out the door for check-out.
