We were there for 8 nights and were checked into Room 915. Part of the shower screen was removed from the shower for repairs and was never repaired during the entire visit. The bathroom was slippery after shower and my mum felt to the floor on last night of our stay. The room cleaning was very brief, carpet was worn and torn in some part of the room and something bite us when we were sitting in the living room carpet /sofa area. This was not something that we would ever expect from a 5-star property.... I guess your property is located in a good location and none of the above will really hinder your sales. Good luck!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The room service menu very basic and could do with an update/expansion. Mat in lounge room needs some attention as a trip hazard. Curtains don't shut out light properly. Nothing major.

« A poor start but ok finish. »

Waited 20 minutes at the counter when checking in. I was ignored whilst other people were served immediately as they entered thru the front door. Service at the desk was crap. I mentioned to the 2 girls why was I ignored and they had no answer. You need a roped line so as people don't push in and get served straight away as per hotels in Melbourne.

The property is in the best location in Sydney with great views and therefore I return on every visit. The facilities could do with upgrading. The lift card system hasn't worked for at least two years and they keep saying they will be replacing it. The room furnishings and bathroom fittings are a bit dated and worn but generally functional.

We were given our requested room which was a great start for our two night stay and were made to feel very welcome by the receptionist. We took advantage of the included breakfast and were very satisfied with both the staff service and food quality. Even though the rooms are starting to show signs of age, we love staying at Quay Grand and will continue to do so whenever we are up in Sydney.

The position is perfect, and our one bedroom garden view apartment was spacious, bright and well appointed. The kitchen is well appointed, with washer and dryer included. The only downsides are that the bathroom could use a little sprucing up, and check in at 2 p.m was slow, with only one person at reception until eventually another apologetic staff member came to help. Staff are friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our night at the Pullman Quay Grand. The view was amazing, and room is big and specious. It is very close to the Opera House where we went for a show. Staff is very friendly.
