We checked in for our anniversary and were upgraded to a nicer room and also given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was nice. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast took far too long, took 20mins to get a coffee and nearly an hour for our eggs benedict. My coffee was only luke warm. After checkout I received an email through about extra charges which had been charged to my credit card, which were incorrect. I rang up and spoke to Pip who was incredibly rude and unhelpful and said I had used the mini bar items. I emailed through and got a refund by Vaish on my credit card. Overall nice hotel just the breakfast and follow up were very unimpressive for a high level hotel.

Pullman Quay is nice Condotel with very nice location which is right in Sydney Harbour. The room all have living room and complete with all kitchen utensil, microwave, dishwasher and even cloth washer and dryer. This is basically a Condotel (Condominium Hotel) which is very comfortable for family with kids as it has sofa bed as well. The breakfast is nice, although it is a la cart style, so, you need to order your breakfast, not buffet style breakfast. However, the negative side of it is that it does not have Executive Lounge and they will never give a room upgrade for free, so, Accor Gold and Platinum member can not expect to have room upgrade and access to Executive Lounge. Another issue I encounter during my stay was the hot water seems not stable as it can suddenly becomes very hot or cold, so, you need to keep adjusting the hot water when you take shower.

« Great location but not what we expected. »

We had issues with the shower going from extremely hot to extremely cold. Unsure if this was because of the time of day, or how far in/out the shower lever was. Hotel staff addressed our issues at the time. Extremely satisfied with the staff of the hotel. We did not change rooms as our room was as expected with a great view. We were disappointed that breakfast was al a carte, and not buffet style. We ended up at another hotel (not an Accor) and had one of the best buffet style breakfast ever! Because of your location the bar was extremely busy.

I love the Quay Grand, the staff are fantastic, enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble I feel that the rooms are looking tir3d and in need of an upgrade For example, the carpet in rm 808 is old and starting to roll, the TV in the lounge is far too small by today’s standards You have a monopoly due to the location but I feel your accomodation is showing it’s age Some minor cleaning issues with smear marks on the artwork glass that shows up in the sunlight in the afternoon The service was top class Breakfast each morning was delicious and staff were pleasant and efficient Room service was delicious, I will always return as it is my favourite place to stay

Overall, we were fairly satisfied with our stay at the Pullman Quay Grand. We had a one bedroom suite on the 10th Floor overlooking Sydney Harbour. The view was magnificent. The suite itself was adequate but was probably getting a bit tired due to its age. No real issues here. However we felt that for the price of the room, the hotel could have been a bit more generous with the bathroom amenities eg one small bottle each of shampoo, conditioner & bath/shower gel?

We loved our stay. I do have some feedback to help you improve your service. 1. We often have room service, especially the breakfasts. The breakfast menu (that you hang on the door) was available the first night but wasn't replaced for the next day. I asked the room service person who was delivering dinner and they said that I could contact reception. I couldn't be bothered in the end but it would have been nice to get a replacement. 2. The kids wanted mocktails and I wanted a cocktail but there was not a menu available. I just had to guess when ringing room service. 3. When finished with the room service, I didn't like leaving plates on the floor outside the door. It would have been nicer if the trolley was left and/or if we rang room service to collect. 4. We rang room service a number of times. Two people repeated the order back and one didn't (just needed consistency). 5. When ordering one time, I did not know that the menu was for 11am onwards, I found that on the menu after I hung up. I was told by room service that the menu wasn't available until 12.... just consistancy again. 6. The silicon molding around the spa and in the bathroom was yellowed (no big deal - just age) but that could be refreshed at some stage. 7. Unfortunately the veneer on the bathroom vanity was partially missing making it look a bit decrepit. Not much to do about that though. 8. The tiling in the bathroom was fabulous. I always try to pick mistakes when we travel but it was flawless. The only thing was a door stop had been replaced and there was a hole in the tile on the floor where the old doorstop was removed. 9. Initially when turning on the tv on in the lounge room, the bedroom tv also inadvertently turned on (it was directly behind the lounge room's tv). 10. This is very pedantic but a teabag in the caddy was facing the wrong way. We had recently stayed at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore where attention to detail was everything. I remember thinking to myself that wouldn't have happened there. I know that sounds crazy, but that is the lengths that these hotels are going to. That's all I could think of. I don't need apologies or for anyone to get defensive and argue each point. We had a brilliant stay but when asked for feedback, I feel like writing all these points is a help for you.

Beautiful Hotel. Would have loved to have had a Room with Twin Beds and a Sofa Bed. When booked on line it only asks how many Adults it does not specify male or female or bed lay out..evidently it is presumed its Mum, Dad and their Child but it was not the case for us. This night was a special treat for us and enjoyed it greatly. Only problem was there was not enough sugar but Housekeeping with in 2 minutes of us calling arrived at our door...excellent.

Loved our stay at the Pullman. Check in was good, no up grade offered, nice and friendly service. Room was very clean and very comfortable. The ambience very restful but noisy at times I.e early morning and late at night. Location was fantastic easy access to all areas of the city. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Very enjoyable. Drinks at the bar a very happy fun place to spend time. The pool was so good, spotlessly clean and very peaceful, with quite a good view. Check out easy. Had a great anniversary and enjoyed our stay.
