I have stayed in the hotel before and was disappointed with the lack of care for detail in my room. I actually felt compelled to leave a maintenance list with reception. 9 items requiring attention including mould on the bathroom ceiling, duct tape holding the batteries in the rwmote control which did not work, missing light fittings and difficult door locks.

« This visit was not as good as a visit as a previous visit »

I visited Pullman Grand Quay 10 weeks ago & wrote a glowing review. This time I felt that the front of house was let down by the service staff. Reception was really friendly, helpful and welcoming & showed us to our room. We asked in the booking for the lounge to made into bed. It was not set up when we arrived so I asked for it to be done (2pm). Had to make 2 more phone calls to house keeping, who reluctantly did it at about 7pm - male who did finally come did not seem happy to be there. Also newspaper was not delivered either day, despite it being checked on the paperwork we completed on arrival.

« Great 50th Birthday treat! »

I decided to treat myself for my 50th birthday with a stay at Pullman Circular Quay and was not disappointed. The room was larger than I expected and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic! Of course the view of Sydney Harbour was amazing as well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if my budget allowed.

Our stay was really great. Easy checking in and checking out. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite clean and roomy. Quiet and good blinds to keep the early morning sun out. The only two negatives - the bathroom had a musty smell at times - the drawers and pipes. Also there was a day where the air-conditioning in the bathroom made a terrible noise for quite a few hours.

My room and the support given to our meeting was very good. Everything went exactly as asked for. The room itself was comfortable with all the requisite amenities, including a good coffee machine. The staff on the front desk and concierge were very helpful and most pleasant. Makes such a difference. I will certainly use the Pullman for future meetings.

The stay was quite nice. My only feedback would be around the room service. The food was ok but it was not as depicted in the menu. Bacon is bacon, not sliced ham. The prices seem quite high for getting food that wasn't as advertised.

Amazing location right on Sydney Harbour ferry terminal. The room was large and very clean with a full size kitchen! Staff are very helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs was great as were the restaurants along the walk to the Opera House.

It was wonderful every staff member was so helpful the room was very large and beautifully presented. Ur was clean and tidy with a great view of the harbour. We order room service and the food was so tasty and full of flavour I had the risotto which was one of the best I have had. It was a great experience and would definitely stay again.
