From the moment we arrived the staff at the Pullman were exceptional and we felt very welcomed- no request was too much. We had a corner apartment, with the most amazing view over the Quay and the Bridge, and the accommodation itself was of a good quality. The location was perfect for easy access to the Opera House and The Rocks. Will definitely be staying again.

First of all lets start with the positive. the gentleman who greeted us at check in was a real asset to your company. He was friendly and happy to answer any questions WIFI was horrible, had so much trouble connecting and once we were it kept dropping out numerous times. Small requests like additional towels were not provided. What annoy me the most was the broken shower screen it just look cheap for a 5 star hotel. The price we paid for the room repairs should be conducted regularly.

We were leaving for a cruise, it was convenient. We requested a late check out since we couldn’t get aboard the ship until noon. The day we left the room cleaning lady kept showing up at our door, acting like we were inconveniencing her. That was our only negative experience. The room was clean, nice view and we liked the washer and dryer in room. Thank you!

All staff were friendly. Dissapointed with lack of service and how rude the staff were for breaky Sunday morning. The staff were busy chatting while we were waiting to be seated. We sat down ourselves after 10mins. When staff finally approached us they were rude with not even a good morning. However Monday morning breaky was the totally opposite, staff were extremely professional. We made a point of saying to them thank you for being attentive. Rooms need a toilet brush.

Great customer service, the room was awesome with amazing views and location. We did have trouble contacting reception, it just kept ringing until i tried the restaurant or some other number. It wasnt clear what the reception number should be. Also it would be good to have access to movies from the bedroom not just the lounge. It was lovely getting a bottle of champayne as i mentioned it was our wedding day however they assumed we were heterosexual and wrote mr and mrs. We are actually Mrs and Mrs. Just thought that should be covered as you might offend alot of gay people. Overall everything was wonderful.

The hotel stay was great, but our experience at breakfast the first morning was so disappointing.. We waited at least 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were standing at the front to be seated..then we asked 3 times before we got a glass of water... our stay included both morning breakfast, but we only did the one as the first was so disappointing.

We really love the suite we had. Spacious and comfortable. Starting to look a little tired in some spots. Position of hotel really great. We came from a cruise ship - and for some reason the directions we received (not from you) took us to the front entrance which meant we had a very steep hill to climb. When walking across the quay we did not notice the sign for the hotel entrance on the quay. It would be great if it stood out more.

Arrived very late from Melbourne and staff very accommodating with roll away bed. The next days had a wonderful time enjoying Sydney and back to wonderful suite with the best view! Wishing the Invictus Games athletes best of luck from the balcony. Total fun!

It was little things that surprised us- eg going to use body wash in bathroom and it being half used from the previous people that stayed and not replaced, or dirty towels that again we had to ask be replaced. Not what we expected at a beautiful place. We had to ask repeatedly for our bags to be brought to our room and our room was not ready on time, and again we had to follow up on when it was ready numerous times which is annoying with young children. Breakfast was extremely slow and the eggs so undercooked we couldn’t eat them, and we missed out on eating half the food as we had to go before it was even cooked.

Location was ideal. Step out the back door to the ferries and train. Step out the front door to taxis and Uber’s. Short walks to great restaurants and shopping. The room was well equipped and very comfortable.
