We arrived early and the friendly staff offered us an early check-in at no extra cost. The room was clean and well presented. The hotel is in a perfect location for coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great, the children loved the self service area. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Like most hotels, you have signs about looking after the environment, and ask customers to do their bit by using towels over a few days, rather than expect them to be washed every day. Like most hotels, your staff ignore this, and wash the towel that was left on the door hook to dry. Maybe you need to be more explicit to customers about what to do to make it clear that the towels do not need to be washed. Maybe you need to ensure that staff are trained properly, so that they know not to wash towels as a matter of course. A few hotels manage this properly; they get an extra tick from me.

The stay was great as I only needed 2 hours sleep as I had arrived from Perth on the red eye. I asked how much to stay for 2 hours due to being extremely tired and the staff said I may be able to get a short stay room at approximately $75, but they would have to discuss with reservations. This did not occur and I paid $171. I was also charge $8 for mini bar which they refunded after I complained. I asked again about the rate and nobody has followed up about the rate.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was with the restaurant, where the service was poor and we had trouble actually getting a table on more than one Occassion, at one point we werewas a seated outside in the cold. There was a shortage of staff.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful .Our apartment had everything you needed including washing machine .Nice balcony to use and watch what was happening downtown .Handy to shops ,restaurants and buses .Meals in restaurant were all good .This was our second stay here and we will be back next time we are over from New Zealand .
