« Dissatisfied with amount paid. »

The room itself was nice, however very loud and can hear all surrounding rooms. Car parking for guest should not be charged such an amount. I was also overcharged on departure, so not the best experience.

We received an upgrade to our room and loved the apartment on the 30th floor! This really made us feel that our membership was working for us, that we do get to enjoy the benefits of being an Accor member. The food was excellent! The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom a little small but functional. Front desk staff the highlight of the visit. Hotel in good location with lots of choices for food close by. Breakfast at hotel cafe very good.

Always love it here - however I do find the balcony to small and does not get any sun. Looking to stay at the quay west next time due to this - the pool was closed ( this is fine ) however this is not a very sunny or welcoming area if you are looking for an outside space that the balcony does not provide

Check in and check out easy, excellent room with plenty of space to work. Avoided the onsite restaurant because of bad experience last time. Good eating places close by.

The location was good and the rooms clean. My only pain point was that the staff did not seem to have full grasp of the reservation details. Twice I enquiried about breakfast (which I prepaid) and at both times, staff at reception wanted to charge me. Only when they stared at their screen Long enough to realise I prepaid then they said that I am entitled to breakfast.

Everything was well appointed and I enjoyed my stay. I would have liked an extra blanket in the cupboard, as I got cold and wasn't sure how to work the air-con.

The room was spacious,clean and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel is centrally located. The only downside was the restaurant as the food was average. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
