« As we are the owners of the apartment, naturally we loved our stay there! »

Staff were all friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We had a relaxing time. Because we are basically non-drinkers, and enjoy self-catering, we find it annoying to have our fridge stacked with goods we do not require. Our first step is to remove everything to make room for our own supplies. I wonder whether you have ever undertaken a survey of the supply of such goods, and whether they are actually appreciated by guests. As far as I am concerned, I believe anything supplied in the fridge or the room should be free of charge. That would make a pleasant change for guests which I am sure would make their reviews even more positive. How much does the Sebel make from the offered goods? Could you not reduce the amount and include the cost in the overall room fees?

The hotel reception is set behind a coffee shop on Hastings Street which was a little hard to locate and there was no place to park out front. After driving around the block looking for the carpark entry we realised it was on the street behind the hotel. We had a small delay at check-in when it seems the room had been booked for the wrong date (even though my paperwork was correct.) Our 2 bedroom apartment was roomy and clean with everything we needed. All of Hasting Street shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk from the front entrance. The pool area was only adequate and there were a lot of kids. I was a little disappointed as I expected a bigger "resort" style pool area and it felt small and confined amongst the buildings. Overall we had a lovely short stay.

We have stayed at Sebel Noosa for several years now, so we knew what to expect. This year however, there were some personal notes etc from Management which was a nice surprise. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

We enjoyed the Sebel, the apartment was well equipped and had nice views to the hinterland, but the garbage trucks at 6.00am were unwelcome. The security gates were a great except they were quite difficult to open. Your cleaning staff were amazing, extremely efficient and pleasant.

We loved staying at the Sebel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only thing that could be improved was the quality of kids bed. They both had sore backs the next morning.

Hotel is conveniently located for the main beach and shopping strip/cafes, restaurants. Separate washer/dryer was a great advantage. Clothes airer needed an update, as it was rusted and so ruined some clothes. Layout could have been better - whereas the master bedroom was huge, the second bedroom was super cramped. The biggest problem we had was lack of blackout curtains in bedrooms, which didn’t help our jet lag. It gets quite noisy from very early morning as well with nearby restaurants rubbish and bottles being dumped. We were forced to wake up very early every morning unfortunately. Not ideal when you travel with a 3 year old.

ThisResort is a wonderful facility for a long term stay. We have been coming here forabout 15years....we love it and Noosa. However, I feel that the rooms are looking a little tired...broken blind, loose power switch, rocking toilet seat...maintenance issues.
