A perfect location close to the city if you want to venture out but everything is available at Q station. The staff were guenuinely helpful, friendly & always courteous. Nothing was an effort. We would highly recommend Q station to anyone wanting beautiful peaceful surroundings.

Something different to the usual hotel stay. Restful and relaxing in a unique setting. Probably wouldn’t like to stay in middle of summer without aircon but any other time great

Excellent customer service and facilities. The accommodation was top shelf with fantastic views over the harbour and Sydney itself. They were modern, clean and had all the modern amenities. The staff were friendly and went out if their way to facilitate any requests. This is a unique location that is a 'must' to do and experience with glimpses of Sydney's history. There were plenty of activities as well to include bush walks, ferry rides, ghost tours, a museum, cafes, bike rides and swimming.

Lovely surroundings but extremely impractical with my mother not able to easily walk around or get in and out of the minibuses. Uneven ground, steps etc also hindered her. Our room was ok, we stayed in the isolation section, room 75, but for the premium price we expected a little better and it was unusual to have the TV in the lounge room. One staff member was incredibly helpful (sorry unsure of her name but she had curly, brown hair) and arranged for us to be able to drive our vehicle with an escort around the property by calling reception. We appreciated this greatly but there needs to be better communication and understanding between all of your staff members and maybe a board etc with guests who have been granted this privilege as we were initially refused assistance and even accused of driving around the property of our own accord which was totally untrue. Also, on one instance we were waiting for an escort for over 40 minutes! Breakfast was really the highlight of our visit and was delicious every day though a variety in the hot food would have been nice. We did manage to go to the cafe/visitor centre and boiler house restaurant areas but there was an issue with the escort again and we were told that we couldn't drive there. This was resolved but then the service and miscommunication left us extremely disappointed and we were also refused seating in the boiler house for some unknown reason. I am an Accor Plus member and had a drinks voucher but couldn't use it so this was a waste. The experience at Q Station was one to remember but due to accessibility concerns, we will not return.

Very relaxing and peaceful had no idea before our stay about the area. Part of Australian history that everybody should know about. The history tour and ghost tour are something that everyone should experience and learn so much about the history of the area. Breakfast was lovely even though I had a Kookaburra take a croissant from my mouth and cut my lip as it fled away. This is something to talk about for some time.

The experience was quite unexpectedly interesting. The history of the Q Station is fascinating and you can spend a whole day wandering around reading about this - so it is an experience without leaving the hotel. The rooms are small (though this is understandable given the history) but very comfortable and the food available at the restaurants was very good.

We had a great time, the accommodation was good though the bedside lights were very dim which meant it was difficult to read. The fact that we weren’t told we needed a cable for the internet was annoying. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a most enjoyable weekend, dinner at Boiler Restaurant was extremely nice, however maybe a fraction pricey for the food we had. Ghost tour was good and history tour very informative. Buffet breakfast was in a great location and overall very nice food.

We enjoyed the whole experience. The fantastic location, the history, the informative guided tour led by "Snowy" and the excellent Boiler House restaurant. The on call bus was much appreciated. Just two very small complaints - matching wine glasses in our room would have been nice, and the "Out of Order" coffee machine? We were told it has not been working for some time and tea and coffee was supposed to be available at all times. Going down to the Café for a coffee was inconvenient.

While room 102 was new and lovely and a distant water view, we were the only ones in that area We would have liked a better, closer water view All the staff were wonderful, however Jonathan at Boilerhouse Restaurant , needs customer service training Deb gave us a wonderful tour, very enjoyable and a credit to your team team
