Great stay. Lovely breakfast and I enjoyed the afternoon drinks with friendly staff. one lift wasn't working but staff moved it along by taking some in the queue up the staff access.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The international breakfast offering and fresh juices were really appreciated! I don’t usually eat breakfast, but I indulged each morning! The hotel is walking distance to so many restaurants and local shopping. The hotel also had “guest appreciation” happy hours during the week, which were a nice treat upon returning each day from daily excursions!

« Love this hotel »

Always return, my favourite place in Cairns. Location is perfect and in walking distance to everything. This visit i found my Room was very tired! Desperately Needs a reburb in this room. Staff are very helpful and happy. Will return again.

« Power outage put a dampener on the experince as i had an injured foot and could not come down the stairs. »

The hotel is absolutley beautiful and very comfortable. Whislt the power outage cause me a minor issue as stated because of my foot injury the fact that the generator restorded power to the lights and Air Con was a stroke of Genius. I would happily stay there again. I would just ensure I bring everything I need with me so I did not have to go out unexpectedly. The staff were amazing!

« Your hotel is very tired, timber in the room is peeling off, rusty metal and old. Reception staff rude, security key to room stopped working three times »

Average. I felt that none of the staff really could be bothered, there was a general lack of attention or happiness - everyone seemed that they would rather be somewhere else to me. Reception staff were rude, i think "TELLING" people that the water out of the tap is free when asked for a bottle of water is completely out of line in a Pullman hotel. It was all very procedural.

The lobby was beautiful and I had high hopes . The remainder of the hotel is quite frankly, decrepit. The breakfast was absolutely vile. Seriously, my dogs could prepare a more tasteful meal. The doors to all the bedrooms look like crime scenes. Everything is filthy. The bedrooms are a drab 80’s time warp and don’t get be started on the bathrooms. I literally am gobsmacked that Pullman are prepared to lend their name to such a dump. We got stuck in the lift, and I am claustrophobic. I was terrified. Your staff couldn’t have cared less and we got no apology. The pool area is left unattended and I noted that you didn’t bother to clear away the finished plates and empty glasses. Up your game, Pullman. I’m about to leave a more detailed review on trip advisor.

Check in was a breeze, friendly and efficient service. Rooms where clean and comfortable, we had really good sleeps, good shower with great water pressure. Breakfast had plenty to choose from at the buffet. The pool area is lovely, but you can see that it needs some upgrading as a few things are falling apart from wear and tear. We used the express check out which was very handy, though I still haven't had the money released on my credit card as yet. Over all would recommend people to stay, thanks
