« Great Hotel & Friendly Staff »

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The international breakfast offering and fresh juices were really appreciated! I don’t usually eat breakfast, but I indulged each morning! The hotel is walking distance to so many restaurants and local shopping. The hotel also had “guest appreciation” happy hours during the week, which were a nice treat upon returning each day from daily excursions!

Always return, my favourite place in Cairns. Location is perfect and in walking distance to everything. This visit i found my Room was very tired! Desperately Needs a reburb in this room. Staff are very helpful and happy. Will return again.

« Pleasant stay »

Check in was a breeze, friendly and efficient service. Rooms where clean and comfortable, we had really good sleeps, good shower with great water pressure. Breakfast had plenty to choose from at the buffet. The pool area is lovely, but you can see that it needs some upgrading as a few things are falling apart from wear and tear. We used the express check out which was very handy, though I still haven't had the money released on my credit card as yet. Over all would recommend people to stay, thanks

the lobby and common areas are appropriate. the bar and breakfast area looks tired, the rooms are very tired, lots of marks on walls throughout rooms, hallways. my room, 1222 had considerable water damage on the table top of the tv cabinet which wasnt nice.

I attended a conference at the Pullman with 3 nights accomodation. The staff were efficient and polite. Great location and I liked the lobbs high ceilings and general mood.

« A very pleasant hotel to stay in. »

Comfortable , felt at home and welcome. Great facilities. One suggestion is that the lobby bar stays open for longer at times when the Hotel is hosting a Conference or peak times of the year. The 10pm closure meant that guests who wished to stay in the lobby and relax with a few bevvys after returning from dinner would have to leave to find another venue. Suggest 10pm closure Sun, Mon, 11pm closure Tues - Thurs and 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings

A good experience, though a few areas to improve. There weren't enough staff at the breakfast buffet so certain stations were not replenished in a timely manner. My key card didn't work to get me into the gym. I called reception/house keeping on a couple of occasions and there was no answer.

Property great location, staff friendly and attentive, however for rates that were charged, it is not good value. Overall the hotel did not offer anything special. The breakfast buffet was just ok and lacked the creative effort that should be a given in 2018, to satisfy the eye and the palate.
