Staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable. A very good choice breakfast choice. My husband would have liked a toaster. There could have been a much easier process for making a hot drink in the evening. In the bathroom we had the opportunity to keep our towels for more than one day by hanging them on the rail. However they were still changed each day. We would have happily have kept the same towels for our three night stay. They is no point advertising a policy and then ignoring it.

Nice hotel reception, supportive staff, good breakfast buffet, downtown location facing railway station, parking (charged) at location, bedroom nice decoration. View not nice from room window, bathroom renovation cheap and not nice, very small window in room, bringing almost no day light. No upgrade proposed.

Arrived at 7am having driven through the night. We were pleasantly received by the receptionist who prepared us a room straight away. The hotel is nice and airy, good breakfast, has a garden, terrace and parking. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The price seemed very reasonable.

We were two professionals travelling, each one having his separate room. My colleague left the hotel and went to the hotel next door because his room was smelling humidity. My room was big and okay apart from being clean. Bed sheets were clean but under mattress was dirty and stained. Bathroom was not spotless either.

The young lady at the front desk was excellent, very professional and pleasant. The hotel was nicely situated for us, handy parking too. We found the room a bit small, but okay for just one night. The only downside was the dust ! Been there for a while ! It’s a pity because otherwise it would rate a 9/10 for value for money. The excellent staff made it a 7/10, rather than a 5/10.

Standard room was to small. It smelled like in hospital. Table was like in hospital too. No space. I even hit the table when waking up. Shower too small as well. Breakfast nice. Staff very nice.
