Checking in late was not an issue as the reception is 24hr, having an extra person from original booking was no problem, the staff sorted out an extra bed for the room and we had an amazing stay. I am a repeat visitor and will definitely return to the hotel again soon.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. Had difficulty setting correct time on side table clock. You need a screw driver to set time. Enjoyed using the pool to relax.

My husband and I booked a bay view room for a two night stay. The package included a bottle of wine and full breakfasts each day. Everything was in walking distance and so many different places to eat. The staff were great - reception, at breakfast and the cleaning team. All very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for another stay.

The location, the room, the pool were exactly what we hoped. Who wouldn’t want to watch dolphins from their balcony! The only slight downside was breakfast, which was disappointing. One hard-pressed member of staff struggling to juggle orders, delivery & clearing of tables

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Sebel Mandurah. Our room overlooked the water and we were able to sit on our balcony and watch the world go by in the evening. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again in future.

NO. 1. I believed the price included breakfast. my mistake. NO. 2. The pool area is the worst we have ever experienced any were. NO. 3. The aircon. was regulated not to go low enough. NO. 4. Outrages charge to use a credit card. The Staff were great. The room was clean & good although noisy with the pub directly below. We believe you are rated at least 1 star to high & will never return as you are over priced for what you are.

I enjoyed staying at the Sebel everything we needed was close at hand. The room although clean needs refurbishment. The lamps next to the bed are stained, both couches have bad stains as does the pillow on them. The towel hooks in the bathroom span on the wall and there was a hole in the roof. The movie channel did not work which is a shame as my wife and I tried to watch two movies. It sounds bad however overall we enjoyed our stay.

Had a pleasant surprise when booking in that we had been chosen as guests for the day and received an upgrade in our room with wine and chocolate and breakfast the following morning. The lady at reception was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable with a beautiful view of the Mandurah inlet and town centre.

« As I was alone, it was just fine and relaxing for me after busy days each day with a "Summer School" at MPAC »

Adding to the above, I would just add that it would be helpful if a rail could be added in the shower for people like me in their advanced years. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Hotel as a nice "refuge" after my busy days. The Staff on duty in Reception were all helpful and polite throughout my stay. I did not indulge myself with Breakfast at the Hotel because I did not need a full Breakfast and could only make a suggestion that perhaps tea/coffee and toast at a lesser charge would be in order.
