My stay was for a cemetery conference. Although it was work there was also a little time to relax. The venue was well suited to the conference.

our stay at Sebel was excellent. We had a relaxing 2 day stay and the thing that keeps us coming back is the staff friendliness and the property itself is always so nice . Best position with water views almost the whole way around. We love coming.

We had travelled to Perth for a funeral and were too tired to travel the 3.5hrs home. It was late, we had no reservation and we were made to feel welcomed and the Night Manager on duty was friendly and supportive.

Kristy is a gem. We checked out of room 312 on 17 Apr. When we arrived the night before, she was so welcoming and made us felt like Home. We should haven chosen to stay in The Sebel the first place! Thank you Kristy for the kids stuffs for my little boy too!

The room and facilities were very good, food excellent, staff friendly and helpful. I did need to wait a long time at reception to be served (over 10 minutes). I thought the conference room was too small for the number of people as it was over crowded and a bit dangerous around the coffee machine with everyone gathering at morning tea/lunch.

room was a bit old and tired and not very nice view ... staff nice and friendly ... small things make a big difference like complementary water and unlimited wifi (most places I visit do this) ... overall it was just ok

The breakfast was somewhat dissatisfying as the fruits offered was not the top quality one would expect from such a hotel. Also, there was not enough seating at times to accommodate the people. I was hoping to room would have a balcony but it did not. However, the room itself was very nice, spacious and clean. Good service as well.

Delightful. We always find the staff can't do enough for us and help us enjoy the Mandurah experience. We have been bringing golfing groups to the Sebel Mandurah for many years now and Dougal welcomes us with open arms and goes out of his way to make sure our groups is well looked after.

« Lovely staff and room was amazing to »

Staff was lovely happy cheerful.. room was amazing.. the first thing I noticed when i walked in was how clean it smelt. The view of the water was amazingg. The bed was so comfy the pillows where the best.. I bought my pillow from home and didn't even want to use it I loved the hotels way better then my own. Will be back hopefully one day

Stay was very good indeed. But spoilt after departure. I received on the morning of departure my Ac as booked showing the booking total due ( No CC fee ) We decided to have breakfast and reported some water taken from the Mini bar. Reception was bussie and said revised ac would be spent having confirmed the cost with us. The revised Ac received the next day included a CC Fee on the entire Ac. This sort of practice is not acceptable...........!!

Everything was well handled from check-in to check. The $1 breakfast is amazing - where do you get breakfast for only $1 these days!! The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent value for money.
