« Very well located, staff were wonderful and our water view room was fantastic! »

We felt very welcome and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our water view room was very clean and comfortable and watching the dolphins come in the morning was wonderful. For our next stay however we will avoid Friday and Saturday as the music from the Peninsula Bar and Restaurant was very loud and went on until midnight. It's a pity that the Sebel Mandurah does not have a restaurant other than for breakfast. But we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

« Loved the location and adored our spa suite »

Our stay was generally very good, and the spa suite is amazing, loved it. Our only negative comments are: 1. there were no directions for operating the spa, can we suggest that some be supplied in the suite 2. the number of times we needed to re-calibrate our door "key" was ridiculous, I think the system needs to be looked at, or find a company which can give you "stronger, more resilient" keys.

I booked the night away as a Birthday surprise for my partner who was turning 40 on that day - Friday 6th July. It turned into a disaster! When we arrived into out room there was a handwritten card and an ice bucket with 3 beers in - complimentary.. this was a lovely token however it sent our birthday celebrations into a downward spiral twist. I had called earlier and requested a surprise for my partners birthday celebrations. The problem was the card was addressed to MR J. - who is in fact my ex husband. Whomever had addressed the card had assumed I was married even though I stressed it was my partners 40th Birthday celebration. It set a horrible mood for our stay, I was guttered and very disappointed all round. You have a lovely hotel in a gorgeous part of the world, your staff are lovely although the lady didn't explain to us where our room was on checkin which was a little unusual. The breakfast staff are also very good at their job - my cooked breakfast was amazing - compliments to the chef. Please explain to the staff if in doubt don't put a name - just the greeting. Such a lovely gesture which went horribly wrong. Totally spoilt my partners birthday surprise/celebrations, I would hate this to happen to another couple. Angela J.

A short stay to relax ' Quiet room. some pub noise, but not annoying. Lovely outlook. The bed was a bit of o leap to get into, but comfortable when I did. An extractor fan in the on suitewould be an advantage.

It was a beautiful room with a giant, clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was neatly presented. Unfortunately the balcony door became stuck and we couldn't go out there. The curtains were too narrow for the window and a lot of light could come through. The aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off to sleep. It was also disappointing to discover that breakfast was not included.
