We have stayed here before and always find the staff friendly and efficient. Arriving at 8pm we were greeted with a smile and given details of our room and directions to the bar for our complimentary drinks. The room was spotless and well laid out, congrats to the housekeeping staff; no cut corners here, everything was very clean and were it should be. Great to wake up to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise a good start to a busy day. Breakfast - what a pleasant place to start the day; again very friendly staff and cheerful smiles. Breakfast itself was served quickly and was both well presented and hot. Checkout was quick and efficient as always. Well done to all staff who work well to maintain the high standard and best of all do so with a smile.

I was greeted with a smile upon check in and was well looked after through out my stay. We were attending a conference just across the road so the location was really convenient and provided wonderful access to the harbour and restaurants. The service at breakfast each morning was wonderful and the food delicious.

From the first time I called to make the reservation till today, I have had the most amazing service from every staff member that I have dealt with. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them all, without feeling uncomfortable with any of our requests. We have had a room with a view of Mandjar Bay which is very comfortable and I would certainly be recommending the staff, as well as the hotel to any person that is looking for accommodation in Mandurah.

Really did not feel like a hotel,no bar , no community lounge.We all went to the so called heated swimming pool when it was 26 degrees, the pool was so cold, but heating could not be turned up as reception stated it was 26 degrees. We all knew there was no heating. me and the other 3 couples stated we would not come back again.Word of mouth is a powerful tool which i think hotels forget.

I have reported it to our Maintenance Manager, Andrew, who will check the pool temperature and heaters today to ensure they are working as we've recently had a brand new heater installed. I am truly sorry that the pool temperature has had such a detrimental effect on your stay. « Beautiful location. Cleanliness very below average. Needs attention to cleanliness. Sofa very tired needs replacing. »

Customer service was ten out of ten. The accommodation was disgusting. The bathroom basins do not drain unless you hold the stopper up continually. Drapes for filthy, carpets needed vacuuming and shampooing, linen was filthy.

« Great to walk in and made feel welcome starting from the reception to the dining area and onto the room. »

The hotel was extremely busy when I arrived which was great to see. The staff at the reception were marvelous and very obliging. The two days and nights meant that I used a cross section of the facilities within the hotel and came in contact with many of the staff. The effort made by staff to acknowledge that I was an Accorplus Le Club Platinum member was something that have rarely experienced within other Accor hotels.

« Relaxing environment for a work related course »

The hotel is lovely, food was great and loved being on the water, dolphin and pelican watching all whilst being there for work. My only feedback was hot my room was and the aircon not being able to be lowered past 20 degrees and the fan was extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep.
