This was a 2-night stopover on our way back to Perth before flying back to the UK. The room was a good size and comfortable, with large balcony. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good with easy access to restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at The Sebel. The only negative criticism would be the noise that travels up to the rooms from the beer garden, which I know you can't do anything about. Apart from that it was a perfect place to stay.

Had a lovely stay- everything clean and nice, staff very friendly. Room large and only comment would be it was very empty- sparsely furnished- room 207. But quiet and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also great.

Overall another good experience. A couple of issues to note. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival (2pm check in) . Had to wait 20 mins before we could enter our room. The apartment, while large and comfortable wasn't cleaned to the usual standard. Nothing significant, but crumbs still on coffee table for example. I assume cleaners were in a hurry. General state of the apartment is starting to show age. Some significant marks on carpet and couches not particularly "fresh". All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Was a bit of with the breakfast. I ordered the Big Breakfast but instead I got 2 poached eggs on toast. By the time I got my breakfast the staff were very busy and I had a appointment so I couldn’t afford to wait any longer.

The rooms and the service at The Sebel are great and they have the best breakfast EVER! I'd highly recommend The Sebel Breakfast Sandwich or The Mandjar Big Breakfast. It's a pity I was at The Sebel on business trip. I would have loved to experience this hotel with my parter.
