Nice and quiet. View was nice once we could get the sliding door open. Suggest you get some WD 40 on the sliders and perhaps you could let people know about this at check in as good customer service. The décor is a bit tired. Bedding was old and uncomfortable, as were the towels. I have stayed in hotels at the same and less price in Perth that offer a lot more comfort and quality. i.e. $4 for drinking water in the room was excessive, usually free in most hotels.

first night good second night not so good the people next door kept us up till 4am we called reception at midnight to turn down the music which they did but they kept on giggling and talking loudly we told reception on our checkout all we got was a sorry probably wouldnt come back it was our 25th wedding anniversary so that spoilt it

Dear Ms. Rebecca Davis It's been about a year since I have stayed with your hotel and I must say that my wife and I enjoyed our time there on this occasion too. Thank you for the upgrade of my room with the lovely water view, which we enjoyed and appreciated very much. Apart from one cracked floor tile ( it was not a problem for us ) in the bathroom the room was nice and clean - credit goes to the house-keeping. I like the telephone call from your hotel on the day of arrival to inform me that my room is ready ( not many other hotels in Australia do this service ) - keep it up reception. Jessica did a great job of taking care of us at breakfast on both mornings and we would like to once again thank her for superb services. We enjoyed the big breakfast on the 4th September and had egg Benedict with Salmon the next morning. My wife likes hers with avocado & mushrooms and I like mine with bacon, baked beans and fresh garden veggies. The eggs were beautifully cooked with the yoke oozing out as I sliced into it, just the way I like it. The highlight were the fresh pancakes ( no dusting of sugar or maple syrup ) that were just perfect with the fresh strawberries - light and fluffy, served warm with a bit of crunch! I haven't had such delicious pancakes for many years. Our compliments to the Chef! Over the years when we stay at other Accor hotels in Australia and if their restaurant is open for dinner we would normally order a three course meal as part of our stay. But your hotel's restaurant does not operate at dinner, no matter with such delicious breakfast and pancakes we will definitely return for another great time. Your staff didn't seem to know what was going on even though my daughter had it all printed out which she had with her when we arrived. She is also a PA and very good at what she does. Also the rooms were not ready at 2 o'clock, said they had sent me a message which I received at 3.28. I still have the message. They wanted to know what the configuration was, 6 people in each 6 bed. What was so difficult. It was my daughters wedding day and your staff caused us all so much stress. We got to our room at 3 o'clock. Some of our guests had to pay in advance plus a bond which we were not told about. I've have never paid a bond anywhere. And to top it all off my daughter who was the one getting married had a disabled room which was the first room booked a few months ago after I had mentioned it was for a couple getting married. My family and I will never stay at your hotel again. Eileen M.

The lovely young lady at reception gave us an upgrade to a river view room which we had never had previously. It was really lovely and made such a difference, especially as on the Thursday it was raining so we sat on the balcony and watched the rain.

We have stayed at the Sebel Mandurah a number of times and we have found the staff are always welcoming and nothing is to much trouble, this stay was our wedding anniversary and the room suited the occasion and as always beautifully presented, and with plenty of car parking. The hotel is very well located near and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Another wonderful stay, thanks again Sebel Mandurah.

The room was nice and big. Everything was clean, bathroom was a great size! The room was quiet and didn't hear much noise from outside. The bar/restaurant under the Sebel had great food at good prices and is conveniently located next to the hotel. Overall it was fantastic and I would most definitely stay here again!!

We only stayed 1 night and left at noon the next day however we would like to thank Di for the upgrade, not because we were platinum members but because I explained my need to sleep peacefully and we received a 2 brm apartment. AHHH that alone is worth more to me than a good rate! luckily we got both on this occasion. Yes we felt welcome.

I stay here almost every month when I come up from Margaret River for a Flight Centre team leader meeting. The past service has been great by reservation staff Gardenia, Kristy and Dianne, and they have added in a sofa bed for my daughter without any issue. This time I called on Sunday September 1, 2019 and said to Gardenia I have both my daughters coming with me would it be possible to have the king bed, a sofa bed and a rollaway or 2 twin beds. She said absolutely no problem and was lovely, I advised the booking hadn't been made yet however I'd do at work on Monday. Corporate Traveller booked my accommodation and sent me the confirmation email. I sent an email to The Sebel res and asked for the request I had spoken to Gardenia about please be actioned. I then received a phone call from Alicia, who was incredibly rude and abrupt and said that she could only split the king bed into two singles, and how many beds did I actually need. I told her that my husband and 2 daughter's were travelling with me and explained how Gardenia had said it was no problem. She said well we can't do that, so I said to her my youngest is 11, surely we can make up the sofabed and add a rollaway and leave the existing king; to which she said well it will be very cramped. I explained to her that I was coming up for work (again) and that it was just for the one night. She said fine but it will cost me $50, which I agreed to. When I checked out Alicia was on reservations, she said the Corporate mastercard had declined and that I would have to pay the accommodation. I said to her it's a corporate charge back so the account shouldn't have declined and she said well it had and that I have to pay as she had waited until 2pm for the charge back and nothing had come through. I paid the fee and contacted Corporate Traveller who said they had processed the charge back at 1.30pm and they don't use a mastercard, the pay an invoice so I shouldn't have been charged. They said this is not the first time they've heard this happening at this hotel and were going to speak to head office.

The sebel is our first choice went traveling to mandurah we enjoy the room size and the location. The prices are quite good and staff are always helpful. In hotel deals and specials would encourage extra spending, or discounted activities with businesses in location would help with direction and choice.
