My wife and i absolutely love the sebel ..we have had an excellent relaxing time . Every time we stay . From the extremely helpfull smiling friendly staff . The clean luxurious accommodation. And the new breakfast chef cooks the tastiest delicious brekfast we have ever had there . The sebel mandurah is a must stay for us when visiting mandurah . No other hotel comes close to making our stay mth the most relaxing enjoyable stress free break . Highly recommended by my wife and I. .

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sebel Mandurah. It suited our purpose as we were attending an event at The Performing Arts Centre just metres away. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable including the beds. We did however think that perhaps within the price we paid, at least a continental breakfast may have been included. We braved the elements and enjoyed a yummy breakfast at DOME nearby instead. Thank you.

My stay was very comfortable, the bath and balcony room was extremely nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bath was extremely indulgent and the balcony just topped off the accommodation giving that feeling of space. The reception staff and the staff at breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The fact that there is no restaurant at the hotel is a little inconvenient for guests. I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness as my room was cleaned daily, I had to wash the bath out each evening upon my late return before I could bathe.

We had a very pleasant stay. the room was very clean , the bed very comfortable, ( I appreciated the choice of a different pillow but would also have appreciated a top sheet) The bathroom was clean with a good HWS. THE AIR-CONDITIONING system very accurate and very quiet. I would have enjoyed a few free nibbles or biscuits to go with the tea/coffee. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Undercover parking would have been good, but I can see that is probably not a possibility.

The weather was against us but the balcony was protected from most of the elements so we could still enjoy the view. Even with the weather the Dolphins still made an appearance though not as good as when the weather is fine, The room was a good size with a two and half seater lounge, Most comfortable bed and pillows I have come across in a hotel. I must mention the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Ideally situated to walk along the boardwalk for pleasure or in search os sustenance.

Check in was quick and easy, staff very helpful, good selection at breakfast and very nice waiting staff. A bit noisy at night because of nearby The Pen Hotel especially on Friday night.

The Sebel is a modern, clean, comfortable Hotel situated in the heart of Mandurah. The location is perfect & the views are stunning. Good experience overall, but highly disappointed that our early check in was not available when we arrived. Despite being refunded the early check in price, this did not overlook the fact that the room wasn't prepped on arrival and disrupted our plans.

We were able to get an early check in and a late checkout so really got to enjoy our lovely room and the surrounds. Only flaw is how long it takes to get our $50 deposit back (too long).
