We have stayed here many times and find the location fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms clean, comfortable and with a view either side.You don't have to walk very far from here to enjoy a drink or a meal. We will be back soon.

Could have done with a kitchen sink in our "Superior Room" No extractor fan in the bathroom also meant the room/mirror steamed up when taking a shower. As a smoker, an ashtray on the balcony table would be advisable. (I know The Sebel prides itself on being a smoke-free venue, however the amount of cigarette butts I could see thrown over onto the gravel on the other side suggests that's not practical!)

The room was not what we expected. It was at the side of the hotel overlooking the roundabout. The balcony was tiny. No table, just 2 chairs at each end of a skinny balcony.

Please accept my apologies for the issues during your stay. In particular, our breakfast service on the Saturday morning turned out to be a disaster. While we offer no excuses, the team was faced with around double the expected breakfast guests, and with such a small area for breakfast, we were overwhelmed. We do have an adjacent waterfront function room that we also use breakfast, although this was in use by a conference on Saturday. I am very conscious of the impact that this had on both our guests and team, and we are able to change our arrangements for the following day to ensure a much more pleasant breakfast service. Extremely upset to how long had to wait to be seated for breakfast. My family and myself came down to eat breakfast at 8am when we got told there was no seating and had to wait until seats become available. We waited for over 30 minutes and when I saw 2 other couples go in to be seated I went over and expressed my concerns as to what was happening. I think the sebel in Mandurah really needs to look into upgrading the facilities for breakfast as there has been other occasions that I have stayed there and had to wait for seating for breakfast. for the quality of everything else in the hotel the breakfast arrangements really lets the hotel down

It was a pleasant experience though the furniture was dated. This did not match the picture in your website, which led to an immediate let down as soon as we walked into the room. The perception did not meet reality though I understood after speaking to your manager that the nicer rooms were priced higher. This was not made clear at time of booking. You may be setting yourself up to fail before you've done anything else to deserve it.

Surprised/disappointed when we returned to our room late Thursday afternoon to find it had not been serviced. Subsequently told rooms only serviced every second day. We were not told of this beforehand, and anyway I am very surprised that this is the practice in a hotel of this standard.
