We usually stay at the Sebel and it is a great experience. The only downside this time was that we had a room where we heard the church bells all night and it drove us crazy.

We were welcomed with a happy smiling face @ check-in. It only got better from there to a sparkling room with all amenities. A lovely bottle of bubbly & a choc treat thrown in. Dinner was one of the most mouthwatering meals we have enjoyed in a restaurant in a long time, culminating in an Eton Mess to die for. That designer showed genius. Our servers were all very attentive and prompt, even to the extent of asking how we preferred our courses to be served. We mention only Ryan, very wacky, fun server, as we couldn't readd any of the Ladies names.
