Was very pleased with the check in staff. The breakfast was als good. I travel regularly and the only negative I can offer is that is was unprofessional to have the staff using the elevator with trolleys whilst guest were in them. I understand that there may not be a dedicated one for them however we had to squeeze to the back of the list whenever this happened. Apart from that we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely book again

« Very nice short stay »

I came for my birthday and was greeted with friendly staff. In the room there was a cake and a bottle of wine which was very nice. However, the pool was out of order for some of the afternoon, and we had to wait to use the other pool, spa and sauna.

We have been staying at Quay West since 1992 and it is always especially especially the view. This time the view was still wonderful but the apartment (1204) was a little shabby and needing some improvements. The carpet was worn and buckled and the cupboards were chipped. the rest was lovely. Breakfast was very good but on arrival at 8.45 there was limited fruit and no orange juice. The rest of the breakfast was very good.

« What a view! »

The view is fantastic you really don’t want to leave the room, and if you take your supplies you don’t have too! All the amenities were great (kitchen could have had a saucepan, it was the only downside) the Beds were comfortable. The water pressure great! Plus there was heaps of space to just sit around hanging out and watching the world go by on Sydney Harbour!

I have been there before and requested it for this week's work visit. location is great for Bangaroo. apartment is room, quiet and has all mod cons. well serviced daily. observation deck and spa/pool area is also a feature. the only negative comment is the fact that internet is subject to a daily charge, that is becoming a necessity like power & water and should have already been factored into the room rate

When we arrived we were upgraded to a penthouse so this made the kids so excited and happy! The staff we met were without exception so helpful and lovely, it really makes a difference to a hotel when the staff are great. The room was huge and the views amazing. Obviously not the newest or the most recently upgraded accommodation but still very clean and well laid out. We had everything we needed for 3 adults and 3 kids and the kids didn't want to leave after discovering the pool which we had to ourselves both times we went.

« fantastic views. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to circular quay. »

When we walked into our 2 br apartment with harbour views we were so amazed. View to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Night time was stunning with the lights especially of Luna Park on Friday night. Our room was spacious and clean. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly. Bar and Restaurant within these premises was a bonus. Being so close to circular quay was an advantage to getting around by ferry for sightseeing.

« We were disapointed with the quality and upkeep of the room. The staff were wonderful. The room let us down. »

The staff were perfect. Warm and accommodating. We were provided early access to the room which was gratefully appreciated as we had just arrived from an overnight flight and were very tired and traveling with children. We had stayed here in an apartment in the past and our experience was faultless. However this trip we were sadly disappointed with the state of the room for several reasons, including overall cleanliness and upkeep / maintenance..... During our entire stay in Sydney we stayed in several 5 star chains and could not recommend our apartment as up to standard....
