« Views from the room were amazing. »

We loved staying there, the location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We were a bit disappointed with the furnishings in the room. The carpet needed replacing, we could easily have tripped on the torn carpet. The wash hand basins had cracks in them and the balcony pavers were a bit unsteady. Had we been paying for the room only we would have been very disappointed, however the amazing views kept our mind off the room itself. We had room service for dinner and the food was fantastic. Overall we had a lovely time.

We enjoy staying at your Quay West Apartments. The front desk service is always impeccable as is the housekeeping staff. The rooms are well appointed, clean with a fantastic view. We did experience very hot bedrooms so sleeping was disturbed but we noticed you are getting the air-conditioning upgraded so that should elimate this concern.

« Wow factor views »

A great apartment (booked the harbour view) that provided an excellent base for a 4 night family leisure trip to see Sydney. Great location, a short walk to circular quay for all transport (no need for a car), seeing the sites and getting to and from airport. The views were amazing and made the trip a really special one. We had a great time. Minor issues but improvements could be made to kitchen areas, bins that have proper fitting bin liners would help and I noted that the tumble dryer filter had not been cleaned for a long time - noting the fire risk I am suprised this is not a daily housekeeping check. Wi fi - for the overall price paid i would expect free wi fi.

« stay was OK - room size is good. »

Room was good! Normally stay in a 08 apartment so good to see layout in in 07 (I think I like it better) Keen to know what the 06 and 05's are like for next time to get Harbour views. Apartment was a little untidy and didn't feel as clean as I would like. Bathroom door didn't lock and couldn't for the life of me work out the dishwasher. sadly - the roadworks leading onto the bridge made sleeping really tough on level 9 (could I get a better room higher up on Thursday night :P)

My family and I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite (2106 I think) with the Sydney harbor view. The good stuff: great view of the harbor and clean windows to enjoy it! The not so good stuff: bathroom glass door doesn't close properly, bathroom faucet is weird; turning one direction doesn't completely turn off the water, it has to be in the "middle" to actually turn it off...also inconsistent between room to room. General amenities in the room seem aged and in need of refurb/repair. No complimentary water in the room?

We value customer service above all else and that is exactly what we received from the time we booked until the time we left. All staff went our of their way to assist in any possible way being very kind and courteous. The room was clean and had all facilities and the view was absolutely magnificent.

In town for 5 days. Found the staff and overall settings to be friendly. Location is good for those wanting a bit more privacy and quiet, but still within a 5min walk to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Rooms were nice and well kept with all your needs.

Rooms are spacious with all the facilities needed but they are tired and in need of refreshment. The single glazed windows and doors make it very noisy from traffic.

« Exceptional stay, excellent service and a great place »

Our stay was excellent - the apartment was very well appointed and roomy for 5 adults. Service at check in, help from the concierge and the restaurant/bar/breakfast staff were all excellent and exceeded expectations. Only concern was the swimming pool/spa area - the sauna did not seem to be working and once the tiles around the spa were wet they were quite slippery.

We did enoy our room, however the various curtains abd blinds were a nuisance. Reception and concierge service was good. Meal services not good and poor room service. Restaurant meals were poor.

« Great location, Amazing view, picturesque pool »

I was able to walk from the port (at the end of my cruise) to the hotel. At check-in I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a view of the port. My suite had a balcony allowing me views of the Harbor Bridge, the cruise ship I had just arrived on, the Sydney Opera House, and even a view of Darling Harbor from the left side of the balcony. The suite was large and very nice. Having a full schedule of sightseeing, we did not spend much time in the room other than sleeping, but it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the suite. Also, Edward (at the concierge desk) and Kate (behind the check-in counter) were both very friendly and attentive. Edward was both very helpful in giving me suggestions of what to see/do in Sydney, and, at check-out, he quickly helped me with my luggage taking it out to my car. I usually take my own luggage, but it was a pleasant surprise to have someone else help me with it. After checking into the hotel, we (my wife and I) were able to walk the short distance (~5 minutes) to Starbucks, and from there to Darling Harbor. The SeaLife, Wildlife, and Madame Tussaud's were all right there by the harbor's side as well as many restaurants in both directions. It was a short walk from the Harbor to the Sydney Tower, then to Hyde Park. Sydney is a very walkable city, but if you walk to far, it is easy to navigate transit (bus/train/subway) and/or taxi's back to the hotel. I slept very well at the hotel, and the balcony made it so nice to see the sunrise/sunset/night view of the city/harbor as the cars crossed the Harbor bridge or boats/ships/ferries navigated across the waters.
