This was our third stay. The hotel is so well located in a quiet location for such a centrally situated hotel, and the apartment is superb. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Can find no fault with accommodation or staff. Thank you again.

Not as good as last time

We have stayed with you a. number of times and I am an Accor Member. As such we received drinks vouchers only to find that the restaurant was not open that night nor was the bar. We had booked as a last-minute surprise with the kids and had planned to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant. Then in the morning, the breakfast was very different to our past 3 visits where there has always been yummy chia puddings, yoghurts and pastries on the tables, as well as the cooked items (which were still available) My omelette was very overcooked. The staff, as always, were lovely but the lack of open amenities was frustrating as we had young kids and just wanted to stay in at the hotel and eat and have a 'staycation'. Also, I was at the pool area and went to use the phone on the wall to call reception about something and the phone did not work and I did not have my cell phone on me. You should have a working phone to reach reception, especially in case of emergencies since it is a pool area. I am a volunteer lifeguard and anywhere close to public water areas and pools there should always be a working phone/intercom. If the phone does not work you should remove it. As I said, lovely staff, but disappointing other aspects compared to other stays at your hotel. Thank you.
