« A satisfactory stay regardless of a few small issues »

System issues meant a very slow check in and a return trip to reception to re code key. Air con was broken though not reported as switching it off was satisfactory. Otherwise the evening room service was satisfactory and bedding and shower were adequate. One thing I am not a small man but far from obese and the bathrobes are ridiculously small to the point of unusable.

as most the hotels in Australia, old and needs to be renovated. Not clean 100%, but well located in the city. Lifts are very old, the entire hotel needs to be redone, and certainly not up to Pullman . team has been very friendly!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the room (1417) except for the rattling aircon (we turned it off overnight) and the lift. I had trouble going to sleep and my husband woke up early when it started being used a lot. I didn't mind the shower over the bath. Dinner at the cafe was pleasant and the breakfast was really good (the bacon and the scrambled eggs were better than the Sofitel darling harbour where we stayed a few weeks ago).

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. Staff were courteous, friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect for us as we travelled by public transport everywhere. We would love to come back in a couple of years. One small criticism is that we would have appreciated some complimentary snacks available in the room for us since we arrived late at night. However breakfast was great!

As above. Staff were friendly and helpful, room upgrade was appreciated. I seldom sleep well in strange beds, but the Pullman was an exception. Bed was comfortable and the room well equipped. All in all a pleasant, trouble free stay. My meetings were all on the other side of Hyde Park and quite nearby, so that was also a big plus.
