This hotel is in great location. Best nights sleep,beautiful bed. Staff are excellent,nothing is too much trouble ,close to train and bus,overlooking Hyde Park ,only 10 min in bus to circular quay,and harbour.

Everything was satisfactory.

Location is great and the rooms are really nice. The service is very friendly. However, I was extremely frustrated that there is no information on how to work the TV and what is available, including using the internet on the TV. I called for assistance and it took two phone calls to get someone up who was a technician. I told him the TV was working, I just don't know how to use it properly. I needed instructions. None were sent up. That was disappointing. Also I have travelled around the world many times, the fact there is no hotel information anywhere is disappointing.

Checking in was easy and the staff member was very helpful. Room was a great size and had a great view of the city. King bed was very comfortable. Location is very central.

Overall, an okay. The lifts went down for a period in the morning and I was caught up at the gym. I was also told on arrival that I had a $60 meal voucher, paid for by the company, but on depature they couldn't find it on the system, so I then had to pay for it myself. If there was an error, I don't think the client should be made liable for a mistake and then had to pay for it.

We had a spacious modern room on the 15th floor. The view was absolutely amazing overlooking Hyde Park with views to the city including Centrepoint Tower. It was our wedding anniversary and a bottle of bubbly with a small gourmet chocolate cake plus fruit was delivered to our room! Everything about our stay was perfect (apart from the weather...).

Poor quality. Allocated a room that was lower than the room booked without explanation. Room was next to a noisy elevator shaft and the room safe did not work.

After 29hr of traveling from Glasgow Scotland we needed a place to rest and recover before the next part of our travel to Cairns. The room was typical for this type of hotel, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for a short couple of days in sydney with the harbour and opera house in easy walking distance as well as the Botanic gardens. Also close by are lots of fantastic cafes for breakfast and excellent restaurants for dinner. What made the stay better than expected was the staff. Especially the assistant reception manager Frances, I had mistakenly left my DSLR camera in the taxi from the airport and on reporting it to reception Frances immediately jumped in to action trying her best to get the camera returned. And success after a day and half my DSLR was returned and it was all down to the efforts of Frances. My sincere thanks to her for saving our holiday in Australia from a disastrous start.

The staff helpful and obliging. The hotel rooms need some love and attention. The décor is aged and the common areas need attention to detail in relation to the paint and carpet. Not what is normally expected of a Pullman Hotel.

The lift situation was a bit unfortunate as at times could be waiting for over 5mins. Breakfast buffet was a great selection! Restaurant food and room service food was delicious!
