It was my husbands birthday and there were several things that made our stay disappointing. At checking in we were told we had got an upgrade. I assumed that I had got the $111 upgrade to get access to the executive room and lounge, with breakfast included. When we went down to breakfast we found it was not included. Very embarrassing! At check out we were told we had to pay $88 for an upgraded room and my upgrade request couldn't be checked as it was automated and they didn't have access. Why is this? I am very reluctant to ever bid on these upgrades ever again. The $88 was later refunded after a phone call from a manager. Thank you. Also, there was no milk in the room, so I just rang reception to get some, but it never arrived!

Service at check in was good, however the hotel looks run down and the hallway smelled terrible. The food at dinner was average. At breakfast, it took ages to get our coffee. Overall, we definitely don’t think this rates as a 5-star hotel.

Reception services both check in & out was excellent. All staff very helpful. Stayed two nights, cleaning staff very thorough. the bar area and restaurant (evening), ok as a coffee shop, need refurb, very under whelming for a five star hotel. Barman very nice guy, made good cocktails! Breakfast is a debarcle, 5 extra staff required. Tables full of plates, can't get a table, food & juice stations empty, cold food, no bowls or glasses. Can't get a coffee. So bad we did not go to breakfast in the hotel the following day and we are Accor Plus members. One or two really rude female indian staff!

Excellent thank you. Easily accessible from the airport; easy walk to all activities/ transport; pleasant rooms; great breakfast; front desk staff were outstanding; pool area was tiny and not what was expected or shown on the advertising (the only negative really; highly recommended.

as a platinum member I am usually upgraded to a nicer room and as of late I have been in 1715 or 1716 which are corner rooms and it is nice to have the space to have conference calls, etc during my stay.

It was a stay for my Birthday on 29/08/2019. the Weather was terrible and we alked across the Hyde Park where my suitcase got soaking wet. Once we arrived in the Pullman everything changed and I ahd the best Birthday and stay ever.
