The staff helpful and obliging. The hotel rooms need some love and attention. The décor is aged and the common areas need attention to detail in relation to the paint and carpet. Not what is normally expected of a Pullman Hotel.

The room was very spacious and well-appointed. check-in and check out was good, the parking cost was very high, I know its Sydney, but the carpark had loads of space so it is obviously not a service, its a revenue model.

The room was clean but just needs a refurb with some fresh carpet, new bathroom etc. Glad I didn't pay any more than I did for a suite because it wasn't at the level of accommodation that I'd associate with the Pullman brand. I'm staying at the Pullman in Melbourne in Melbourne later this month so I hope this is better. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful and the Club sandwich was terrific.

We thoroughly enjoyed our room upgrade. The views were lovely and it was so nice to have a spa bath. Our restaurant experience wax very ordinary, both steaks were overcooked. Staff handled the matter as well as possible

Really great experience during check in, friendly staff during breakfast. The bed was amazing and great view. We were booked for a room facing Hyde Park, but were given a corner room facing the East Harbour.

upon checking in late (after 11pm) we went to the room only to find that this was a room below the room/rate that I had booked. I would have assumed that my room would have been pre allocated prior to arrival. I found both rooms that I had been allocated to be extremely tired and in need of a refurbishment. The bathrooms need to be completely gutted and remodeled. I found it strange to only have a hand held shower wand and such a large 1980s spa bath(that I would never use). The breakfast in the restaurant has gone down hill from our previous visit. no teaspoons for the Bircher Museli Cups, very bad lighting and staff seemed to be running around not necessarily being productive or managed by anyone.

Bathroom floor too slippery for over bath shower. In stepping out floor mat slipped away causing fall. Air return on airconditioning made kicking noise. Turned off and was ok when switched back on an hour later.

Room and food service was good. Insulation is not great and can hear neighbours next door and in the hallways.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hyde Park hotel. A very short walk to Museum train station, and access to bus transport. The hotel is a short walk to fantastic shopping areas. We walked easily through Hyde Park to Westfield shopping centre and centrepoint tower. A 20 minute walk to Botanical Gardens and Circular Quay. The staff were helpful and gave good recommendations for local sights and restaurants.
