« Room Service did not deliver and TV did not work. »

The service experience was pretty poor overall I am afraid. It took me about 15 minutes to get the TV to work, not sure why, it just took me that long to get it to function and then I called room service to order a simple bucket of ice, after 40 minutes, no ice, so I called again, re-ordered it and then ten minutes later it came? Not really good enough I am afraid. Simple stuff. The venue is great, the service was average at best.

My friend's pillows were awful, and it took 30 minutes and two phone calls at 11pm to get normal pillows. Everytime we turned the tv on again, we needed to switch it off at the powerpoint otherwise it wouldn't work. The spa wasn't working in the morning, but I felt I had dialled 9 about so many other things, that I couldn't do it again. It was working every other time we used it. I was told the pool was heated, but it definitely was not heated. There were plenty of kids that wanted to use it, but it was just too cold. The beds were amazing - best beds at any hotel I have ever experienced. Great location too

Love the spa and gym and the Asian breakfast option. The cleaners were great they made our bed in the afternoon, we appreciate it as we usually sleep in the morning Staff gave me different price for the breakfast, some said kids under 12 are free and other said they are half price, need to be more consistent in the communication.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Accommodation was great and service was particularly caring and attentive. My husband was admitted to hospital for two days and the Conceige rang me at the hospital to find out how he was. It was truly a family caring situation. Always a smile to great and converse with you. It was our first stay as Accor members at a Pullman hotel and it certainly wont be the last. Thank you to all staff at the Pullman for what ended out to be a lovely stay and holiday.

« Ok stay but could be better »

Thought you were a five star hotel but stayed at the Mercure in Sydney last weekend and that is supposed to be 4.5 stars but much better, it had a film package $35 as many films as you want in 24 hours, friendlier and more staff on reception, newer baby cots and a doona for padding in the baby cot instead of just a sheet which is what you gave us. Overall not a big deal if we hadn’t of stayed at the Mercure the week before but want to give you this feedback. The second room we stayed in # 1312 really wasn’t 5* at all, also the cafe wasn’t that great, sorry, we probs won’t be back when we can stay at the Mercure for the same price and better experience

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and arrived early in the morning. The staff was very helpful in getting us a room. The hotel is very centrally located, with easy access to public transportation and walking distances a lot of the attractions and restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only complaint that we have was the bed. It was comfortable, but was lumpy on certain parts of the bed. And the pillows were a bit flat, which did not give any support to the neck while we were sleeping

« Amazing staff and relaxing stay close to everything »

I was given an upgrade which was lovely. The suite was spacious and had a beAutiful view to the water. The spa bath was amazing and the shower pressure great. The executive lounge was quiet with an excellent choice for breakfast and free flowing drinks and canapés in the evening. I enjoyed a lovely lunch in the cafe. The iced water when you come in is a lovely touch. However the staff are amazing from the maids to the check in staff to the waiters always courteous and helpful, especially Nicola on the front desk and Pol in the cafe and executive lounge.
