Came up well short of expectations. Told 10 to 15 minute wait to manually register despite register online. No welcome pack for platinum member. No reciept emailed after checkout. Told to buzz intercom to get out of car park not ticket validated.

« A great night away »

A great room, fantastic service (thanks for the upgrade and change of room to tbe NE corner) and a wonderful nights sleep free of the kids. A wonderful place to wind down after an awesome Pink concert. Really well located too to trains, the cuty and surrounding suburbs.

Check-in was seemless and greatful that they had our room ready early due to us having a wedding at 2pm. Room was nice, no complaints but nothing amazing either. Housekeeping knocked on my door and woke me up earlier than checkout time to ask if I was checking out.

When I arrived I've been welcomed by Stephen the concierge in the most perfect way possible while I was waiting for cheking, he then proposed me to help me plan my stay, which he later did with great tips. I then checked in with Kevin, very professionnal, very 5*, repeating my name in the discussion with a genuine smile on his face. I got to the room which was great ! (apart from the fact that the plug is a bit far from the bed as the room was quite big !) I ordered room service; have been greated with my name before saying a word, once again, perfect gentlteman took care of my request with an amazing fluidity in the speech, a bit of upsell for drinks that wasn't "invasive" like in most hotels. Breakfast was also great ! I recommend !

When I arrived to Sydney, I was lost and tried to call the hotel to get directions. No one answered the phone. The stay was mostly pleasant. However, I was a little disappointed to find hair in the plug hole when I checked in. I ordered room service one night. Again, it took a long time for the phone to be answered when I placed my order. When checking out, the staff were friendly but seemed a little flustered and confused when I was asking to store some bags there.

Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. I had dinner in the restaurant. On the whole food was beautiful a couple of times , items were cold, these were dealt with quickly by great staff.

Overall an amazing stay in all areas. If I had to say anything it would be to heat the pool in the roof top accordingly. Also the website was a bit busy and hard to navigate and get the info I was looking for.

« We were very grateful for the upgrade but it seems that there were tow guests with the same name but the mix up was very well handled by staff, from our perspective at least. »

Room was great with views to Potts Point/Kings Cross etc. Access to Executive Lounge was greatly appreciated as part of the upgrade and bottle of wine and free breakfast to boot. All staff super friendly and efficient.

On checkin we were not notifed of the amenitites of the hotel i.e. pool location etc.. It took 2 phone calls and an hour wait to get some skim milk sent up to our room.

« A little disappointing »

We had an over night stay. Was underwhelmed. We had just spend the night at the Hyatt near Barangaroo. There was no complementary water in the rooms There was no hot water when we went to have a shower on limited time on our way to a concert! Our bathroom needed renovating. There was disturbing behaviour by other patrons on our level with loud yelling and swearing. It was quite scary.
