« Not as good as previous stays - but ok »

We came to show the kids around Sydney and stayed here to chill out in the roof top pool when. It enjoying Sydney's sites. I booked 2 double bed superior rooms for 2 nights. First night everything was fine and pool and spa were ok, although when we left the pool area I noted slippery, scummy tiles near left hand side of step and lots of debris in the pool. Day 2 - 45 minute wait for an ice bucket (hotel reasoning - they had lots of new guests), which would not have been unexpected! Pool looked dirty, spa I banned my children from entering as it looked revolting. I mentioned this to staff cleaning towels. He looked disinterested and said 'ok' and left. I messaged them on Facebook messenger - still no response. They did accomodate a 1 hour check out which was good. Breakfast is good - not large but what they do, they do well.I noticed on my credit card $80 charge from Pullman, I called to query and was advised I drank a bottle of champagne. Which I definetly did not. I was with my kids, don't drink wine and brought all my own drinks. The entire mini bar was put on the top shelf so that my kids did not touch mini bar items. I have been advised this will be refunded...

We have now stayed a number of times over the past 12 months and the service and front of house staff are excellent and always greet you with a smile. Receptionist seems to change a lot but not the smiles or attitude always friendly.

Comfortable room, comfortable stay. Nice view from our room and friendly staff. One thing I'd address is the sound insulation of room doors. You can hear people talking as they move from their rooms to the elevator.

Check in was quick and easy and staff member was welcoming. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Slept well. The breakfast was enjoyable. The only thing was trying to adjust the airconditioning to a suitable level, but overall had a really good stay.

« Second stay, happy with our choice. »

We arrived a bit early, so had to walk about until noon before we could check in, I guess they were fully booked and could not make check in earlier. The hotel is located a bit away from the very CBD and major attractions, but we enjoyed the greenery in the park right across the street. Room we were allocated was of good size overlooking the park. It was comfortable for our stay even though we never had time to use the big bathtub (a bit of anomaly in Australia thinking of water shortages). Check in and check out was efficient and friendly, we enjoyed our welcome drink at the bar, outdoor pool on top floor is a nice touch, however during our stay the weather was a bit colder than usual and we did not have a chance to use it. Maybe next time.Nothing much to complain here apart from that room doors seem to be a bit thin. You can hear what is going on outside if people are talking as they move from their room to elevator. Other than that we were happy with our choice.

Recognised by name and a smile whether it be at Reception or for b/fast it's a great start to the day.Rooms are great but suggest the rooms looking over East Sydney rather than just the park, you won;t regret it.

We were treated extremely well from the time we arrived to when left three days later the staff were excellent and so helpful. We had a lovely view over Hyde Park and the hotel was in a great position to all places that we would need. The room was very clean and comfortable and bathroom well appointed with a spa bath. Highly recommend this hotel will definitely be back again.

We enjoy staying at the Pullman Hyde park when we go into the city. We love shipping so it’s a lovely walk through Hyde park to Westfield’s. The staff and accomodation are both great. Would recommend a stay here!

« A little Disappointed with the Pool area »

Staff were friendly and Helpful But Hotel is showing many signs of aging. I booked this Hotel because it had a pool but yet I did not swim in it because it was murky and smelt badly of chlorine. Also the closers on the room doors were to weak. So the doors slammed a lot enough to wake you up in the morning.

overnight stay for shopping trip and airport drop-off for my mother and I parking was easy and we were able to keep the car in the carpark for several hours after checkout which was really helpful amazing service - the staff were warm and helpful we both had queen rooms which were large, comfortable and had great views over the city my only issue was that I was charged $15 for internet which I didn't use. I didn't see that I was charged for it until I received the confirmation email. I had thought the wifi was complimentary so I went to sign in but when I saw it was $15i didn't go through with it.
