I requested a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. really enjoyed my stay. As requested I was in a very quiet room and not troubled by the noise of the air/con or the refrigerator. Well done Pullman. I will certainly stay there again.

Enjoyed room but breakfast and dinner not up to Pullman standards. the food was not as described cold bacon and no mushrooms at breakfast . The dinner was poor with no potato bake and just 4 tiny tomatoes . will not stay there again . The barman was super Paul Williams , nothing was too much trouble .

I had a great experience when I got to the hotel, all staff were fantastic and very accommodating with all of my requests. One concern I did have though and I did forward this in an email with no response is that when I booked the hotel about 1.5 weeks out the room I got was a lot but I trust the Pullman brand and have stayed in your hotel before. When I booked it the next day the same room dropped $150 literally within 12 hours of my booking. I called up to see if there was anything accor or the hotel could do but it was more a case of too bad so sad, can’t help you. Now I understand that prices change based on supply and demand, however as an accor member I was under the impression we should always get the best rate on offer and if it could drop by $150 overnight why wasn’t it being offered to members at that rate in the first place. Now I know this is only my version of events and I know that there was no way I would get a refund or anything else, I didn’t book flexible as I didn’t need to and why would anyone if they have to pay more. Anyways the hotel was great, staff were great. Food and beverages were great, room was great. Even the kind concierge when coming in later in the evening arrange for some bottled water for my room without any issues or fuss. It was really nice. Thanks for having me

Prior to my stay I called twice, once immediately after reservation and once again few days before to confirm our room would be set up ready with a cot for a baby and a roll away for our 3 adult guest staying. When we arrive at 4:30pm our room had nothing set up ready. We had to call reception and wait ages for duty manager to respond and then set up our room appropriately, which required relocating us to another room as the room they allocated was not big enough for what I had requested. As a result I had an over tired baby how missed her afternoon nap and we were late for our evening bookings out. Despite the disorganization at check in and lifts out of operation meaning we waited for the lifts for ages, the stay was fine. Calling twice upon check in to ensure the room was setup ready for us and then discovering it hadn’t was truly frustrating.
