THANKS for another wonderful stay. This hotel is in a great location, closes to Stanley Street restaurants and the newly renovated War Memorial.. It was my wife's birthday and they made us feel very special, allocating USA fantastic room and some wonderful treats, even granting us access to their club floor. MANY THANKS

« Great Location for a Quick Break »

We stayed at the Pullman Sydney Hyde Park as part of a short break in the city. Quality of hotel and location were the prime determinants of staying at this hotel. Room was large and comfortable with some extras such as Nespresso machine was appreciated. Buffet breakfast was extensive and well worth the upfront extra cost at time of booking of $21 each. (paying on the day costs $40!).Location was great as we arrived by train at Museum Station, just across Hyde Park. It was a short walk to the George St movie strip, central Sydney shopping centres at the Queen Victoria Building and Pitt St Mall, as well as morning walk to Circular Quay for a Harbour trip (and quick return in the evening on the train.Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.Strongly recommended.

I thought the location of the hotel was great but when reviewing my room (1615) it would require a refurbishment. I note the below issues - Large stains on the lounge and orange chairs. Power point in bedroom not working. Mattress too soft and provided no support. Frame of two mirrors in lounge room are coming off. Curtains dirty with visible stains.

« Pleasant Stay After Check In Delay »

Not a good start for my parents who I gave a gift voucher to. On arrival reception staff could not find booking record. Parents were kept waiting for 20minutes whilst staff tried to resolve issue. Seemed to be confusion between junior staff member and senior staff member as to how are to handle Think situation could have been handled in a much more customer focused way especially for ba premium hotel. Rest of stay was pleasant.

We loved the location of the Pullman as we had tourist expeditions we wanted to head to by the harbour, and this was within easy walking distance from the Pullman. The check in process was quick and the front desk staff offered restaurant suggestions and advice on key tourist spots in the city. Our room was located next to the lifts, which was a bit noisy at times (a bit like gusts of wind in the building), but the comfortable bed and pillows soon had us lulled to sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast the staff looked after us very well and gave the 7 of us the same reserved table each morning which was kind of them.
