We wanted somewhere to park our car and be able to walk around the city/viaduct area. Restaurants abound and the choice is excellent around here which made dining out a pleasure. If you had wanted to catch a bus somewhere these were all handy as well.

Lovely little apartment, right in the thick of "what's happening" in Auckland. Well presented with friendly staff and everything was of a high standard. Our room was on the 5th level with a great city view of the Sky Tower (Harbor view rooms are available but out of our price range). Getting there was a bit annoying as road works where going on right outside but we ended up parking in the Wilson Car park building across the road (Which was much cheaper than the Viaduct Car park also nearby). It's also nice that the rear lobby doors take you directly to the Viaduct Proper and lots of great places to eat and drink.

We spent four nights at this hotel. Was easy to find from the cruise terminal. We had asked for early checkin and were pleased to have it agreed. Room large well appointed, great to see kitchenette, with even a dishwasher! We also enjoyed the use of a washing machine and drier, couldnt fault the facilities.We managed to get a park each day in their parking basement ( not many spaces available for hotel guests)Apart from not getting newspaper each day, we couldn t fault anything. Maybe an ice machine on floors so easily available i stead of having to call up room service.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the hair products so much I have ordered some large size bottles - hair has never felt so good! Loved the location and vibe of this place - even listening to the city hum below us as we fell asleep. My only complaint would be that the kitchen tiles in both apartments were very badly cracked and I cut the underside of my foot a little,

lovely place to stay, close to eveything, friendly and helpful staff, we like the west facing rooms as they have nice decks to enjoy the setting sun.The rooms are of a good size and the beds are very comfortable.

location was really good, I appriciated being able to dine at a variety of local restaurants and book the meal back to my room. room was basic, but clean and tidy, City Views = carpark views and nothing more (I was on the top floor)

We expected better as a gold Accor Plus member. We asked for a room on an upper floor and got given one on the first floor above the rubbish bins. Also no upgrade.

The Sebel Viaduct has everything I need for my regular stays in AKL. Easy access to restaurants, the Vaduct, Britomart and Wynyard precints. The rooms are well equipped and the staff very friendly and responsive.

Check in was easy, the room was fine, good mini bar for the one night we stayed, contemplated leaving in the middle of the night because the bed was so uncomfortable, hardly slept at all.
