the price of the hotel is not very attractive. The toilet seat is So small. It makes me feel very uncomfortable when using it. The buffet is not good. The salmon is not fresh enough. I have a stomachache the next day.

Have disappointed with Desk man who receipt us. He just focused on explaining all over their policy. Didn't care about customer situation. My plan is go this hotel every end of the year, but don't want be treated by him again. I felt I was not welcomed.

Staying at the Suwon Novotel was terrific. I gave a 9 at first because I would prefer an ice machine on the floor but then I realized I needed a wine bucket as well. The bucket was brought up promptly. Jessy and Anna (the banana) checked my group in with no issues. They're terrific. Next time I am in Suwon I will stay at your hotel again, maybe this time see the rail view.

Connectivity and local area was excellent. Front desk staffs were always ready to answer questions. Pre-arrival questions were quickly addressed through emails. International wall socket were a great help especially coming from another country.

« Poor WiFi Speed »

I have always stay at Novotel when I travel to Suwon. But this year most bother me is the internet speed. The WiFi speed so slow it’s unbelievable. Since I’m business traveler internet speed is affecting my stay at the hotel, can’t get much work done. Even downloading my emails takes forever. And the water temperature is unstable when I take shower in the morning, very uncomfortable.

I was at the Novotel 6 days for business, I likes the breakfast and gym. The shuttle bus to ASML was very nice espessialy the day that it was snowing and there where no taxis and the bus took us to ASML at 9:30.
