« Amazing food, clean room, bed is old. »

I was in room 649 and the bed hurt my back after several days. I found that it slopes toward the center and puts pressure on odd parts of the body. I would recommend changing that mattress. Great service, great food. The cleaning staff is exceptional as well.

The hotel is extremely convenient, with direct access to Suwon Station and AK plaza. The hotel interior is definitely high class, with its breakfast buffet spread extensive. The rooms are chic and modern, everyone is very warm and friendly, from the reservations, to the kitchen crew, including the housekeeping. I am thrilled to stay at this hotel.

Clean room. However the housekeeping does not truly make up my room as the pillows were not arranged accordingly. The air-conditioning throughout the entire hotel was quite a turn down, as the temperature were not low enough to my preference - the conference room, the lift, the lobby, the hotel room. The breakfast selection was also less variety, with limited halal food.

« OK, buffet's are quite expensive »

Hi, a reasonable place to stay, but I am always amazed at the food expense. You wouldnt see these prices at some of the higher end hotels else where in the world, let alone a middle of the road place. The dinner buffet is just so beyond expensive for what you get I often skip meals there now even thought I am able to expense them out of principle.
