« Nice stay, but got wrong information for company shuttle at first day »

Nice stay, but first day when asked front dest for the information of company shuttle, it was stated only one shuttle to VNI but actually it has another shuttle to AMK for Applied Materials company, so that I took taxi to AMK myself for my first business day and got information that hotel dose have shuttle to AMK not only VNI as replied by front dest while my check-in.

« standard room OK, breakfast can improve »

My stay in Novotel was good overall. 2 minpoints: had to ring the bell every day at the parking lot to exit becasue number plate seemed not registered although it was registered. 2nd point: breakfast doesn't has a variety of fresh fruit. no fresh eggs could be ordered at 06:30.. no cook available.. only heated, not fresh cooked.

« A great experience »

The room was clean and maintained very well during our stay. My only issue is that while we were a family of 3 we were placed in a single bed room with a couch. Our 12 year old son was able to sleeping the couch, but it was only because we had brought blankets and pillows with us; as there were no other extra linens in the room available to use.

« not good hotel for the price and location »

hotel room was dusty, no shower curtain to prevent water going outside the tub during normal bath, no toothbrush, toilet seat too small, if i can not sit, what is the use of fancy electric water spray. Guest room hardly pick the phone, when you call Honey in the breakfast area is not good quality, honey pouches are of really small size, which mean lot of waste. Concierge does not order normal taxi and only order black taxi, which is expensive. Whole experience was bad. This hotel should be 3-star and should be rated not so well in trip-advisor.

My third stay at the hotel and the staff just keeps getting better and better. This time my luggage was lost somewhere during my flight to Korea but Rose and Anna both helped me so much without any hesitation. They deserve praise for their excellent customer service.

I got a free upgrade from 'junior suite room' to the 'full executive room' which was very kind. Good room, good bathroom, good bed, nice view, nice quite breakfast area and also some including food and drinks in the afternoon.

-Friendly and supportive personnel. -Good hotel infrastructure. The only thing missing is a pool. -Rooms are convenient though at times a bit too warm (despite switching off the airco). -Great selection at breakfast. -Laundry service (3 free pieces a day) is great. -Hotel is nearby train/bus station and shopping malls.

My room was on the 9th floor but wasn't clean when I arrived (the floor in the bathroom was filthy and sticky...). Even some of the tiles were loose... I reported it but I wasn't satisfied how they cleaned it the 2nd time.... Also the breakfast at the 9th floor lounge wasn't that great. A lot of empty plates and bowls.

« worse than before »

overall are good but there is somethings needs to overcome I think as a five star hotel there are some issue I had face in this time that the house keeping are not very focus on it , Consumables are not refill everyday ,sometimes doesn't have face towel ,the worst of all there's one day when I got off work my room doesn't been make up I don't even press the "don't disturb "button , and the happy hour in the evening at 9F is not enough for someone something it just got one round for the main food
