Hotel based on map seemed far. But actually its in the Termal Of Airport. Hotel is very very quiet. Great Hotel. Great service super friendly staff. U would not feel that you are in the airport. Best of all to transit to other areas its faster.

« My stay between March 10-13, 2019 »

I could sense a definite change at the hotel...there were too few staff and customers. My experience started with doing laps in the great pool after breakfast. Later, After getting some work done, I was looking forward to a great 11:30am lunch when the food is freshest. When I arrived for lunch, I was stunned to find that there wasn't anything prepared and ready for service. I walked around the area and even the soup area lights were off....not one chef was on duty. I went to the front desk and asked if the lunch hour had change. The reply was, "No it hasn't. Lunch is 11:30Am." Instead of having lunch at the hotel, I went outside to another restaurant. Later I found out that even though the lunch hour had not changed, the type of preparation did change to more of an à la carte affair. However, I was not informed of this when I checked in the hotel the day before. I would have been happy to witness the new lunch menu. However, my point is that if you're going to state that lunch is at 11:30Am, preparation should be done for 11:30 not sometime later. If it is more comfortable for you to change the lunch period times, then let the customer know in advance please. I am confident that the Pullman will always be my first choice in hotels even through occasional hiccups.

I was worried about the location, how far its from airport but i was amazed that its just adjacent to airport and metro station, its right on way from subway station to departures. everything good - with one major exception. The doors to the balconies do not seal, and it is too loud. Simple fix - Just seal them with expanding foam insulation spray. Also, elevator tones are very loud, and it is too loud in the rooms near the elevators.

Rooms are excellent and clean. All staff, including the housekeepers, were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Outside noise from traffic coming to the airport terminal, police sirens, and some construction noise were the only factors affecting overall comfort at the hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

There was notably less noise in my room compared to last July. There was a complimentary hairbrush but no comb this time. The choice on the restaurant a-la-carte menu was limited but the food was good and there was wine by the glass, while staff assisted with the i-pad menu.

The Hotel is very good and very convenient. For chinese standard, the hotel is expensive, may a little bit too expensive. Very positive was that, by accident, we booked for me the room twice, one time by travel agent, one time through the web page. We were able to cancel the travel agent reservation although it was already late at night (around 21.30 pm). That was real customer sorvice.
