« A convenient airport hotel »

There were loud public announcements that could be heard inside my room. The menu at the Western restaurant remains limited and uses irritating iPads. Nevertheless it is conveniently within the same airport building as the arrival and departure floors, and also has easy access to the Nanjing metro and inter-city buses.

Room is good. Breakfast bar good food n good service. Dinner at chinese restaurant~ one customer turn on his ipad very loud but no one stop him. Otherwise Food n service good. Swimming pool ~ good environment. 1. Somehow the changing room door is always open from reception side. Will be easily seen from outside for ladies room. 2. One night 2 guys in suits went into pool to check the floor pads. They went in with own shoes iso changing to slippers. Will bring in dirt from outside into pool area.

my experience in check-out is not very pleasant. it is 5:45am. when I was in the counter, I was not greeted with any 'good morning'. the person who handled the check-out made me feel that I were in the custom office. he also did not say good-bye or any other words to me after the check-out was done. it's disappointing to be served in much a manner. in the breakfast area, I received no service again. no smiles, no greeting from the people there. I just felt like I were entering in a school cafeteria. also, I found that there's no trash bin in the entire reception area. I asked the concierge guy and he handed me a trash bin from the store room behind the concierge.

so grand and comfortable. The best hotel i hv ever stayed up to now! Yet, there were some people outside the hotel selling their hotels which my friends told me are illegal and it was a trap. I hope the security can be strengthed.

This is an excellent hotel for pre-fly staying. I would give rating of 10 if I did not have strong smell of cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom for a non smoking room.

The hotel is located in the airport terminal, very easy to find after a long exhuasted flight. Room is big and well maintained. Food and beverage service is good too. One highlight would be the sunlight pool located on the 9th floor. As a swimmer, this is your place!

It is always good. The staff are what make a hotel great, and you are great. Coco in club lounge is fantastic with greeting and helping check in. She speaks great English and is very helpful in lounge bar. Jasper is also very good in club lounge. Billy in Aussie steak restaurant dose fantastic service and is reason I always go there to eat. Grace, Bob, Young, Richard and Cathy help to in main lobby.
