« A very pleasant stay made perfect by superb staff service »

Stayed for 6 hours in the Day Use Room on level 9 and get to use the executive lounge on the same floor. Service staff at the lounge is polite and cheerful even to us who are there transiting only over few hours at Pullman. Beyond our expectations, we were treated to some high tea light snacks when we visited the lounge for a drink. The room decor and amenities certainly made an impression on us for us to want to return.

THis is my first time stay at Accor hotel. Because fairmont was already belong to Accor, so i am a platinum member in Accor. Check in experience was great, a friendly staff told me the breakfast time, how to use gym and swimming pool, how to use welcome drink voucher. The room was good and as a platinum member, i can use lounge. Sadly due to this hotel is a airport hotel, so no breakfast offer in the lounge and very basic happy hour. But the room service was good, good food and price is reasonable. Check out was very quick. Overall, good stay experience.

This was my second visit to this hotel. Both time, the shower water leak out, because the drain was too shallow. If there is another thing I like to change, it will be the headboard. I don't like headboards made with cloth texture. prefer something easier to clean.

I stay at the Nanjing Lukou Pullman Hotel two or three times every year; I take an early flight to Shanghai Pudong Airport and it is very convenient to be able to arrive at the airport the evening before that flight and just wheel my luggage from the hotel to the check in gate, or from arrival to Hotel late at night.

There were loud public announcements that could be heard inside my room. The menu at the Western restaurant remains limited and uses irritating iPads. Nevertheless it is conveniently within the same airport building as the arrival and departure floors, and also has easy access to the Nanjing metro and inter-city buses.
