The staff are always very friendly and will go out their way to offer any assistance you may need. Statistically, I have come here many times over the last 4 years and never fails to disappoint. The food is always prepared well and onsite chefs will cook to order. The regulation size pool is clean and use it all the time to do laps for excerise.

I have been stayed at Pullman Hotel Nanjing several times since 2015. The primary purpose was the convenience as the hotel is just located beside the Lukou airport departure terminal in a few minutes of walking distance. After my first stay, I realized many merit points of Pullman Hotel beyond convenience: professional staffing, friendly and convenient consideration (they allow you to take airport cart to the room so next day you just need to push the cart to terminal). Clearness, comfortable bed and quietness (although by airport). Honestly this is the hotel on my top list of stay, every year.

The hotel is just 2-3 minute from terminal inside. Fitness center is very clean and 24h -working. Because of flight time, I couldn't choose the breakfast in the hotel, however, when I leave the hotel at 5:30, in the lobby, there were some coffee and bread to take away. It's very nice service.

Extremely slow check in and check out. It took the front desk 10mins to check in. The worse is not professional. During this business trip, we had been stay with several hotels. I deposited for my client and check out by their own. At the beginning, she said they can’t. Later on, she said they can. But after finish mine, she asked my client to deposit again. Finally, we worked it out and required me to check out after my clients. (The local hotel even can do this service). On the way to the airport, the client told me that they asked him to pay all... I don’t know what to say. Another thing is the restaurant, slow service. When we walked in, no waitress to answer. I went to get the menu by myself. The spicy fish... the pepper looked like old not fresh. It worse than the small restaurant. Anyhow, my client and I disappointed. We can feel you this hotel and good business but hope the service will be match the brand. Even I don’t want but I have no choice to stay again in the future.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the Airport, it's not possible be closer to the check-in gates ! But it is quiet - flight are not going between midnight and 06:00. Room are big and clean, very confortable. Breakfast is good and start at 06:00; good if you have an early flight.
