Breackfast wasn't included as usual for Ibis. The toilette sink wasn't flowing as expectativas, evento after changing rooms. The shower didn't heat properly. The bed and the rest of the Room sete Very confortável and neat.

Barman tried to short change me once. Staff on front desk and Concierge very helpful. Room to small for people with 2 large bags each. (Not us.) Good coffee and tea, restaurant.

« Fresh room to a great price with EXCELLENT front desk service »

Got a great welcome from a perfectly english-speaking man at the front desk, he was happy to help us print papers, give recommendations of convenience stores nearby and resturants. The resturant at the hotel had great food and they were happy to let us bring the food up to the room, even though the facility it self did not provide "room service". Good wifi and a clean and nice room.

oscar zeballos did my check in saturday noon. He charged my card with all the applicable charges and even the sales tax appeared on the paper i signed and I proceed to the room. Monday noon i approach to check out and me zeballos is called to explained he mischarged and therewas 56 soles missing of a possible peruvian sales tax... i was at the hotel the 80% of each day, and there wasn’t a call or anything to advise about this... i think it’s unprofessional, disrespectiful and shows a poor customer service. I put a claim on the claim book... because I think that for 56 soles, mr zeballos who claimed to be the manager of the shift, should have just own his mistake and adjust it against the fare or something else, not giving me a very poor math explanation that i didn’t understood at all because ‘the system didn’t charge the tax’ even thoughit showed on the paper I signed on saturday noon, and making me very frustrated and mad and also denying me to talk to someone above him because he claimed to be in charge and no one else. I was also witness on sunday night A situation were an asian customer was being overcharged at the bar, and that was unnaceptable too. I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel, but you need to improve and verify the quality of service of the people you have at the front desk. Some of them don’t seem to speak english and the interaction with the guests was very difficult and in my case that i am a peruvian guests wanting to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday at the hotel, it was good but the check out was horrible, frustrating, confusing, i was not satisfied with mr. Zeballos explanation since it wasn’t very clear and i think not even he understood it. I am very disappointed. I work for American Airlines for over 10 years in customer service, and when the system has a problem WE ASSUME THE MISTAKE AND HONOR WHAT THE OAX ALREADY PAID WE DONT INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER WITH AN ERROR. Hope you can do something or check about a possible compensation for this really bad moment, lack of communication and delicacy from the person working at the hotel. Many thanks.

« MODERN HOTEL SORT WALK TO BEACH AT A GOOD PRICE »

This is a new modern clean hotel 10 minutes walk to beach front and 2 minutes walk to metro bus stop. Breakfast is ok. Sufficient choice although fresh omelettes would have been nice. No dressing gown or slippers that you would get in Ibis Hotels in Asia. Comfy bed.

I stayed here 2 nights during my Lima trip. This hotel is very nice, new and clean! The room is small but very organized. The hotel location is also great! I walked to the restaurants within Miraflores. Highly recommend this budget nice hotel!!!
