Clean room. At Saturday, 9 am the chambermaid (woman) knock on the door and immediately open it while we were sleeping. At 11 am the chambermaid (man) knock on the door, we said several times do not enter but he opened the door. He was asking when we are leaving so we told him 2 pm. At 12:30 pm we received a phone call from the reception man. He was asking again when we are leaving. He said he will update the system with check-out time so no more interrupts.

The hotel is best located in Jaffa Street near Zion square. Breakfest and reception service were very good. The room was nice but the shower smells bed. Also there was not enought toilet paper. Overall the hotel is very good one and has very high value for the money.

293hanst Friends getaway - 03/06/2019 TripAdvisor review

Ibis Jerusalem is extremely well located. About 600m from Jaffa gate - THE entrance gate to the old Jerusalem Hotel has no parking space - best to park the car at Safra Parking - be aware that this parking is closed Friday 6pm till Saturday 6pm Hotel staff - all were extremely friendly and helpful with exception of Uhud - she was at the reception desk and had a 'I don't care' approach - not friendly at all. Instead of a 'Can I help you?' or something like that, she only looked at me. On top of that, she was VERY rude to the bell boy. I checked out, she gave me the envelope without saying any word.. and turned her head to her colleagues and went in the office - I supposed she would return within seconds to answer my remaining questions but she returned only >5 mins. Being an Accor Platinum member, I did not see such rudeness in any other hotel I have been. Pity that the Uhud 'experience' masked the extremely helpfulness and friendliness of the other hotel staff. Room - good internet, very well working AC, good quality of sleep, bath room was great. Breakfast - superb breakfast with nice Israeli varieties. Bar - very nice happy hour - daily 18h to 19h. I would return to this hotel in case of a next Jerusalem visit

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff in a wonderful location in the New Town but also convenient for the Old Town and the bus / railway station. The breakfast is extensive and wonderfully fresh. The "Happy Hour"at the bar is a welcome opportunity to save a little money as Jerusalem is not exactly cheap! In the vicinity there are many restaurants and bars - enough to suit all tastes and budgets.

We made the reservation through Accor hotels as member of loyalty club for 3 adults and paid additional fee for extra adult Disappointed with Hotel and Room Room had double bed and tiny camp bed for 3rd adult Extremely dissatisfied - the campbed was suitable for a toddler Informed manager who was very professional and addressed our concerns He switched us to a room that was more suitable for 3 adults The 3rd adult now had a double sleep sofa Bathroom amenities are poor No Kleenex ,Towels are small and thin Buffet Breakfast was the only redeeming aspect of the hotel - good, tasty food

The hotel was what we expected for an Ibis hotel. Nice, clean, central and with an appropriate price compared to other hotels in Israel. The people in reception was very nice and helpful, although the person who was in the cafeteria was not very helpful when I went to ask if any of the coffes in the room was decaf since all was in Hebrew, and he only said No. I also asked if he had any decaf then, and he again said No. I was expecting a bit more polite answer, but everything else was very good, maybe he was at his break time and did not want to be bothered.

The hotel is nice , the location is perfect . Things that you have to find soloution for them. 1.no parking 2.Our room was not ready until 16:30, it is not ok .

excellent stay. unfortunately 30 shekel was stolen from my room (100% sure). I reported and they reimbursed me, but I do not know what happened with it for the rest. Obviously, this should not be possible to happen.
