Nice room design, one can choose 3/4 different themes, All are nice. Room has a big space. Love the bed and the pilows. Real good chinese restaurant in the hotel. One of the nicest Sofitel. The receptionist English and service speed can be improved though. Overall a nice pleasant stay.

staff at concierge and reception are helpful and knowledgeable. Room service is fast in responding. SPA service was over priced. Staff was not familiar in their area. Shower cap was not presented during changing, no advice given in regard to jacuzzi in the room. Restaurant service was satisfactry but the food was ordinary.

The rooms were kept perfectly, the service was prompt. My only minor complaints were that the rooms could have been colder and the food could have been better in the rooftop bar and the Italian restaurant. Kweezeen food was great however! The Japanese wasn’t bad but was way over priced for what we were getting. Getting around the hotel was easy as well. The thing that stood out to me the most however was the relations manager Pradip Dongare - this man really gave me a great respect for the hotel. From beginning to end, he made sure that we had an amazing stay, going out of his way with even the smallest of things. This kind of hospitality is rare, and I feel like he’s a big asset to the hotel. Thanks to him what would have been a great stay as it is, became an exceptional one.

I really enjoyed all the services but I think the breakfast can be more halal friendly. Just remove the pork products. There were atleast 6-7 muslims at breakfast time and we could not eat eggs because it had same trays. There was another cheff before that used to cater for halal but I think the restaurant should make atleast egg station more Halal or even pots only used for halal including spatulas and spoons.

Honestly hotel was good. But ... the lisit of in dining food almost none food options for. Vegetarian even in huge breakfast still very less.
