Arrival was amazing it was a early arrival but stella on the reception helped us and gave early rooms ... in the dining area Pradip was amazing and very helpful gave us vegetarian food and helped us a lot in our 4 day stay... I'm delighted to say it was a wonderful night at Sofitel, room design and equipment are up to my expectation, I'm also one of the initial member of the fitness club, so the view of the hotel didn't excited me much, but it doesn't mean it wasn't a good view. at last i would like to point out that the there are too few of parking space at the parking lot, and I don't know why I've been told there were no more parking space at the underground car park, however when I saw couple of cars drove out and I drove in, there were plenty spaces, I felt cheated and dishonour by the securities by telling me to park my car much further away from the hotel.

We have realized that due to a software problem, the parking lot management system may show fully occupied although it actually has space. We have communicated with the software supplier and they are trying hard to work out a solution. We will follow up closely with them, and solve this issue as soon as possible. Sofitel is at one of the most convenient places for furniture buyers as it is directly connected to Louvre furniture mall. English is still a handicap with the front desk. The ambient of the total stay could meet most of my expectations. However the major shortage was the ecological factor, namely the smell from the interior decoration (Formaldehyde), which has interfered with my sleep gravely. So it would be very helpful, if the prevention measure will be taken into effect soon.
